This paper aims to extract an ObjectProperty-UsageMethod relation, in particular the HerbalMedicinalProperty-UsageMethod relation of the herb-plant object, as a semantic relation between two related sets, a herbal-medicinal-property concept set and a usage-method concept set from several web documents. This HerbalMedicinalProperty-UsageMethod relation benefits people by providing an alternative treatment/solution knowledge to health problems. The research includes three main problems: how to determine EDU (where EDU is an elementary discourse unit or a simple sentence/clause) with a medicinal-property/usage-method concept; how to determine the usage-method boundary; and how to determine the HerbalMedicinalProperty-UsageMethod relation between the two related sets. We propose using N-Word-Co on the verb phrase with the medicinal-property/usage-method concept to solve the first and second problems where the N-Word-Co size is determined by the learning of maximum entropy, support vector machine, and naïve Bayes. We also apply naïve Bayes to solve the third problem of determining the HerbalMedicinalProperty-UsageMethod relation with N-Word-Co elements as features. The research results can provide high precision in the HerbalMedicinalProperty-UsageMethod relation extraction.

It is the purpose of this study that propose design process of building in residential district con-sidering preferences of design concept determinants. The procedure of this study is as follows : First, classifying concept determinants and then investigate the preference of concept determinants according to the use of building in residential district. It will be proposed the process of design concept determinants through such preferences. And We will investigate applicable steps for constructing an elementary school in land development district, in order to verify these process of architectural design. It was investigated paper-survey and case studies, made up questionnaires twice. In the results, we could verify that design process considering the preference of concept determinants in residential district. These results can help designers to design appropriately, according to building usage in residential district.

In this study, concept and importance of e-journal usage statistics has been examined and Journal Usage Factor project performed by Project COUNTER group has been investigated. Advantages and limits of usage statistics generated by library, link resolver and publisher have been clarified. By analyzing various errors and problems included in publisher-generated usage statistics, we conclude that the current usage statistics is not completely credible yet.

This study proposes a framework that enables efficient integration and usage of enterprise data using semantic based concept net. Integration of enterprise information that has been increasing geometrically in cloud environment. The concept net is very similar in approaching way to existing ontology. However, it builds correlation between object and concept to help user's information integration retrieval more efficiently. In this study, concept nets are divided into 3 kinds and are applied to the proposed framework independently. The concept net in this study is built in ontology format based on master information concept net, keyword concept net and business process concept net. This concept net enables retrieval and usage of data based on correlation among data according to user's request. Then, through combination of master information concept and keyword concept, it provides frequency trace of keyword and category thus improving convenience and speed of retrieval.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of Daesihog-tang on Taeeum-in's patholoy and prescription in "Donguisusebowon" of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Methods The pathologic condition in which Daesihog-tang used and the relevant herbs and prescriptions in "Sanghanron", "Donguibogam", "Dongmuyoogo haedong", "Chobongwon", and "Donguisusebowon". Results and Conclusions 1. Daesiho-tang in "Sanghanron" was used to the symptom of Yangmyung disease merging with Soyang disease. In "Donguibogam", its indications were mainly used to the severe fever-symptom of Yangmyung disease and expanded to Onbyeong and so on. 2. The concept of Daesiho-tang in "Donguibogam" was changed into Hwanggeumdaehwang-tang in "Chobongwon", which can be used to treat Onbyeong with heat-dysenteric diarrhea, and severe fever of Taeeum-in. 3. The notion of combination between Daehwang and hwanggeum used in "Dongmuyoogo haedong" and "Chobongwon" was connected to Chungmongsukgondamhwan or Jogakhwanggeumdaehwang-tang in "Chobongwon". Especially, Jogakhwanggeumdaehwang-tang for Yeokkigammo and severe constipation was formed while the concept of Onbyeong in Hwanggeumdaehwang-tang' merged with the usage of Jogak and Daehwang or Yisunggugo-hwan. 4. Jogakhwanggeumdaehwang-tang influenced on the usage of Jogakdaehwang-tang for Yangdok and Onbyeong, while the usage of Chungmongsukgondamhwan was not found in "Donguisusebowon". 5. As a result, Daesiho-tang may be presented without usages for a specific patholoy in "Donguisusebowon" because it indirectly influenced on the concept of Yangdok and Onbyeong of Taeeum-in, and the formation of Jogakdaehwang-tang in "Donguisusebowon".

Many closed schools of about more 3,000(2006 year) have occurred all over the country according to governmental policy of 1982. These closed schools were sold or rent to institution, local government, and a private, and are used by various usage such as novitiate, institution, educational facility, art creation facilities, warehouse, and factory. But, unimproved closed school facilities are still reaching for about 450. Among practical use example of such closed school, alternative educational facility, practice facilities, art creation facilities etc. with closed schools which have general surrounding natural landscape and environment uses well preserved were applied consciousness and the practice about environmental problem to ecological concept. Also, a lot of discussions about ecological concept and study for desirable solutions about practical use of closed schools example have been achieved. However, it is hard to find various ecological practical use examples at filed. In such background, this research wishes to investigate changing space and facilities variously and its usage which is applied ecological concept with regional closed schools.

This study analyzed the influences of elementary students' usage of smartphone, computer and TV on academic attitude. Of the subjects residing in the U city to target of 10 elementary schools from the fourth grade to sixth grade, 865 students were sampled. This research made a frequency analysis and reliability analysis of the obtained date using SPSS 21.0 program were used. Research results are as follows. First, in the smartphone, computer and TV usage status of elementary school, smartphone, computer and TV were used the high frequency with which almost every commonly used, was found to be necessary to take advantage of the time to less than one hour a day, mostly alone, it has been found that a lot of online games, videos and SNS. Second, the use of smartphone, computer and TV were showed a significant effect on all sub-variables of open, self-concept, initiative, responsibility, learning enthusiasm, future orientation, creativity, self-assessment.

In a continuously expanding wireless world, the number of radio systems increases every day and efficient spectrum usage becomes a more significant requirement. Ultra-wideband (UWB) and cognitive radio are two exciting technologies that offer new approaches to the spectrum usage. The main objective of this paper is to shed the first light on the marriage of these two important approaches. The strength of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) based UWB in co-existing with licensed systems is investigated. The opportunity concept is defined, and the requirements of the opportunistic spectrum usage are explained. It is proposed to take the UWB-OFDM from the current underlay implementation, and evolve it to a combined underlay and opportunistic spectrum usage technology, leading to cognitive UWB-OFDM. This way, we aim at making UWB more competitive in the wireless market with extended range, higher capacity, better performance, and a wide variety of applications.

The concept causing all the fuss is "the utility computing or the usage-based IT service", which now represents the future for IT asset in all aspects of the way they work in business, the commercial and public sector. The core of "utility computing or usage-based IT service" is changing the IT assert from "ownership" to "borrowing", which enables managers to get greater utilization of data-centre resources at lower operating costs. This trend is spreaded in public sector centering the Governmental Internet data Center of Korea(NCIA). So, it has need to make an usage-based IT service model that is suitable for public sector. In this paper, we propose the usage-based IT service model that is composed of IT service framework, service pricing model and IT service architecture.

The more mobile technology evolves, the more users are trapped in mobile technology by being encouraging the replacement with state-of-the-art technology. However, the use of device is not entirely determined by technology's attributes itself. The meaning of smartness can be varied by 'how users accept and perceive immediate spatial perception from reality to mobile space' without recognizing the boundaries between them. This study focuses on the analysis of 'smart usage' for smartphone and this is verified the concept of 'smart usage' by the second-order measurement model. The result show that the concept organization of 'smart usage' had been differentiated and elicited by the six factors - 'multifunctional use readiness', 'administrative efficiency', 'embedded media', 'device connectivity', 'user-friendly optimization', and 'external connectivity(being connected). According to the conceptual factors, 'smart usage' can be explained in an individual's autonomous ability to control a mobile interface and to utilize a wide range of applications of smartphones.
