크라우드소싱 커뮤니티 내 고객 선호와 조직 수용 아이디어 간 비교 연구 (A Comparative Analysis between Organization-Adoptable and User-Favorable Ideas in a Crowdsourcing Community)

  • Open innovation concept is advocating the importance of the customer roles in firm's innovation. As a result, crowdsourcing community is drawing attention as a strategic asset for open innovation across diverse industries. Considering that the goal of crowdsourcing community is harnessing innovative ideas, understanding the characteristics of user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of idea crowdsourcing. In our approach, we extracted idea content-based characteristics such as subjectivity, negativity, prosocialness, and depth of idea to examine what are the factors that affect user preference and organizational adoption. An analysis of 71,134 ideas from MyStarbucksIdea.com shows that there are significant differences between user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas in terms of idea characteristics. Lastly, both theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

공공도서관의 학습조직 특성이 사서의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Learning Organization Characteristics on Librarians' Innovative Work Behavior in Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관의 학습조직 특성이 사서의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 한국의 수도권에 위치한 공공도서관 15곳의 사서 113명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 도서관의 학습조직 특성과 혁신행동에 대하여 조사하였다. 학습조직 특성과 혁신행동에 대한 다중회귀분석 결과, 학습조직 특성의 하위 요인 중 학습 기회 창출과 학습 체계 구축은 혁신행동의 하위 요인 중 아이디어 구현에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 공공도서관들은 사서들의 학습을 위하여 재정적, 비재정적 지원을 강화하고 사서들의 학습을 공유할 수 있는 전자게시판, 회의 등 다양한 체계를 구축할 것을 제안하였다. 이와 함께 학습조직 특성의 하위 요인들은 혁신행동의 하위 요인 중 아이디어 생성과 아이디어 홍보에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 아이디어 생성과 아이디어 홍보에 영향을 미치는 조직 특성을 밝혀야 할 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 사서들의 혁신행동을 강화하는 학습조직 특성의 하위 요인들을 밝혀냈다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

온라인 아이디어 제안 커뮤니티에서 담당자 지식수용에 영향을 미치는 요인: 한국관광공사 관광아이디어뱅크 게시판을 중심으로 (Influencing Factors on Knowledge Adoption of Administrator in an Online Idea Proposal Community: Focusing on the Tourism Idea Bank of Korea Tourism Organization)

  • 최근 한국관광공사를 비롯한 많은 정부기관에서 국민들의 다양한 아이디어를 수렴하고 이를 사업에 반영하기 위해, 쌍방향 소통이 가능한 온라인 아이디어 제안 커뮤니티를 구축, 운영하고 있지만, 운영 취지에 대한 국민들의 이해 부족과 당국의 관리 의지부족으로 활용률은 극히 저조한 상황이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 정보품질의 특성에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 (1) 온라인 아이디어 제안 커뮤니티 맥락에서의 아이디어 품질을 구성하는 핵심 특성요인을 도출하고, (2) 이를 다시 휴리스틱-체계 모델에 의거, 내용적 특성요인(가치성, 관련성, 참신성, 충실성)과 비내용적 특성요인(글의 길이)으로 분류한 뒤, (3) 고객 제안글에 포함된 내용적 및 비내용적 특성요인들이 온라인 아이디어 제안 커뮤니티 담당자의 지식수용에 어떠한 직접적 혹은 상호작용 영향을 미치는지에 대한 실증연구를 수행하였다. 한국관광공사의 관광아이디어뱅크에서 처리가 완료된 제안글 240개 전수 자료를 이용한 구조방정식모형 분석 결과, 내용적 특성요인 가운데 가치성, 관련성, 참신성이 담당자 지식수용에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 비내용적 특성요인인 글의 길이는 참신성이 담당자 지식수용에 미치는 영향에 대한 정(+)의 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다.

A Knowledge-based Interactive Idea Categorizer for Electronic Meeting Systems

  • Research on group decisions and electronic meeting systems have been increasing rapidly according to the widespread of Internet technology. Although various issues have been raised in empirical research, we will try to solve an issue on idea categorizing in the group decision making process of electronic meeting systems. Idea categorizing used at existing group decision support systems was performed in a top-down procedure and mostly b participants; manual work. This resulted in tacking as long in idea categorizing as it does for idea generating clustering an idea in multiple categories, and identifying almost similar redundant categories. However such methods have critical limitation in the electronic meeting systems, we suggest an intelligent idea categorizing methodology which is a bottom-up approach. This method consists of steps to present idea using keywords, identifying keywords' affinity, computing similarity among ideas, and clustering ideas. This methodology allows participants to interact iteratively for clear manifestation of ambiguous ideas. We also developed a prototype system, IIC (intelligent idea categorizer) and evaluated its performance using the comparision experimetn with other systems. IIC is not a general purposed system, but it produces a good result in a given specific domain.

조직 구성원의 커뮤니케이션 만족이 인적자원의 집단 창의성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Relations Between Communication Satisfaction and Group Creativity in Organization)

  • The main purpose of this study is to assess the relationship between communication satisfaction and group creativity. To achieve this purpose, this study has two objectives. First, I will identify the relationship between the satisfaction of communication and idea creation. Second, the relationship between communication satisfaction and problem solving activity will be statistically tested. The major findings of the study can be summarized as follows: First, Statistically significant positive relations were found between the communication satisfaction and idea creation. Especially, sub-construct for supervisor communication$({\beta}=0.14,\;p<.05)$, quality of media$({\beta}=0.13,\;p<.05)$, individual feedback$({\beta}=0.36,\;p<.001)$, organizational prospect$({\beta}0.31,\;p<.001)$ showed the statistically significant positive(+) relationship with construct in idea creation. Second, the measurement of communication satisfaction had showed statistically significant relationship with the problem solving activity. Especially, communication with supervisor$({\beta}=0.21,\;p<.05)$, quality of media$({\beta}=0.21,\;p<.001)$, organizational prospects$({\beta}=0.22,\;p<.001)$, and communication with subordinate$({\beta}=0.37,\;p<.001)$ showed the significant positive(+) relationship with problem solving activity construct. These consequences suggest that communication satisfaction of employee is effective in the improving the group creativity in organization. In the conclusion, this study present the satisfaction factor of employee communication as a incremental factor of group creativity.

학교 환경교육 교재 개발을 위한 시사점: 환경교사 포커스 그룰 토론 결과를 토대로 (Implications for Developing Environmental Education Teaching Materials: Based on the Focus Group Discussion)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how environmental education teachers think about environmental teaching materials of their use in primary and secondary schools. For this purpose, six primary and secondary school teachers were selected for focus group discussion on October 17th, 2005. The discussion of focus group was recorded both on video and audio tapes. Teachers' discussion could be analyzed in the perspectives of two big ideas, 'content selection' and 'content organization and presentation'. The big ideas were categorized into several areas: 1) The idea of 'content selection' was classified into 4 areas such as integration, difficulty level, locality, and timeliness, 2) The idea of 'content organization and presentation' was classified into 4 areas such as learning motivation, teaching and teaming strategy, evaluation method, application of teaching materials. This study provided meaningful ideas, which can be used in developing environmental education materials as well as effective teaching and teaming strategies for school environmental educators.
