예식서비스 정보와 예식전문가에 대한 소비자요구 (A Study to Determine the Informational Needs of Consumers Prior to Conducting a Wedding Service)

  • This study was conducted to determine what information regarding wedding services are most important to consumers, and the most common methods by which consumers gather this information so that wedding directors can disseminate information regarding wedding services effectively. In addition, this survey also evaluated the amount of information required by wedding directors so that they can best serve consumers. To accomplish these goals, a questionnaire survey was conducted between January 25 and February 27, 2007. A total of 290 questionnaires were used for the final analysis, which indicated that: 1. The needs for information related to wedding services was very high as index value 4.41. 2. Most consumers acquire information regarding wedding services while attending other wedding ceremonies and consumers value the advice of families, friends and relatives over information they obtain from the internet. 3. Consumers would like a wedding director to manage the wedding schedule and arrange the wedding procedure.

대학생들의 웰빙식품 소비행동과 정보요구 (University Students' Consumption Behavior and Informational Needs Concerning Well-Being Foods)

  • The purpose of this study is, first, to identify consumption behavior regarding well-being foods of the present and the future; and second, to discover well-being food-related information consumers require and information sources they use most frequently during the purchase of well-being foods in order to enhance reasonable decision-making and satisfaction during the selection of well-being foods. This study conducted research on university students using questionnaires from March 10 to March 20, 2007, and a total of 323 copies are employed for the final analysis. The key findings include the following. 1. University students answered that they would commit to active well-being food-buying consumer behavior more in the future than the present. 2. They requested information about quality and price from the information concerning well-being foods the most. Also, consumers most wanted to obtain well-being-related information on the Internet. 3. Regarding the needs for well-being food-related information, the more highly they thought of well-being foods, the more they acquired existing well-being-related information. Furthermore, the more they would be active in well-being food consumption behavior in the future, the higher their needs for information were.

  • 마이데이터 서비스에 대한 소비자 수용의도 향상, 즉 고객 정보의 자발적 제공은 기업 가치 창출과 함께 마이데이터 산업의 안정적 성장을 위해 매우 필요한 요소이며 데이터 가치 상승으로 인한 유출과 침해 증가는 이러한 마이데이터 서비스 이용에 부정적 영향을 미쳐 금융소비자의 개인정보 제공을 통한 양질의 맞춤형 서비스 수요를 감소시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 금융소비자가 인지할 수 있는 보안위험과 이를 보완 할 수 있는 보안요인을 도출하고 이러한 보안요인이 마이데이터 서비스 수용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하여 금융소비자의 수용의도를 높이고 안전한 활용을 확대할 수 있는 전략을 도출하기 위한 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과를 통해 마이데이터 서비스 필수 요건인 정보주체로부터 제공받은 정보의 안정성과 투명성 보장을 위해 적용하는 보안요인은 금융서비스라는 측면에서 편의성 또한 고려해야 함을 확인하였다.

Storytelling and Social Networking: Why Luxury Brand Needs to Tell Its Story

  • Recently, luxury brands are selling their products to consumers using their own direct online channels. In the online channel, marketing strategy through storytelling is needed because consumers do not have enough product experience. Therefore, luxury brands are actively utilizing social media and delivering stories includes their birth and growth. Unlike mass media, social media communicates with consumers more quickly and frequently and delivers the story of brand naturally. This study classifies luxury brands into four groups based on story recognition of luxury brands and self-esteem, and analyzes and materializes each group of the propensities of luxury brand consumption. It also tries to draw strategic implications for effective SNS advertising by analyzing narrative transportation on SNS advertising, interests in videos, and the interests in story based on these typified groups of luxury consumption. The result of the analysis shows that there is a difference in consumption propensity among consumers who were classified into four groups according to story cognition of luxury brands and self-esteem. There is also a difference in the response to narrative images through SNSs, such as narrative transportation, interests in videos, and interests in brand stories.

튀김가루 구매 요구도 조사 - 중요도-만족도 분석과 컨조인트 분석을 통한 구매 시 선택속성 분석 - (Purchasing Needs of Frying Powder according to Purchasing Attributes - Analysis for Selection Attributes through Importance-Satisfaction Analysis and Conjoint Analysis -)

  • This study attempted to improve frying powder products based on 272 consumers' purchase conditions. Factor analysis by type was conducted on purchase attributes of consumers who purchased frying powder by categorizing them based on five factors-namely, convenience, information, diversity, safety, and economy. Five main factors were divided into four purchase attributes named various pursuit, convenience pursuit, economical pursuit, and inform/safety pursuit. Purchasing status of frying powder products was analyzed according to three independent variables such as age, meal preparation type, and purchase attributes. The top motivation for using frying powder was convenience. According to the importance-satisfaction analysis survey, taste, expiration date, and certification mark were chosen as highly important and high satisfaction characteristics for frying powder (p<0.001), whereas nutrition, oil absorption, adhesiveness, crispiness, origin, and food additives were highly important and low satisfaction characteristics (p<0.001). In the conjoint analysis, crispiness was the most important attribute of fried food.

모바일 쇼핑몰의 속성이 소비자의 충성도에 미치는 효과 : 소비자의 O2O 서비스 경험여부를 조절변수로 (The Effects of Mobile Shopping Mall Attributes on Consumer Loyalty : Consumers' Experience with O2O Service as a Moderating Variable)

  • As mobile shopping has been increasing, the competition has been also increasing to satisfy various consumers' needs. Despite such increase in terms of the volume of the consumers who use mobile shopping, there has been very few studies to examine characteristics of mobile shopping malls. The purpose of this empirical study is to investigate the effect of characteristics of mobile shopping malls on consumer loyalty and the interaction effect of the O2O experience on the relationship between the characteristics of mobile shopping malls and consumer loyalty. Using a sample of 276 individuals who have experienced mobile shopping, we found that certain characteristics such as ubiquity, personalization, or convenience have a positive impact on consumer loyalty and a design characteristic solely has an interaction effect on consumer loyalty. As consumer loyalty has a critical factor on mobile shopping mall's profit, examining which factor has a positive effect on consumer loyalty is beneficial for mobile shopping malls. The results of the study have both practical and empirical implications.

고령친화 용품의 소비와 관련된 노인 소비자 행태 특성 -대구시를 중심으로- (The Characteristics of Elderly Consumer Behaviors in the Consumption of Aging friendly products)

  • 본 연구는 노인소비자 특성을 인구사회학적 기준에 따라 실증적으로 분석함으로써 고령친화 산업을 준비하는 기관과 기업체에 유익한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 이 연구에서는 노인들의 제품 선호도, 제품 선택 기준, 제품 구입자, 선호하는 매체를 연령, 성별, 월 소득수준, 교육수준을 기준으로 설문조사하였다. 1차 조사는 2008년 5월27일부터 6월 5일까지 노인 600명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 1차 조사 후 노인들과 젊은 층과 비교해보기 위해 동년 7월 27일부터 8월 7일까지 400명을 대상으로 2차 조사를 추가로 실시하였다. 1차조사결과 노인소비자들이 제품을 선택하는 기준은 기능적인 면을 가장 많이 고려하였고 제품 구입은 본인이 직접하는 경향이 높았으며 가장 선호하는 매체는 TV였다. 노인소비자들은 건강에 관련된 제품에 높은 관심을 가지고 있었다. 남성노인들은 여성노인들에 비해 레저스포츠 및 여행 상품을 많이 선호하였다. 2차 조사에서는 노인과 비노인을 비교하였는데 제품선호도, 선택 기준에서 연령에 따라 차이가 있었다. 연구 결과를 통하여 노인소비자들의 특성을 분석하면 첫째, 노인소비자들을 위한 제품은 기능적인 면을 갖추어야 한다. 둘째, 노인소비자들은 경제적인 면에서 주도적이고 능동적이며 사회적인 면에서 독립성이 강한 경향이 있다. 셋째, 노인들은 건강관련 제품을 선호하였고 노인소비자에 대한 마케팅 계획에는 성별, 교육수준, 월소득 수준과 같은 배경정보에 대한 사전 조사가 필요하다. 앞으로 노인소비행태에 영향을 주는 다양한 변인에 대한 연구가 지속적이고 심도 있게 이루어지는 것이 필요하고 노인소비자 시장을 겨냥한 중장기적인 계획이 필요하리라 판단한다.

애완견 의류 구매 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Purchasing Practices of Pet Dog's Apparel)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the purchasing practices and consumer's needs for pet dog apparel to provide useful information for the manufacture of pet dog's apparel. Data were obtained from 203 consumers who have purchased dog apparel(55 male, 148 female). 57.9% of them were 20-30 years old, 27.9% were living in houses, 54.3% were apartment residents. The kinds of dog included were Shihtzu, Martise, and Yorkshireterrier, and 2/3 of the respondents own a single dog, the remainder have at least two dogs. The most important factor to consider when purchasing dog apparel was size, followed by comfort, design, and materials in that order, Most of the apparel was purchased with convenience as the primary consideration, and the average price was 10-30 thousands won, and the items were purchased at pet beauty shops or specialty shops. For materials, it showed that the majority preferred cotton or a cotton mixture which was woven or woven with knit. The survey revealed that the main purposes for the apparel were, in order, to protect the dog from cold weather and direct sunlight, to be good looks and to memorialize a special day. Consumers put the apparel on their dogs 1-3 times per week, on average, and also when they went out for a walk. They were satisfied with the design, color and quality of the material now on the market, but unsatisfied with size and price. They have a preference for cute, but simple designs and a functional style. The respondents wanted to have material that was mild or neutral, stain-resistant, and something that would repel insects.

Mask Cognition Types of Korean in the COVID19 Era using the Q Methodology

  • 본 연구는 마스크 착용이 필수가 된 시대를 살고 있는 20대를 대상으로 하여 마스크에 대해서 어떤 인식을 가지고 있는지를 조사하고 그 인식을 유형화하여 유형별 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구에는 Q방법론을 활용하였다. 마스크에 대한 인식유형은 3개로 유형화되었다. 유형 1은 마스크를 늘 착용하며 마스크가 비언어적 커뮤니케이션과 착용자의 이미지에 영향을 미친다고 생각하는 '상시 착용 영향 중시형'이었다. 유형 2는 마스크를 세균을 막기 위해 착용하며 마스크가 부정적 영향이 크다고 생각하는 '기능 중시 부정 인식형'이었다. 유형 3은 얼굴을 가리기 위해 마스크를 착용하고 마스크 착용 시 사람이 젊어 보인다고 생각하는 '은폐 착용 긍정 이미지형'이었다. 소비자의 니즈를 반영한 다양한 디자인과 기능의 마스크 개발이 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다. 디자인, 맞음새, 기능 등 소비자가 중요하게 고려하는 사항에 따라 선택할 수 있도록 여러 가지 제품이 개발·판매되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

친환경 소재를 이용한 유아용 다기능 식탁의자 개발 연구 (Study of Developing Multi-Function High-chair Using Eco-Friendly Material)

  • In the modern society, social activities of married women are increasing along with the economic growth, which leads to low birth rates of the situation where most people give birth to only one or two children. Korea in particular records one of the lowest birth rates among many other nations of the world. Despite the situation where overall industrial consumer economy is not good, baby goods market is becoming more luxurious and diversified, and its scale is also growing. Desires of young parents in their 20s and 30s for their children leads to consumption desires of luxurious baby goods, and despite the fact that their taste level rises by easily gaining access to immense baby information via the Internet, our nation's baby furniture market is unreasonably lacking the ability to satisfy the needs of such consumers. Furniture culture of our nation today is based on the stand-up culture of the West. However, analyzing the life culture inside our homes, stand-up and sit-down cultures of the West and the East are coexisting complexly. Such life pattern can be more easily found in households with babies. As such, baby furniture that satisfies our unique life culture and has quality, design and price competitiveness is desperately needed. In such market state, this study is expected to make economic and cultural accomplishments by focusing on the newly embossing baby furniture market and developing products, delivering them to consumers to open new markets and developing into an industry.
