Objectives : Many keyboarding staff are required for compositional herb data entry from ancient documents. It's the most difficult thing to build DB. So, we have studied to solve this problem. Methods : We have used Windows 7 and Access2013 for automatic extraction compositional herb in the Taipinghuiminhejijufang(太平惠民和劑局方). First of all, we have made synonyms list of herbs and list of herb volumes notation. And than we have analyzied order of arrangements between names of herb and notations of herb volume. Results : We have analyzied a part of prescriptions in the Taipinghuiminhejijufang(太平惠民和劑局方) (519 prescriptions). After 91 seconds, we can complete automatic extraction of compositional herb from 519 prescriptions. Conclusions : If we can analyzie order of arrangements between names of herb and notations of herb volume, we can automatically extract compositional herb of prescription from ancient documents.

Through the study, these are found out about "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" and Sanghanmun of "Hayangyakjibsungbang". First of all, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a Korean hreb book that contains only the herbs that were produced or cultivated in Korea. Secondly, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a practical herb book which widened its use in Korea. Third, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a practical herb book that was convinient for people. Fourth, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a brand new herb book that gathered all the knowledge about herb in Korea and abroad. Fifth, "Hyangyakboncho(Korean herb)" is a brand new herb book that contains all about processing method.

Purpose : Local medicinal herb festivals present the history of the Korean medicine and cultural resources in the regions to play an important role in attracting tourists, vitalizing local economy, and improving the local image. Therefore, it is important to understand the origin of the festival and grasp historical and cultural meaning of local medicinal herb festivals. Methods : I compared the books and articles presented in the reference list. Results & Conclusions : Local medicinal herb festivals originates from traditional yangnyeongsi. Since the $17^{th}$ century, yangnyeongsi has grown up as a special market. Implementation of the Daedong Act promoted commodity and monetary economy that helped commerce and industry develop and market grow up. It also made changes in the social status system and yangnyeongsi has been such a historical phenomenon appeared in this social background. The growth of yangnyeongsi contributed to the progress in the private medicine that triggered the gradual transfer of power in the medicine to the private sector which has long been held by the government. In yangnyeongsi, there were many cultural events to attract visitors. It's the same case in China that preserves stages that were used for cultural events in the medicine market to pass down the historic sites while those in Korea are disappearing as yangnyeongsis are being pulled out of the city areas to the suburban areas due to the redevelopment projects. For this reason, restoration of the place for traditional yangnyeongsi should be taken into account through local medicinal herb festivals.

This report investigates on the subject of the development of medicinal herb study through historic transition made by medicinal herb book publications. This report summarized publications of representative medicinal herb books of the times, the standing characteristics of the times and the development of the medicinal herb study. In addition, this report investigates the influence on Korean medicine by looking at the traces of medicinal herb books that had been introduced and deeply influenced to Korean medicine, and publication facts of Chosun edition.

Objectives : I'd like to mimic JunChenZuoShe Theory as Herb weight ratio grade. And than analyze the characteristics of the prescription based on the Herb weight ratio grade from Taepyeonghyeminhwajegukbang, Somunsunmyungronbang and Nansilbijang. Methods : At first, we have changed herb informations to Herb weight ratio. The second we have decided the ranking of herb weight ratio. The third we have entered herb weight ratio grade. Finally we have counted frequency of first grade herb from the Taepyeonghyeminhwajegukbang, Somunsunmyungronbang and Nansilbijang. Results : We could use a new search function to find prescription by herb weight ratio grade. And than we could find out prescription efficacy rate of the ancient documents. Conclusions : We have entered herb weight ratio grade values by herb weight ratio ranking of top 10%, 30%, 60%. So we could find out that buqi(補氣) efficacy is used most often in the Taepyeonghyeminhwajegukbang, Somunsunmyungronbang and Nansilbijang. In the rate of qingrezaoshi(淸熱燥濕) efficacy, fasanfengre(發散風熱) efficacy, fasanfenghan(發散風寒) efficacy, Nansilbijang is higher than Taepyeonghyeminhwajegukbang. In the rate of qingrezaoshi(淸熱燥濕) efficacy, gongxia(攻下) efficacy, Somunsunmyungronbang is higher than Taepyeonghyeminhwajegukbang.

"DongYangEuiYak" is a magazine that was published three times to reconstruct Korean medicine. Publishing the magazine was leaded by excutives of the East and West Medicine Research Society, especially Kim younghun and Cho hunyoung. The magazine contains reconstruction of Korean medicine, medical history, pulse, herb, Sasang medicine and etc, in depth. Editorial department of "DongYangEuiYak" tried to boom Korean medicine and reeducate the people working in Korean medicine field by answering reader's questions and medical counselling articles and articles in correspondence course form. Studing courses and founding herb town after the publishment of "DongYangEuiYak", reflects well the culminated atmosphere of Korean medicine.

Traditional medicine has been exchanged constantly from prehistoric times up to the present. As the global market trade on traditional medicine increases, people now emphasized the importance of traditional medicine. Previously, knowledge about herbal medicines are taught or learned indirectly. Most of it was learned through medical books. But in these contemporary times, herbal medicine's knowledge is shared through journals, congress and some other events in where traditional medicine's information are shared. In the international congress gathering; traditional medicine's experts from many countries shared some additional knowledge. First, "an attitude to medicine that emphasizes on Naturalism". Second, "respect for experienced in traditional medicine". Third, "respect for locality on traditional medicine". Fourth, "a protection for domestic traditional medicine industry" Fifth, "acceptance of traditional medicine from other countries according to domestic health care system".

Objectives : This research aims to suggest a automatic data extract method for herbal formula combinations from medical classics' texts. Methods : This research was carried out by using Access of Microsoft Office 365 in Windows 10 of Microsoft. The subject text for extraction was 『Euijongsonik』. Using data sets of herb and dosage terminology, herbal medicinals and their dosages were extracted. Afterwards, using the position value of the character string, the formula combinations were automatically extracted. Results :The PC environment of this research was Intel Core i7-1065G7 CPU 1.30GHz, with 8GB of RAM and a Windows 10 64bit operation system. Out of 6,115 verses, 19,277 herb-dosage combinations were extracted. Conclusions : In this research, it was demonstrated that in the case of classical texts that are available as data, knowledge on herbal medicine could be extracted without human or material resources. This suggests an applicability of classical text knowledge to clinical practice.

A previous study suggested that there might be an association between use of herb medicine and peptic ulcer. The past history of patient with perforated duodenal ulcer was treated with herb medicine. We identified that the mucosa of stomach & duodenum were completed healed by herb medicine treatment on the gastro-endoscopy and the systom. Author report ths case with a brief review of literatures.

Persistent facial telangiectasia, erythema and flushing are the major cosmetic problems in patients with rosacea. However various therapeutic modalities for rosacea are not effective. Five patients who had a history of rosacea which poorly controlled by oral and topical medications, were given Herb-medication and Acupuncture treatment. The size of erythema and the number of papules had been gradually decreased and finally all the symptoms were gone except telangiectasia.
