신문광고에 나타난 아파트 계획요소에 관한 연구 - 주택의 분양가 자율화 이후를 중심으로 - (A Study on Planning Factors of Apartment House in Newspaper Advertising - Since autonomy of lotting-out price of house -)

  • This study is to examine changes since autonomy of lotting-out price of apartment house and planning factors related to sale of apartment house through leaflet of sale of apartment house. Objects of the study were leaflets of sale of apartment houses through the Donga Il Bo daily newspaper from 2001 to 2003. The results of research can be summarized to three. First, traffic of locational factors in advertisement of sale of apartment house showed the highest frequency and it was found that it was an important planning factor of apartment house. Second, considering that advanced facilities and the highest finishing materials were used, quality of apartment house has been advanced. Third, considering that community space, theme park and green zone showed high occupancy in external space, there has been high increase in external space as well as in internal one since autonomy of lotting-out price.

  • As a rapid supply of a culture facility the change of living style bring on needs about storage space in the residence space. This study choose Hong Je Dong-Byuk San 4 type apartment house which was built in 1990 as research target and we selected 4type of a total 12house and we choose LDK as a research target that is high in a requirement and utilization other space is excluded in this study. We can expect that the apartment house will be differed with area of living space of apartment house in the requirement of storage space. Small apartment house is requried various storage planning because of confined living space But big apartment houses required storage planning of simple type because it have already storage space. So we have to do efficiency storage planning because of limited space in the apartment house. Base on this results we will show storage space according to the type of pyeong. So this study show proper storage type according to the scale of apartment house,.

아파트 관리에 관한 주부의 의식조사연구 (A Study on Homemaker's Consciousness to the Management of Apartment house)

  • This paper aims to present basic data in order to improve the management of apartment house through grasping homemaker's concern about the management of apartment house satisfaction and dissatisfaction with it, and , furthermore, to suggest the best way to enjoy pleasent life of apartment house. The date collected through the questionnaire were analyzed, using the analysis of variance, chi square, and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The conclusion of this are as follows: 1) The homemakers are concerned with the management of apartment house, but they seem to dissatisfy with it. 2)The apartment house of the management of self-government contains may factors of dissatisfaction than of commission, expecially in the management of inside facilities. 3)When homemakers in the apartment house of the management of the self-government are very concerned with the management of the area, they are satisfied with. For the management of it's facilities, however, the more they show concerns with it, the less they satisfy with it. But for the case of the management of commission, they are interested in the management of inhabitants and satisfied with it. 4) The homemakers in the apartment house of the self-government are satisfied with the management of the whole if they gave friendship and trust on the manger, and get accustomed the life of the apartment house and enjoy it. While those who have friendship and trust on the manger in the management of commission have concern and satisfaction with the management.

  • 언론매체를 통해 발표되는 다수의 공동주택 고객만족도 조사는 공동주택의 프리미엄이라는 변수를 고려하지 않은 채 진행되는 경우가 많다. 이로 인하여 업체나 단지별로 고객만족도 비교를 통하여 공동주택 자체의 품질 평가와 건설사의 시공능력을 객관적으로 평가하기 원하는 기업이나 고객들에게 잘못된 결과를 제공하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공동주택의 프리미엄이 고객만족도에 끼지는 영향에 대하여 파악하고, 프리미엄에 영향을 끼치는 요소의 도출 및 요소 간 중요도 분석을 통하여, 향후 공동주택 프리미엄 요소의 객관적인 지수산정에 기초 자료로 사용하는데 그 목적이 있다.

한.영 공동주택 관리사의 업무 (The Apartment House Manager's Duty of Korean and England)

  • This study is primarily concerned with the apartment house manager's duty of korea and England. The results are as follows ; 1. In England, detailed duty is prescribed to apartment house managers, where as Korea has not specific prescription. Therefore, we suggest 7 items as the management duty of apartment house manager. Namely, that is inhabitant management, external duty management, business management, account management, estate and public institution management, environment management and safety management. 2. In England, apartment house manager is executing their duty before moving into. But in Korea, their management duty is executed after moving into. There are problems which each of them(inhabitant-user-manager) has plural responsibility.

온돌환경이 수면시의 생리반응에 미치는 영향 (제4보) (Effect of Ondol on Physiological Responses during Sleeping (IV))

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Ondol on the bedclimate, microclimate and physiological responses of occupants. Four healthy female subjects slept for seven hours in thermal environment of detached house and apartment respectively. Their bedclimate, microclimate, skin temperature, weight loss of body, weight of bedcloth and sleepwear, body movement and subjective sensation were measureed for this study. The results were as follows; The differences of bedclimate, microclimate, skin temperature were significant according to season and residence styles. The occupants of the detached house showed higher temperature and humidity inside quilt and clothes than those of the apartment did on apartment environment. The occupants of the detached house showed higher weight losses of body, heavier weights of quilt than those of the apartment did on apartment environment in the spring, autumn and winter, lower weight losses of mattress in the autumn and winter. The occupants of the detached house moved more than those of the apartment on apartment environment when sleeping. The occupants of the detached house felt higher thermal sensation and lower humidity sensation than those of the apartment did. The occupants of the detached house felt more comfortable than those of the apartment on detached house environment, while the occupants of the apartment felt more comfortable than those of the detached house on apartment environment. The thermal environments of the apartment and the detached house had an effect on the bedclimates, microclimates of occupants and therefore the physiological responses such as skin temperature, rectal temperature, weight loss of body, perspiration and subjective sensation are different during sleeping according to their residential styles on the same environment.

  • The study set up the models of a general standard apartment house and a super high-rise standard apartment house, which were based on the 5 floor plans of the assessment reference houses of the "green homes" provided by the government; such main construction materials as to account for more than 80% of the entire amount of $CO_2$ emission in a construction work were selected; a database was built up for evaluating the environmental loads of the main materials according to the house types that were different from each other in area, block type, combination of living units or floor; and using the database, an attempt was made to develop the technology to assess $CO_2$ emission from the production of construction materials used in the stage of construction.

아파트 평면형에 따른 여름철 맞통풍 효과 비교 (A Comparative Study on the Cross-Ventilation Effect by the Floor Plan Type of Apartment House during Summer)

  • The purpose of this study is to make clear the cross-ventilation effect by floor plan type in apartment house during summer. The questionnaire survey was carried out during the 26$^{th}$ of August ${\sim}$ the 4$^{th}$ of September 2004. The respondents were 174 residents living in two subject apartment estates. One subject estate (we call A estate) was consisted apartment houses having cross-ventilation floor plan. The other subject estate (we cail B estate) was constructed apartment houses having ordinary floor plan. The field measurements of indoor thermal elements reflecting natural cooling effect by cross-ventilation were carried out at A house in A estate and at B house in B estate. The measurements in two subject houses were taken on simultaneously the 27$^{th}$ of August. The residents living in A apartment estate planed cross-ventilation type show positive responses on thermal sensation and airflow sensation. The averages indoor temperature and air velocity in the A house were 0.9 $^{\circ}$C lower and 0.29 m/s higher than the B house. Therefore, it was found that indoor thermal environment during summer in the house having cross-ventilation floor plan maintained more comfortable than the house having ordinary floor plan by natural cooling effect of cross-ventilation.

전통주택과 공동주택의 온·습도 변화 비교 연구 - 호남지방을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Comparison of Temperature and Relative Humidity between Korean Traditional House and Apartment House - Focused on the Honam District -)

  • The main procedure of this study is to compare temperature and relative humidity between Korean traditional house and apartment house. So, the experiments of measuring temperature and humidity were carried out in 6 Korean traditional houses and 2 apartment houses which are located in Honam district. The Korean traditional house has good conservation properties on temperature and much better effective than apartment house on humidity conservation. The results of this study may be used for basic material in revitalizing traditional construction method.

충남 지역 공동주택의 미생물농도 분포특성에 대한 연구 (Characterization of airborne bioaerosol concentration at the apartment in chungnam area)

  • This research was performed to measure the concentration distribution of bioaerosol in apartment houses in the region of Chungnam (Chunan, Asan) for 1 month, December, 2004. The results are as follows. 1. By using SDA method, the average concentration of total microbe and fungus in the air inside and outside apartment house below 4 years are $69,42cfu/m^3\;and\;15.66cfu/m^3$, while apartment house over 4 years, $214.58cfu/m^3\;and\;216.43cfu/m^3$, respectively With gravitational sedimentation method, the average concentration of total microbe and fungus of apartmenthouse below 4 years are $100.63cfu/m^3\;and\;22.83cfu/m^3$, while apartment house over 4 years, $216.43cfu/m^3\;and\;70.000cfu/m^3$, respectively. 2. The I/O ratio of floating germ of apartment house below 4 years and over 4 years are 2.87 and 5.12 for total microbe, and 3.32 and 8.28 for fungus, respectively. The I/O ratio of falling germ of apartment house below 4 years and over 4 years are 1.55 and 2.81 for total microbe, and 2.85 and 4.08 for fungus, respectively. The apartment house below 4 years shows a low I/O ratio in all cases. 3. The difference in concentration of microbe between inside master bedroom and living room of apartment house below 4 years is $13.183cfu/m^3$, total microbe, and $4.787cfu/m^3$, fungus, while, apartment house over 4 years, $43.531cfu/m^3$, total microbe, and $21.932cfu/m^3$, fungus. The measured differences are statistically significant. 4. Air sampler was used to verify the difference in concentration of microbe with the age of apartment house. The difference in concentration of total microbe and fungus for outside apartment house below 4 years and over 4 years are $49.82cfu/m^3$ and $3.78cfu/m^3$, respectively. The difference of inside living room shows $160.23cfu/m^3$ for total microbe and $28.01cfu/m^3$ for fungus, and the difference of inside master bedroom shows $225.43cfu/m^3$ for total microbe and $56.73cfu/m^3$ for fungus. The differences are statistically significant. The difference in concentration of outside apartment house below 4 years and years 4 years are $34.66cfu/m^3$, total microbe, and $15.66cfu/m^3$, fungus, while inside apartment house below 4 years and over 4 years, $196.93cfu/m^3,\;and\;78.67cfu/m^3$, respectively. The measured differences are statistically significant.
