  • Recently the research about electron transport characteristic and energy distribute function in mixture gases within Helium, has been used and developed widely as industrial quality improvement of extinguish characteristic, electrical dielectric strength ability of application of each species high voltage apparatus, gas plasma etching progress of work to use manufacture of semiconductor, thin film molding by CVD, insulation film to use ultra LSI, etc. This paper analyze electron transport characteristic in the range E/N $1{\sim}60$[Td], pressure $0.1{\sim}6.0$[Torr] by MCS. It is necessary to seek electron drift velocity, diffusion coefficient, lonization coefficients, characteristic energy, mean energy and electron energy distribution function as electron transport characteristic.

  • In this paper, optimized model was designed for the starting characteristic of the Single-Phase Line-Start Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor by using the Design of Experiment. A field pole angle, thickness and distance from center axis of permanent magnet were selected as design factor. We executed the transient state characteristic analysis of 8 test models. The transient state characteristic analysis was executed by using the 2 dimensional Finite Element Method and the Time Difference Method. We checked the fact that the selected design factor affected starting characteristic of the Line-Start Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor. Depend on this result we found the optimized design point by using the response optimization.

  • This paper deals with force characteristic analysis of linear switched reluctance motor using dynamic simulation. First, we calculated flux density of linear switched reluctance motor according to position. Second, analyzed normal force from flux density of linear switched reluctance motor according to position. Also, analysis result compares with data that is derived through a finite element analysis, and proved validity. However, linear switched reluctance motor has non linear characteristic, hence, analysis of propulsion force do not easy using analytical method. Therefore, we presented dynamic characteristic analysis model which is consisted at motor and sensor signal part, etc., and substitute circuit constant that get using magnetic equivalent circuit method, we confirmed propulsion force.

  • A detailed Investigation of cell structure and electrical characteristic in chalcogenide-based phase-change random access memory(PRAM) devices is presented. We used compound of Ge-Sb-Te material for phase-change cell. A novel bottom electrode structure and manufacture are described. We used heat radiator structure for improved reset characteristic. A resistance change measurement is performed on the test chip. From the resistance change, we could observe faster reset characteristic.

  • In this paper, the dynamic characteristic according to variable load of Permanent magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM) is dealt with carefully. And the experiment machine is manufactured for analysis of dynamic characteristic. The results of both simulation and experiment are discussed.

  • This paper deals with thrust characteristic by design parameter of linear synchronous reluctance motor(LSynRM). Mover of LSynRM used stator of linear induction machine. Design parameter being teeth width, teeth depth, airgap and displacement, we analyzed thrust characteristic on singleness or complex case. Also, we presented thrust characteristic using finite element method.

  • The ESD protection characteristic of chip varistors on a circuit board can not be analyzed by using a conventional circuit simulator due to its microwave characteristic. Thus, by employing Agilent's microwave circuit simulator ADS, we showed that the ESD Protection characteristic or chip varistors can be investigated. order to got more precise simulation results, a chip varistor model was extracted from the electrical characteristic of a TDK's chip varistor and the distributed circuit based pattern was designed as the ESD propagation path. The simulation results showed that the ESD protection characteristic of a chip varistors can be improved drastically by reducing the ESD propagation path.

  • This paper deals with finite element characteristic analysis of brushless DC motor according to magnetic property measurement methods. Magnetic property data for non-oriented (NO) electrical steel for electric motors are measured by the Epstein test which is considered as the international standards. Data from Epstein test may result in discrepancy from motor characteristic tests due to innate anisotropic property of NO electrical steel. Finite element analysis were performed for a BLDC motor by various measurement methods such as Epstein test, Ring test and single sheet test (SST), and calculated results were compared with considering anisotropic property conditions.

  • In consideration of piezoelectric characteristic and Temperature stability, 3-element system dopped with NiO, $Cr_2O_3$ well-known as Hardner and Stabilizer whose primary element is PZT was eximanated its structure, piezoelectric characteristics, dopping with Nio, $Cr_2O_3$. We think that piezoelectric Characteristic is developed, remenent polarization and $E_c$ can developed in specimens by dopping with NiO, $Cr_2O_3$ additive. also, electromechanical quality factor largely showed tendency of decrement. According to dopping NiO, $Cr_2O_3$ more.

  • In this paper, we developed to artificial neural network for load characteristic identification of power system. We can acquire active power and reactive power of individual load depending on the variation of voltage and frequency from the experimentation of a dynamic characteristic of load. The data of the experimental results were be used in learning of ANN. A proposed ANN model is applied to analyze the transient stability. To demonstrate the propriety of the power system transient stability with load model using ANN, the simulation of the two-machine five-bus system is carried out.
