The educational facilities is the facility wining the specific gravity which is the most abundant by 269s (25.5%) among the godfather lease application facilities (1056)s of the abolition of school. In case of reusing the closing down a school as the educational facilities there is no legal matter which is under the separate punishment in comparison with the other facility according to the materials of the Ministry of Environment in 2013, and I am analyze that minimum cost is spent on a remodeling and it is most much used. The pattern study thinks about a purpose with the master plan through the plan characteristic derivation according to the analysis of current situation of the domestic closing down a school application educational facilities in which the related study is nonexistent and type in the educational facilities plan of the closing down a school still afterward in being utilized for reference data and guide book.

In this study, for the effective environmental investigation at the level of planning, environmental assessment model to be integrated with urban comprehensive plans was developed. This model was applied to the Suwon City urban comprehensive plan and was tested to derive the future application program and the adaptability to the current research issues. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, we defined basic items for environmental assessment as to be used in the developed SEA model. We also defined three ranges and twelve items for the environmental assessments, which can be used in the assessment of the urban comprehensive plan through the expert advices. Second, we performed the case study by applying the developed SEA model to the Suwon City urban comprehensive assessment, and investigated the environmental impacts through an expert inquiry at the "phase 5" of the model. The results of the case study showed that Suwon City urban comprehensive plan contained partially discrepancies at the goal of the planning. The spatial strategy for leisure, park and open space, and green belt was analysed not to be effective in energy use. The case study also indicated that the environments of Suwon City are expected to be much worse in each sectional plan, if the City was to implement the present five sectional plans for life boundary and distribution of population, land use plan, transportation plan, industrial development plan, and life environmental plan. Third, according to the result of the case study, an mitigation plan for urban comprehensive plan of Suwon City was proposed as the following four stages; modification of planning goal, modification of site alternatives, modification of planning contents, and proposal of mitigation measures.

Many of Korea major companies have appled as strategy of management innovation Six Sigma, Lean and Theory of Constraints. Six Sigma has mainly focused to reduce variation. Lean has mainly focused to reduce wastes and Theory of Constraints has mainly focused that bottleneck of constrains production and sales. This bottleneck is caused by constraint resources and it should be the main role of manager to explore constraint resource. Although their mainly focus are different, they are used to improve productivity and quality. In this paper, as strategy of management innovation, study on analysis and comparison plan of Six Sigma, Lean and Theory of Constraints. From the literature survey and application cases, it is suggested and discussed that how to plan of application as strategy of management innovation successfully. The suggested plan of application could be a good guideline that it could be a apply of companies.

This paper presents a Rotem's methodology for the establishment of train operation plan in Railway system. Train operation plan is the key prior plan to proceed the design of the civil and E&M relevant subsystem. But, due to the limitation of the environmental and project condition, common consensus to the key factors which make up the operation plan have not been accomplished. So, as a result of this comparative review for the general approaching method of train operation plan and application status of the major key factors being performed by Rotem, we will get the opportunities to improve the accuracy of the train operation plan.

Recently, the postal service encounters the various changes in the overall mail environment including the reduction of letter volume, keen competition of the private parcel service and EMS, diversification of customers' demand and etc. In this environment, Korea Post is considering new concept of postal service in order to provide the mail service based on informatization and automation to a client and secures the predominance in competition. We analyze the current environment of postal service for applying the gCRM (Geographic Customer Relationship Management). We propose some possible application fields and present an efficient phased application plan for each field.

This study analyze the architectural space in the aspect of the 'Raumplan' and 'Plan Libre'. These concepts based on the 'Raumplan versus Plan Libre' exhibition in Delft University, Netherlands. It is generally agreed that the concept of 'Plan Libre' in connection with Le Corbusie architecture and 'Raumplan' related to Adolf Loos's works. that exhibition contents was focused an extent of modem architecture. But, These concepts continually influence contemporary architecture and offer diverse vision in architecture. Therefore, this study focused on the analysis that look for common element in the space through the case study and space element connection in change of the values, technical growth. This Paper reveals that Adolf Loos's Raumplan is similar to Louis I. Kahn's 'Room' concept and Ando Tadao's centrifugal space composition method In the dwelling architecture. And the concept 'Plan Libre': non-definitive formal system and the elements : column, free form screening wall is revived as formal application of 3 dimension composition in architecture. and transfer lots, void, and linear space in Rem Koolhaas's urban design projects. These aspects is so called topology. This topological concept is an attempt in view of the space connection state rather than formative viewpoint.

Recently, as a part of measures against large-scale natural disasters in Korea, disaster prevention matters are strengthened in urban planning. With the introduction of the disaster vulnerability analysis system, plans for disaster prevention are being reinforced in urban planning. However, there are many problems to be solved at the stage of operation and practical application of the law. When disasters occur, we are focusing on response and recovery plans. Therefore, it is not enough to construct a comprehensive disaster prevention system to prevent disasters in advance. The established disaster prevention plan is difficult to plan management centered on disaster prevention due to factors such as economic efficiency, convenience, and comfort. This study is a basic study for supporting disaster prevention mitigation plan. For this purpose, the analysis of the actual situation of disaster prevention plan at home and abroad and improvement plan were derived. ased on these improvement plans, we have developed a method to apply the element technology of urban design to the test bed to reduce sediment disaster. The test bed was investigated and examined in the disaster hazard area of Busan and Seongnam city. And the defense technology is applied to the selected site, and the basis of the disaster prevention plan and design is proposed. If the proven techniques are reflected from the urban planning stage, it will be possible to contribute to the mitigation of sediment disaster caused by the city.

In this paper, we develop computerized procedures of the S-Curve, the cumulative progress rates of load input, applied to shipbuilding basic plan. For a real world ship yard, we study the application related problems and develop more efficient procedures of applying the curves in terms of usability and computerization. The yard currently do not have any mathematical expression for the S-Curve. They express the curves using data tables which represents data points of the manually drafted S-Curve graphs, which causes the difficulties in efficient computerization. Another problem the yard has is the lack of the feedback procedure of the actual load different from the initial plan. Due to those problems, the application procedures of the S-Curve require much time and endeavor amounting two full time employees. To resolve the problems, we develop the mathematical expression of the S-Curve using beta distribution function and the feedback procedure regenerating the planned load reflecting the difference between the initial plan and its realization. To build user friendly program, the graphic user interface is also developed using OSF/MOTIF toolkits. Through the development, we reduce the burden required in applying the curves to a part-time job of one employee.

This paper firstly focused on introducing the current status of ITS activities in Korea. Then, possibility of RS application within the surface transportation was studied. ITS in Korea was first introduced in early ninties, since then, Korean government puts lots of efforts for flourishing it. Topics for the paper are composed of the Korean ITS Strategic Plan, ITS R&D, Metropolitan Model Deployment Initiative Projects, and RS application in ITS. One of the main findings in the process of revision of the national strategic plan for the 21$^{st}$ century was that ITS should thoroughly reflect end users’ needs in establishing its goals and objectives. For ITS R&D, Korean Government took initiatives, and drove it since 1997. In conclusion, authors suggest future application of RS within ITS in developing country.
