In this paper, we show, for a positive integer m and a large odd integer n, the polynomial equation (equation omitted) has a real zero on $((n+1)^{1+\frac{1}{m}},{\;}(n+1)^{1+\frac{1}{m}}+{\frac{1}{2}})$ and $((n+1)^{1+\frac{1}{m}}+{\frac{1}{2}},{\;}(n+2)^{1+\frac{1}{m}})$ respectively.

The phase differences of the omega were observed continuously for the A-C pair and the A-E pair from Sept. 1, 1980 to Feb. 28, 1981 and from Sept. 20, 1981 to Feb. 82, 1982 at Fisheries University of Busan350$^{\circ}$ 07'.9N, 129$^{\circ}$ 06'.3E)In this paper we deal with the reappearance of these phase differences by annual, month, day As a results, annual eappearance are in good condition both pairs and daily reappearance in day and night are better than an hour around the sunset, and very bad reappearance is found by month.

The strip profile and shape control is one of the most important technologies in Hot Rolling Mill System. Because the unbalance of strip´s shape and wave appearance between stands has a bad effect on Hot Rolling Mill System by making the inferior thickness, strip´s damage and so forth in factories. The atmosphere condition at Kimpo International Airport occasionally prevents the aircraft from landing and forces them to fly to an alternate airport, especially in October and November during a year. Many airlines designated foreign airports instead of Korean airports as alternate airports in the case of the bad weather condition preventing use of Kimpo Airport. This paper addresses 1) economic comparison of candidates for the alternate airport, 2) what are the criteria for the alternate airport selection and the relative importance among the criteria and 3) evaluation of candidates for alternate airport using Brown and Gibson's pair-wise comparison method. It is found to be possible to reduce costs related alternate flight by 36% using Korean airports rather than using Japan's Hukuoka Airport. However, airlines weigh more on the factors such as service level of ground handling, accommodation for passengers and ground access convenience than costs. Among Korean airports, Kimhae International Airport is found the most favorable airport as the alternate airport for Kimpo International Airport.

The Multiple Model/Controller IMC(MMC-IMC) is a model-based control method which uses a set of model/controller pairs rather than a single model/controller to handle all possible operating conditions in the IMC control structure. During operation, one model/controller pair that best fit, for current plant situation is chosen by the switching algorithm. The major drawback of the switching controller is the bad transient performance due to the model error and the use fo linear controller for nonlinear plants. In this paper, we propose a method that transient response of the MMC-IMC using two recurrent neural networks. Simulation result shows that the proposed method represents better performance than the usual MMC-IMC`s.

This study employed the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology with the enhancement of the competitiveness of Vietnamese commercial banks set as the overall goal of the model. Analysis of the survey questionnaire based on pair-wise comparisons and collected from experts in the field of banking led to three significant findings. First, banking safety is the most important evaluation criteria for the competitiveness of local commercial banks in Vietnam, followed by operating efficiency, intangible values and large scale. Second, in order to achieve the overall goal of enhancing competitiveness for local banks, securing healthy financial conditions should be made the priority. Effective management systems, strategic human resource planning and high-quality products and services all show strong connections to achieving the evaluation criteria. Third, the study found that bad debt settlement is essential in obtaining healthy financial conditions. In order to introduce effective management systems as well as high-quality products and services, technological advances are very important. Improving the quality of executives and staff is imperative for strategic human resource planning purposes.

This study aims at finding which change there is of oral health promotion as investigating the oral health status in quality, diagnosing which effects knowledge and attitude of oral health has before and after the oral health education as developing and conducting the oral health education program for international marriage migrant women to form their oral health belief for improving oral health. This study consisted of each 51 of the experimental group and the controlled group at the multi-cultural family support center from $26^{th}$ of March, 2012 to $30^{th}$ of June, 2012 as the subjects, and pre-to-post investigated knowledge of oral and cognition. Also as it took follow-up examination of the clients who visited to the dentist with changing of their cognition, conducted matched-pair sample t-test and analysis of repeated measure variance. As the result, there were always the changes at the field of knowledge about oral, periodontal disease and toothbrush in awareness of oral health, and at the field of periodontal disease, dental caries, toothbrush, fluorine and bad breath in knowledge of oral health. The change of DMFT index, DT index has been reduced and FT index has been increased. As the result above, the oral health education program for international marriage migrant women has led to change awareness of oral health and knowledge, and the change of knowledge has influenced to a behavior, so there were the changes of periodontal status and DMFT index as well. This has been showing the importance of the program for oral health of international marriage migrant women. Moreover, while the oral health education program is developed in various aspects by offering the information for developing the oral health education program in future, it needs to run parallel prevention with treatment.
