In this paper, we look at the relationship between international trade and the rule of law, using the World Justice Project Rule of Law Index, which include index figures on human rights, limits on government powers, transparency and regulatory efficiency. Based on regression analyses using the rule of law index figures and international trade figures (merchandise trade, service trade, exports and imports as percentage of GDP,) international trade and basic human rights seem to have little relationship; but trade has a close positive relationship with strong order and security. Somewhat surprisingly, regulatory transparency and effective implementation seems to have little or no effect on international trade and vice versa. International trade shows a clear positive relationship with the country's criminal justice system, but the relationship with the civil justice system is not as clear as such. For regulatory implementation and civil justice, services trade positively affect these institutions, but these institutions in turn affect exports more strongly than services trade. Finally, the effect of trade on rule of law is stronger on a medium to long term (10-20 year) time horizon.

A large generator is an important role in transferring an electric power to power system. The IEDs of large generator often use microprocessor technology to obtain a digital relay system with a wide range of measuring, protection, control, monitoring, and communication functions. However, all generator protection and control systems in Korea imported from abroad and are being operated. In order to reduce the large expense and improve the reliable operation, development of generator protection and control system by domestic technology is required. This paper deals with the design of the IED of generator protection panel for development of generator protection and control system. The major emphasis of the paper will be on the description of hardware and signal processing test results and measurement accuracy of the prototype IED. By developing of generator IED based on DSP and microprocessor, replacement of the generator protection panel imports are expected to be effective.

This study is on the decomposition analysis of the IT export of Korea, Japan, and China (toward US IT market) by using log mean Divisia method. The analysis shows that the increase in the Korea-US IT exports is the result of not only the increase in the US's IT imports but also the increase in the US's IT market shares. The increases in the Japan-US IT export have shown to be the result of the increase of US's IT import but the market shares have been decreased. The increase in the China-US IT export is the result of the changes in the market shares, changes in IT import structure. and the IT import increase. In order to increase exports toward US markets, Korea have to continue increasing the market share of communication equipments, secure competitive power toward US IT markets with the decline of Japanese's market shares, and secure technical superiority over rising competitive power of Chinas IT industry.

EPCglobal TDT specifies standards on RFID tag representations and conversion rules among them. According to the rule, more than 200 combinations of code conversions are possible. In this paper, we propose a code generation scheme for developing TDT code conversion program, that imports TDT XML specification and generates conversion codes. The proposed scheme makes it easy to develop and to maintain the conversion codes.

그동안 국내에서 소비되는 발전용과 민수용 LNG를 한국가스공사가 독점으로 공급하여 왔으나, 정부가 규제 완화와 경쟁 촉진을 위하여 민간부문에 LNG 직도입을 허용함에 따라 포스코, SK, LG 등 국내 굴지의 기업들이 LNG 직도입을 추진하고 있으며, 최근 포스코가 오만 칼하트로부터 광양 터미널에 6만톤의 LNG를 싣고 5월 27일 입항함으로써 첫 결실을 보게 되었다. 한국가스공사도 2008년이후 신규 LNG 물량에 대하여 기존 대비 30% 이상 낮은 가격으로 계약을 체결하는 등 국내 LNG 가격과 수급구조에 커다란 변동이 예상되고 있다. 우리나라의 CBP 전력시장은 이러한 LNG가격 변동이 발전가격에 그대로 반영되는 가격 메커니즘을 가지고 있어서 향후 전력시장에 미치게 될 영향을 2004년말 정부가 발표한 제2차 전력수급기본계획을 기준으로 검토하였다.

On a global level, the energy problem is a very important policy topic, particularly at a time when the nation relies on imports for more than 95% of its energy demand. The starting point of an energy policy should be in line with the international community's concern and cooperation regarding climate warming, and the logic of the new policy on renewable energy expansion in Korea, the pre-developed energy sector, and policy of deserting coal all support this aspect. In particular, to accommodate the rapid urbanization of mankind, the key words of the 4th Industrial Revolution are linking energy to IoT, artificial intelligence, block chain, cloud, and big data.

Since late 1990's, the Fish Aquiculture Households belong Fishing Community have been faced very serious pressure of management. The surface factors of this situation have been understood to overproduction and too much imports from China, but basic factor was caused structural problem, that is considered small scale production system. Then, We should enlarge scale of the Fish Aquiculture Households belong Fishing Community to overcoming profitability aggravation. To the Enlargement of Scale, We should consider to change the regime of Fishing Community that means two practical programs. First, it need to enlarge the scale of Fishing Community than now, and Second, it need to incorporate the Fishing Community for exclusive Management of Fish Aquiculture Rights.

In this paper, we propose a fuzzy traffic controller that is able to cope with traffic congestion appropriately. In order to consider such situation as loss of green time caused by spillback of upper crossroad, it imports a degree of traffic congestion of upper roads which vehicles on a crossroad are to proceed to. We constructed the equal-partitioned fuzzy traffic controller that uses the membership functions of the same size and shape, and modified the size and shape, and modified the size and shape of its membership functions by the membership function modification algorithm. In experiment, we compared and analyzed the fixed signal controller, the fuzzy traffic controller with the membership of the same size and shape, and the modified fuzzy traffic controller by using the delay time, the proportion of entered vehicles to occurred vehicles and the proportion of passed vehicles to entered vehicles. As a result of experiment, the modified fuzzy controller showed more enhanced performance than others.

Port size 80mm or above large-flow type solenoid valves are extensively used in dust collector and power plants. These multi-stage solenoid valve have few problem. first, multi-solenoid valves are almost depend on imports and there are weak in the brine environment and the low energy efficiency. Because these problem, increased the necessity of research on the development of large flow and high pressure type solenoid valves. In this study, describe the design method of multi-stage solenoid test bench and confirm the influence valve performance on several parameter such as diaphragm orifice diameter. At first, each part has modeled by AMESim simulation tool and combining them. This AMESim virtual multi-stage solenoid valve found influence valve performance on the valve parameter. Finally developed the multi-stage solenoid valve and verified that performance on experimental result.
