  • This study was to identify the concepts and dimensions of interactivity and to examine the effect of interactivity on identification, relationship quality, and loyalty of e-brand in Internet sites using structural equation model(SEM). For these purposes, the authors developed several hypotheses. The results are as follows. First, control is not associated with identification, but is positively associated with relationship quality. Second, two-way communication is not associated with identification and relationship quality. Third, responsiveness is associated with identification and relationship quality. Fourth, identification is associated with relationship quality. Fifth, identification is not associated with loyalty, while relationship quality is associated loyalty. This means that identification and relationship quality play the partial mediating roles in the relationship between interactivity and loyalty. At the end of this paper, managerial implications, limitations, and future research directions were suggested.

  • Purpose - This study explores the relationships between e-Marketing and perceived service quality with brand trust and loyalty towards the brand of mobile telephone operators in Kosovo. Research design, data, and methodology - The conceptual model of four constructs was developed, while each construct consisted of the set of variables measured by using five-point Likert scale. The primary data was collected via an online survey through SurveyMonkey, distributed via Facebook and email. The collected data were cleaned, validated and tested for its consistency through Cronbach's Alpha; ensured that five assumptions of multiple linear regression are met. To assess the relationships between outcome variable and dependent variables of the model, performed the bivariate correlation, simple, multiple linear and hierarchical regression. Results - Perceived service quality has a positive significant effect on brand trust and loyalty. e-Marketing presents moderating direct effect on brand loyalty, and slightly higher effect through brand trust of the mobile telephone operators in Kosovo. Conclusions - The perceived service quality and brand trust are key determinants in achieving brand loyalty in telecommunication industry, followed by e-Marketing as means to creating expectations, delivering on promise to meet customers' perceptions for service quality with a purpose of building trust, that leads to loyalty towards the brands of mobile operators in Kosovo.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between media engagement, viewing immersion, viewing satisfaction, and loyalty of e-sports viewers. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on 300 college students with experience in watching e-sports in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungnam. Data processing was done with SPSS 26 for frequency analysis, Cronbach's α analysis. Also, AMOS 13 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. We have the following results. first, among the sub-factors of media engagement, functional engagement and communal engagement had a significant effect on viewing commitment. Second, among the sub-factors of media engagement, emotional engagement had a significant effect on viewing satisfaction. Third, it was found that viewing commitment and viewing satisfaction had a significant effect on loyalty. • With the growth of e-commerce banks make the best use of internet banking which can provide all sorts of financial services in cyber space and satisfy customers beyond traditional banking services which are cash reserve and loan based on retail. For survival of internet banking high quality of service should be provided to customers. For this, the attributes of service quality in internet banking should be identified first. The studies on scale of service quality in internet banking have been divided into two ways. While traditional way has focused on SERVQUAL, several researchers have developed scale of e-service quality. However, the dimension of e-service quality is applied from the traditional dimension of service quality. In this paper five dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy based on SERVQUAL are used as scale of service quality in internet banking through reviewing previous studies. In addition, because service value is correlated to service quality, the dimensions of service quality can affect e-service value. The positive relationship among e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in online or offline service has been identified by previous studies. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among service quality, e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in internet banking. SPSS 12.0 is used to test validity and reliability of questionnaire items and correlation of variables and AMOS 4.0 is used to test the hypotheses. The results of this study show that the responsiveness, assurance, and empathy factors of service quality have a positive effect on service value and that the tangible and assurance factors have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. It also shows that e-service value affects positively customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction affects positively customer loyalty. • Purpose: This study focuses on developing a structural equation model of variables influencing loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces in Thailand. The variables investigated comprised food attributes, online system attributes, marketing innovations, attitudes, and satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: An online questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample group (200 buyers and 200 sellers) using quota sampling. The data were analyzed using the structural equation model. Results: The developed structural equation model was consistent with the empirical data. Factors in the model could explain 40.1% of the variance in loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces. Food attributes and online system attributes influenced satisfaction directly. Online system attributes, market innovation, and attitudes directly influenced loyalty. The developed model had no variation between groups of buyers and sellers.
