벌크로리를 통한 국내 LPG 공급시스템 실태조사에 관한 연구 (A Study on Investigation of LPG Supply System by Bulk Lorry in Korea)

  • 액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법에서 판매사업자의 벌크로리를 이용한 LPG 공급은 10톤 이하의 벌크로리로 3톤 미만의 소형저장탱크까지만 가능하다. 정부에서는 LPG 판매사업자의 향상된 안전관리능력을 반영하여 벌크로리의 공급 범위를 10톤 미만의 저장탱크까지로 확대할 계획을 발표하였다. 따라서 벌크로리를 통해 안정적으로 저장탱크에 LPG를 공급하기 위해서는 기존 벌크로리의 LPG 공급 시스템에 대한 기술적 평가가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 벌크로리를 통한 국내의 LPG 공급시스템 현황을 파악하고, 안전한 LPG 공급방법에 대해서 알아보고자 한다. 우선, 기초자료 수집을 위해서 관련 사업자 대상으로 벌크로리를 통한 저장탱크 LPG 공급시스템에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 조사 결과를 바탕으로 현장조사를 진행하여 안정적인 LPG공급을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 벌크로리 이 충전중 가스누출로 인해 화재가 발생하여 주변의 식당 등 2차적인 피해를 준 가스사고에 대해 위험성평가를 DNV사의 PHAST-RISK v6.7 program을 활용하여 제트화재시 영향면적, 복사열 농도 및 피해영향거리 등 가스 누출 확산 피해범위에 대해 도출하여 충전중 가스사고를 사전에 예방하고자 한다.

  • 독성가스나 가연성 폭발 위험이 있는 원료를 운반하는 탱크로리 및 벌크로리는 출발지에서부터 목적지 및 중간 경로를 따라 지속적으로 차량 및 탱크의 다양한 상태를 모니터링하는 것이 안전을 위해 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문은 탱크로리 운행에 관한 안전 모니터링 시스템에 관하여 제안하고, 운전상태 및 탱크 또는 차량의 상태를 모니터링하기 위한 센서시스템과 차량 내 컴퓨터와 중앙 관제 시스템의 연계에 관하여 고찰한다.

  • Bulk freight is transported by a freight car, ship and tank lorry without packaging in a state of particles or powders. In korea, the main bulk freight include oil, grain, coal, cement, iron ore and these are occupied nearly 30% of the volume of gross domestic freight transportation. Therefore it is in important to transport efficient bulk freight transport system for the improvement of national distribution competitive as raw material for industry. Generally environment-friendly transfer modes such as railway and sea transport play an important role in bulk freight transport due to the mass transfer characteristics of bulk freight. This study is carried out for examining the problem of oil, grain, coal, cement, ore transportation through analyzing distribution flow of items and understanding characters of transfer modes.

CW Nd:YAG레이저를 이용한 금형 재료의 표면열처리 (Surface Heat treatment of Die material by means of CW Nd:YAG Laser)

  • Laser heat treatment is an effective technique used to improve the tribological properties and also to increase the service life of automobile components such as camshafts, crankshatfs, lorry brake drums and gears. High power $CO_2$ lasers and Nd:YAG lasers are employed for localized hardening of materials and hence are of potential application in the automobile industries. The heat is conducted rapidly into the bulk of the specimen causing self-quenching action to occur and the formation of matrensitic structure. In this investigation, the microstructrual features occurring in Nd:YAG laser hardening SM45C and $STD_11$ steel are discussed with the use of optical microscopic and scanning electron microscopic analysis. Moreover, This paper describes the optimisation of the processing parameters for maximum hardened depth of SM45C and $STD_11$ steel specimens of 10mm thickness by using CW:YAG laser.
