Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the properties of Meridian Gi in $\ulcorner$Huangdineijing(黃帝內經)$\lrcorner$, specially one of the movement properties like that comings and goings of Gi. Methods : Through searching concepts and properties of Meridian Gi in several chapters of $\ulcorner$Huangdineijing(黃帝內經)$\lrcorner$, many phrases concerned with that properties could be explained and reconstructed into new motional shape of Meridian Gi. Results : The basic characters of comings and goings of Meridian Gi or genuine Gi originate from food essence, and that are like a kind of waves. The most important moments of acupuncture treatment is such time of it's short passing the acupoints, carrying out tonifying and purging methods by controlling the spirit. Conclusions : The Meridian Gi consists of anti-pathogenic Gi so called genuine Gi and pathogenic Gi. Medical doctor must correctly knows the flow of Meridian Gi to operate tonifying and purging method of acupuncture treatments in order to get the desired results. Also maintaining very sensitive state in diagnostic process, the most important key points is to control the spirit and adjust mental activities of both doctors and patients. The motional properties of Meridian Gi are actually concerned with the arrival of Gi and reinforcement-reduction along and against Meridian Gi.

I examined throughout where Sa Gi Gang Boo Byung Hyung(邪氣藏府病形) was shown. It is shown in many books, such as Young Chu(靈樞), Kab Eul Kyung(甲乙經), Nan Kyung(難經), Yu Kyung(類經), etc. Sa Gi Gang Boo Byung Hyung got its name by how its contents pointed to the mechanism of getting harmed by Sa Gi(邪氣), and the forms of diseases which were led from five organs and six hollow viscera getting harmed by Sa Gi(邪氣). Sa Gi Gang Boo Byung Hyung is divided into three chapters which are divided altogether into nine sections. The first chapter is on the mechanism of Sa Gi(邪氣)' s harming the five organs and the six hollow viscera. Going into details, it discusses that Sa Gi has got two different ways which are divided into Yum Yang(陰陽) to harm the organs and the hollow viscera. Next, it discusses how faces can endure the cold that well. The second chapter is on the essences such as symptoms, face colors, shapes of pulse, and conditions on the interior part of the elbow. In the first section, it discusses how figures, colors and pulses relate together. In the second section, it discusses different diseases have different pulses and conditions on the interior part of the elbow. The third section is on forms of diseases in five organs and six hollow viscera. The third chapter is on acupuncture. The first section is about acupuncturing six channels. The second is about acupuncture points which is compared to the sea by its function. The third is about the forms of diseases with discussing symptoms and acupuncture points. The forth is about the essence of acupuncture. The ten different pulses of each five organs, and the masses of five organs in Nan Kyung(難經), and Jang Bu Mak Jin Beob(臟腑脈診法) in Eu Hak Yib Moon(醫學入門) are based on 'The six different pulses of each five organs' which is shown in the third section, second chapter. Besides, it plays an important role in study and it can play an important role as well in doctoring such as inspecting, taking pulses and so on. Thus, I found Sa Gi Gang Boo Byung Hyung worth while to study. But, Sa Gi Gang Boo Gyung Hyung was written in ancient letters and was omitted in many parts, which led successive doctors to write different explanatory notes. Thus, I researched the exact meaning through successive explanatory notes.

Recently, the satellite image is getting large spotlight as a way for getting necessary information of urban planning and management, but the satellite image is only used to explain the status or basemap instead of paper map in urban planning works. From this study we derived the detail indexes to fix the boundary of urban improvement project, for measuring these indexes used with satellite image and GIS. the linkage of GIS and satellite image let us to catch the indexes and contribute to improvement type deciding in Urban Improvement Project.

This study is compactability and Passing ability to get to know the flowing characteristic of high flowing self-compacting concrete with mixing steel fiber of various size and diameter. After flowing test, size and diameter are getting longer, flowing performance is getting lower. It meets the standard of combined high flowing self-compacting concrete of JSCE 2 grade and passing performance from ASTM C 1621. Through this study, it can be possible to be applied in site of HSCC with mixing steel fiber.

Recently, construction works of scale are getting larger with economic growth. Shotcreting is one of major processes in tunnels construction. Accelerator is used in tunnel and underground structures to ensure early strength of shotcrete. Silicate based accelerator and aluminate based accelerator is getting widely in the field. But these accelerators have many problems due to decesase of long-term strength and low quality of the hardened shotcrete. in order to solve these problems, recently developed powder types cement mineral accelerator. In this study, we tested chloride permeability, freezing and thawing and accelerated carbonation of shotcrete. As a result of the test, wet-mixed shotcrete with powder types cement mineral accelerator exhibited durability improvement compared to the conventional shotcrete accelerator.

As FPD technology is getting improved, there are a lot of issues on signal processing and analysis, and its relative importance has been increasing day by day. In particular, response time sad in the evaluation item of FPD has been measured by oscilloscope. In this paper, we propose an effective measurement method of response time in FPD. The proposed method is to calculate the rising/ falling time by using statistical techniques of histogram and analyzing an energy distribution. Ultimately, the method has proved the utility and reliability by comparison of oscilloscope

As the cholera was spread over the Joseon dynasty at 1821, Hwang Doyeon investigated the symptoms like diarrhea, vomiting, muscle cramp and so on, and he presented the cause of cholera as the damage of Primordial-gi caused by abnormal climate and Damp-heat made by taking inadequate foods. He regarded as of great importance the ordinary health condition by guessing the prognosis of the disease, and proposed how to make a diagnosis of dehydration by observing nails and toenails. To treat cholera, he presented the methods of Sipseon-bloodletting and Singwol-moxacautery, and mentioned compound herb remedies and single herbs like garlic etc. He wrote down Mulberry leaves and Argyi wormwood leaves as the preventor of cholera to emphasize the importance of prevention, and mentioned food contraindication in addition to keep from getting worse.

Road and maritime transport which connecting main cities in the world is already fully saturated, and the loss cost caused by recent high oil prices is getting bigger. Transportation by inland waterway is rising as an alternative method of them. Concerning this, the GI Waterway is on construction to connect the Yellow sea and Seoul. Nevertheless, there are no existing aids to navigation around the area and no studies have been carried out for them. As the construction progresses, installation of proper aids to navigation should be considered and profound studies need to be carried out. This study focused on introduction of the cases and the systems of other countries inland waterway aids to navigation and suggested a suitable navigation aids system along the inland waterways in Korea and a way of installation for that system.

The internal temperature of an operating room had to keep within $20^{\circ}C$. However, the doctor who is wearing operating gown and mask caused to rise temperature because of the thermal occurrence of dental LED light source. At first, the surgery environment is getting worse. And then last, it would increase bleeding rate by the expansion of patient's exposured blood vessel. A surgical operator can distribute the patient's tissue through such surgery environment, exactly. It can do accurate surgery. So, it gave to effect that surgical operator's eye condition is getting better and it could keep a mutual assistance system. For this research, we develop the LED dental light source module of high color rendition. It performed simulation for replacing established the method of Halogen lamp and Plazma lamp of light source. We analyzed intensity of illumination and the change of viability by changing the height of light source module.
