지역사회 보육공동체를 위한 다문화 프로그램 개발 (Development of a Multicultural Program for Local Childcare Community)

  • 본 연구에서는 지속 가능한 다문화 사회를 위해 지역 보육공동체의 다문화 역량을 강화할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고 그 만족도와 효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 다문화 보육공동체 프로그램은 집단 간 긍정적인 인식을 형성할 수 있는 효과적인 접촉의 조건들을 고려하여 설계되었고, 2015년 7월부터 8월까지 총 5회 프로그램이 진행되었으며, 이 기간 동안 참여한 지역사회 구성원의 총 인원은 196명이었다. 연구결과 지역사회 다문화 보육공동체 프로그램은 높은 만족도를 나타냈고, 다문화가정 부모들의 자존감 함양과 사회 참여를 유도할 수 있었다. 특히 다문화 인식에 대한 설문조사 결과 외국인에 대한 배타적인 태도가 완화되었고, 전 지구적인 문제에 대한 관심이 증가하는 등 세계시민성 함양에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 평가 내용으로는 다양한 지역 사회 기관과의 연계 프로그램과 지속적인 지역사회 공동체 프로그램에 대한 니즈를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 지역사회의 다문화 공동체가 상호작용하고 소통하는 과정을 체계적으로 제안함으로써, 타 지역에서 참고할 수 있는 다문화 보육공동체 프로그램의 기초 자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

  • 지역아동센터는 아동의 지역사회 내 건강하고 안전한 보호와 적응으로의 종합적 복지서비스를 담당하는 사회복지서비스기관으로, 한정된 자원을 가지고 서비스의 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 지역사회연계가 필수불가결하다. 그러나 지금까지의 지역사회연계는 매우 협의적이며 제한적인 의미로만 사용되었으므로 지역사회 내에서 성장하고 지역사회를 배움의 터로 활용해야하는 아동에게는 그 어느 영역보다 넓은 의미에서의 지역사회연계에 대한 새로운 해석이 요구되어진다. 이에 본 연구는 생태체계론적 관점에서 보다 "확장된 개념"의 지역사회연계에 대한 탐색적인 고찰을 통해 아동, 그 중 더욱 사회적 관심과 지원이 촉구되는 빈곤 등의 취약상황에 놓인 아동들의 지역사회 적응과 자기성장을 돕는 기초적 자료로 활용코자 하는 목적을 가지고 있다.

영.유아 보육시설의 급식 위생실태 - 충남 아산 지역 중심으로 - (The Foodservice Sanitation Status of the Child Care Centers at Asan City in Chungnam)

  • We investigated the foodservice sanitation status of the childcare centers in Chungnam Asan area to provide the information for sanitation guidelines and checklist in various operation types of childcare centers. Self-completed questionnaires were collected from the directors of 95 centers: national-public 9 (9.5%), corporation 10 (10.5%), private 52 (54.7%), and home care 24 (25.3%) types. The analyzed results are shown in foundation type; the investigated items are about critical hygienic problems and safety recognition level, presence of sanitation guideline, demand of dietian's employment and the role, hygienic management and education level, and the present and future of sanitary facility and equipment. From this study we found that home care center, which had low capacity, was comparatively poor at sanitation status, the use of hygienic standard and guideline, and safety recognition level. In our opinion, the use and application of same sanitation standard to any type and size of center is not appropriate and rational. The reestablishment of the sanitation guideline and checklist considering the conditions of various operation types would be necessary. Also periodic hygienic education by hygenic professionals, continuous parents' attention and cooperation of related government organizations are needed for improvement of foodservice sanitation status of childcare centers.

유아코딩교육에 관한 원장의 지지, 보육교사의 학습공동체 참여 및 코딩교육 실행 의도 간의 구조적 관계 (The Effects of a Childcare Center Director's Support for Coding Education on the Intention of Childcare Teacher's Participation in Learning Communities and the Intention to Implement Coding Education.)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of a director's support for coding education perceived by childcare teachers on the participation of teachers in the learning community and the intention to implement coding education. Methods: The participants of this study were 312 early childhood teachers working at daycare centers in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, and In-cheon area. The data were collected through the survey questionnaires and analyzed using a structural model to explore the relationship between variables. Results: Verifying the mediating effect of infant teacher participation in the learning community between a director's support and infant teacher's intention to implement coding education positively mediates the director's support and infant teacher's intention to implement coding education. In particular, it was discovered that the intention to participate in coding-related learning communities had the greatest impact on infant teachers' intentions to implement coding education based on total effectiveness. Conclusion/Implications: The above analysis results suggest that in order to enhance the intention of infant teachers to implement coding education, it is necessary to support the learning community related to coding education and encourage participation from infant teachers.

하남시 영유아 보육시설의 식품알레르기 현황 조사 - 100인 미만의 어린이 급식소를 중심으로 - (The Current State of Food Allergy of Preschool Childcare Facilities in Hanam)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate how to manage food allergy of pre-school children, focusing on the current status of the food allergy in childcare facilities in Hanam which have less than 100 children. Methods: Targeting 159 preschool childcare facilities, survey was carried out for a month in March, 2015. Recovery rate was 66.7%. 106 surveys out of 159 were available for analysis using SPSS statistical program version 19.0. Results: Among 106 facilities, 58 (54.7%) reported that none of their children had a food allergy and 48 (45.3%) reported one more children had a food allergy. Total number of children having a food allergy was 71. Among them, the occurrences of food allergy in males were significantly more than that of the females (p<0.001). Further, children under 2 years of age had significantly more food allergy than the other ages (p < 0.001). The allergic inducing foods were nuts (23.3%), egg (17.8%), milk and dairy products (16.4%), fish and shellfish (13.7%), instant foods (12.3%), fruits (8.2%), soybean (4.1%), meat (2.7%), and cereals (1.4%) in order, and 6 children out of 71 were allergic to more than 2 food items. The clinical symptoms of the food allergy were a skin reaction (87.9%) and an oropharyngeal & respiratory reaction (12.1%). Majority of childcare facilities (80.3%) didn't serve alternative foods for children with food allergy. Necessity for food allergy education was significantly higher in facilities with food allergy issues than without such issues. Conclusions: The Center for Children's Foodservice Management need to educate workers of childcare facilities and parents about managing food allergy and enforce a plan to provide alternative menu to children with food allergies.

보육시설 급식에 대한 부모 만족도 및 요구도 조사 - 아산지역을 중심으로 - (A Study of Parents' Satisfaction and Needs for Foodservice Quality of the Childcare Centers in Chungnam Asan Area)

  • We tried to find out parents' satisfaction and needs for foodservice quality of the childcare centers with an intention of improving it. Self-completed questionnaires were randomly collected from the parents of children in 174 childcare centers around Asan and were analyzed. Most of respondents were mothers who were housewives with college degrees (69%) in their 30's (80%). They thought nutrition (50%) and food hygiene (43%) were the most important factors for decision. Eighty percent of parents recognized the strong relationship between foodservice quality and childrens' mental and physical development. Most centers (94%) were delivering menu notices home, so parents well recognized the center's foodservice situation and problems of their kids' eating habits. The parents' satisfaction scores were 3.26 out of 5-point scale. The biggest dissatisfaction was from no variation in menu, but remarkable appreciation was from the effect of foodservice on the correction for kids' unbalanced diet habit. They had demands for improvement of nutritious menu and professional nutrition teacher in charge of foodservice and nutrition education for children and also for parents.

전라북도 지역아동센터 현황과 발전방안 (The Actual Condition and Development Direction of A Community Child Center)

  • 본 연구는 전라북도 지역아동센터 현황과 실태 및 서비스 수준을 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전라북도 지역아동센터는 2004년 이전 37개소 16.1%였으나 해마다 20~40개소씩 증가하여 왔다. 현재 지역아동센터는 신고제이기 때문에 정부지원이 시작된 이래 개소수가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 지역아동센터의 난립을 억제하고, 신설되는 지역아동센터의 경우는 일정수준 이상의 환경을 구비하도록 하기 위하여 신고제에서 허가제로의 전환을 적극 검토할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 전라북도 지역아동센터 225개소의 이용아동 총 수 6, 144명 중 일반아동이 1,711명 27.8%를 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 평가지표에서도 이용 아동 및 출석 영역의 점수가 낮게 나타났다. 일반아동과 취약계층 아동의 통합적 보호라는 점에서 바람직할 수 있으나, 지역아동센터의 정체성을 확보하고 사업목적에 맞는 운영을 할 수 있도록 세부 규정을 보완할 필요가 있다. 세째, 지역사회 유관기관 및 인적자원 활용 영역의 점수가 다른 지표 항목에 비교해서 낮은 점수를 보였다. 이는 전라북도 지역아동센터의 대부분이 자원봉사자는 활용하고 있지만 지역사회 연계사업이 활발하게 진행되지 못하기 때문이다. 시 군 구가 지역사회를 대상으로 지역아동센터의 기능과 역할을 홍보하고 지역의 전문 인력과 네트워크를 구축할 수 있도록 지원할 필요가 있다.

  • This study aims to research the characteristics of space composition and location for the rural community center. The phenomenon of urban areas from rural areas by the dismantlement of the community is being increasingly deepened. The current village welfare center in the rural villages of the dismantlement phenomenon of the community in rural areas can not be solved alone. The location of the Community Center in rural villages for the interaction of existing local inhabitants and should be located where possible near existing villages. This thesis studies and analyzes the characteristics of rural villages in the rural new town project districts. The basic function of the community center space analysis model is the Public service space, the Communication space, the Health space, the Amenity space, the Education space(including the childcare). This study analyze the local characterristics, the location type and the floor plan characteristics about the Community Center in rural villages by the rural new town example project.

어린이집 유아반 교사를 위한 교사학습공동체 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (The Development and Application of a Teacher Learning Community Program for Daycare Center Teachers of Infant Class)

  • Objective: The objective of this study was to develop and apply a Teacher Learning Community Program in order to improve the specialization of infant daycare center teachers and explore the changes in the learning attitudes of teachers. Methods: To develop the program, the requirements were analyzed by surveying 500 teachers of infant classes. The developed program was provided to 25 infant daycare center teachers for a total of 14 sessions. A total of 75 sets of collected journal writing materials were analyzed qualitatively. Results: First, the Teacher Learning Community Program for infant daycare center teachers was developed. Second, the Teacher Learning Community Program was found to bring a shift in the learning attitudes among the teachers of infant classes towards reflective and communal learning. Conclusion/Implications: The Teacher Learning Community Program brought a shift in the learning attitude towards reflective and communal learning. Thus, the Teacher Learning Community Program can be applied as a teacher education program for improvement of the specialization of infant daycare center teachers.

대구지역 어린이급식관리지원센터 등록 어린이급식소의 염도 측정 빈도에 따른 국의 염도 및 나트륨 함량 비교 (Comparison of Salinity and Sodium Content by the Salinity Measurement Frequency of Soups of Childcare Centers Enrolled in the Center for Children's Food Service Management in Daegu)

  • Objectives: This study examined the salinity of soups provided at childcare centers by measuring the salinity for three years and providing basic data for sodium reduction. Methods: The soup salinity was measured using a Bluetooth salinity meter from January 2015 to December 2017 at 80 childcare foodservice establishments enrolled in the Suseong Center for Children's Foodservice Management in Daegu. Results: An analysis of the soup salinity each year showed that the salinity decreased significantly from 0.48% in 2015 to 0.41% in 2017, particularly in clear soups and soybean soups compared to other soups (P < 0.05). The salinity and sodium content in seafood soups (0.45% and 179.1 mg/100 g, respectively) were highest, followed by soybean soups (0.44%, 175.2 mg/100 g), with perilla seed soups containing the lowest (0.42%, 167.2 mg/100 g) (P < 0.05). The salinity was significantly higher in institutional foodservice establishments than small foodservice establishments (P < 0.001). The salinity and sodium content were the highest in foodservice establishments with a small number of measurements, and the salinity was the lowest in foodservice establishments with salinity measurements performed an average of 151 times each year (three times a week) or more (P < 0.05). The soup salinity was low in the order of winter, spring, summer, and autumn, and the salinity decreased significantly year by year in all seasons. (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The soup salinity was significantly lower in foodservice establishments where the salinity was measured more than three times a week, indicating that continuous salinity management is effective.
