Interests on Service Level Agreement(SLA), an immanence operating tool for managing the level of the information system service objectively and qualitatively, were raised among IT outsourcing service providers, outsourcers, and operating departments. Yet, only a few domestic conglomerates adopted the SLA, and exact usage of the SLA is currently unknown. Because of the importance of the SLA between a service recipient and a service provider, the agreement is treated with high confidentiality. This raised the problems to organizations which are considering the SLA but lack in the concrete guide line to internalize SLA management process. This study provides the process model of implementation for SLA by conducting multiple case research. The sampled companies are currently implementing the SLA over 1 year of usage period. Factors were used to provide the managerial contribution for implementing the SLA. To analyse the case samples, in-depth interview method was conducted for each sampled company. As a result, if SLA can be used as an immanence managerial tool and can be actively implemented, it will be an strategic tool for various decision making in IT management practice with long term relationship, better shared partnership, and continuous service improvement.

The purpose of this study is to extract the conceptual nature of contextualization in mathematical problems and to analyze problems according to its conceptual framework based on the perspective of RME (Realistic Mathematical Education) which emphasizes mathematising through realistic context in mathematics textbooks of the 4th grade in Korean textbooks and the U. S. materials. "Contextualization" was analyzed by three elements such as everydayness, variety, and mathematical immanence. As results, Korean textbook showed much less in the amount of contextual problems and also represented lower contextualization in contextual problems than that of American textbooks.

The concepts of laws like regularity or persistence or recurrence those are discovered in nature, became the essential elements in speculative philosophy, study and scientific technology. Western civilization was spread out by these natural laws. As this background, this study is aimed to research the theories of natural laws and the development of geometry as the descriptive tools and the development aspects of the concepts of space. According to Whitehead's four theories on the natural laws, the result of this study that aimed like that as follows. First, the theories on the immanence and imposition of the natural laws were the predominant ideas from ancient Greek to before the scientific revolution, the theory on the simple description like the positivism made the Newton-Cartesian mechanism and an absolutist world view. The theory on the conventional interpretation made the organicism and relativism world view according to non-Euclidean geometry. Second, the geometrical composition of ancient Greek architecture was an aesthetics that represented the immanence of natural laws. Third, in the basic symbol of medieval times, the numeral symbol was the frame of thought and was an important principal of architecture. Fourth, during the Renaissance, architecture was regarded as mathematics that made the order of universe to visible things and the geometry was regarded as an important architectural principal. Fifth, according to the non-Euclidean geometry, it was possible to present the natural phenomena and the universe. Sixth, topology made to lapse the division of traditional floor, wall and ceiling in contemporary architecture and made to build the continuous space. Seventy, the new nature was explained by fractal concepts not by Euclidean shapes, fractal presented that the essence of nature had not mechanical and linear characteristic but organic and non-linear characteristic.

To interpret a change of discourse can be a method to understand architectural space in progress. With this idea, features of modern age which motivated sense of the contemporary were considered in this study and subsequently characteristics of contemporary space differentiated from the modern were researched. First of all, features of subject which provided a base of modern thoughts were contemplated. The word 'modern' is used in wide and various terms but basically its core conception consists of reason and universal rationality. The subject of the modem age has vision-centric features just like an ideal representation principle of perspective. Given the fact, it was confirmed that a position to become a right subject, that is, a position controlled by reason existed and that it was to guarantee subject a truth. However, the contemporary subject keeps changing with a purpose of escaping from modern characteristics. It presents a tendency to escape from rationalism of the modern age and Platonism of the ancient Greece which established a basis of western ideology. The subject-centered ideas came to focus on the structure and relationship firmed fundamentally in deep inside of subject. The contemporary subject which escaped from the stiffen ideas bears a meaning through events taking place on immanence surface and serialization. Also, the contemporary architectural space is considered to go abreast with the change and trend. In conclusion, this study proved that features of event-oriented architectural space based on the changing contemporary subject appear as process-based space, user-participated space and individual-cognition space and the like.

In late 90s, organizations recognized the information technology as an key enabler of the business strategic accomplishment which lead them heavy increment on IT investment. These organizations tried to hold the competitive advantage by focusing on their core competency. And these acts raise their interests on IT outsourcing. Recent trends of the organizations concern on evaluating the effectiveness of the previous IT investment and the reasonable selection on IT investment type. Also, the objective evaluation of the service level and continuous improvement are major concern of the outsourcer. Consequently, interests on Service Level Agreement (SLA), an immanence operating tool for managing the level of the information system service objectively and qualitatively, were raised among IT outsourcing service providers, outsourcers, and operating departments. This study provides the organizational and environmental factors of the adopting and applying the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by conducting multiple case research. The sampled companies are currently implementing the SLA over 1 year of usage period. Factors were used to provide the operational contribution for implementing the SLA. The study also provides the effects on IT performance through the SLA. For this, in depth interview was conducted for each sampled company. As a result, if SLA between outsourcer and service provider can be used as an immanence operation tool and actively implemented, SLA will be an strategic tool for various decision making in IT management practice with long term relationship, better shared partnership, and continuous service improvement.

La demarche et l'objet de cette recherche sont d'analyser, psychiquement, biologiquement, les marques de l'intersexualite presentent en Occident et les elements intersexuels, binaires dans le vetement, et egalement de comprendre l'ambiguite ou encore la fusion des identites sexuees. qui presente symboliquement a travers le vetement, dans la societe moderne. Malgre tous les points communs et differents, la base fondamentale dans les theories de I'Occident est que tout individu est psychiquement, biologiquement en quelque sorte un intersexuel qui s'ignore, avec des variations selon l'individu. En definitive, les compositions doubles des elements dans le vetement occidental montraient emblematiquement nos qualites doubles, masculins et feminins, et les trois elements semblent primordiaux pour l'elucidation de la predisposition du porteur : la couleur du tissu, sa texture et la forme du vetement. La mode d'aujourd'hui bascule entre masculin et feminin. Cette fusion de la mode semble le reflet d'une tendance intersexuelle et d'une fusion du genre.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the major influence of postmodernism on 20th century fashion. Due to its characteristic traits like pluralism, indeterminacy, and immanence, it can be said that postmodernism in fashion manifests itself in an overlapped and duplicated style. The conceptual side has to do with such various 20th century thoughts as decanonization, deconstruction, populism, and in fashion it is presented as subcultural style, syncretic style, and post-feminist style. The stylistic side of postmodernism in fashion also has to do with fragmentation, hybridity, stress on performance and participation, carnivalization, deconstructive turn, and it is presented as hybrid expression, deconstructive technique, performance, and so on. In the latter part of the 20th century in which postmodernism blossoms in various fields, fashion also participates in the current of the times, together with the rapid stylistic turn, the co-existence of various trends, and the experimental or avant-garde new trials. However, it should be said that all of these tendencies mean not so much blurring of the boundaries between styles as developmental mixture of styles coming from juxtaposition after fully realizing the boundaries of contrast and combination.

Generally transition of Thought from Wang Yangming(王陽明) to Liu Zongzhou(劉宗周) is construed from emphasis of subjectivity to emphasis of intention(意; Yi). This Transition from emphasis of subjectivity to emphasis of intention is definitely expressed between Wang Yangming's Four-Sentence Teaching(四句敎) and Liu Zongzhou's explanation of Wang Yangming's Four-Sentence Teaching. Wang Yangming's Four-Sentence Teaching evoked much controversy among scholars of Yangming school. Consequently Four-Sentence Teaching's controversy caused Yangming school's division. Also this was a representative controversy on the transition period from The Ming Dynasty to The Ching Dynasty. Liu Zongzhou's critique and exposition of Four-Sentence Teaching was result from this controversy. The difference between Wang Yangming's Xinxue(心學) and Liu Zongzhou' Xinxue(心學) is due to different interpretation of intention. As is generally known Wang Yangming interprets intention is in heart stiring, but Liu Zongzhou interprets intention is being before heart stiring, immanence in heart. Liu Zongzhou suggests new exposition of Four-Sentence Teaching on intention being before heart stiring, immanence in heart. Liu Zongzhou's critique and exposition is not only criticizing Yangming's Four-Sentence Teaching, but also solves troubles of the times. As a result he promotes theory of Xinxue(心學) being peculiar his own.
