Disaster management system should be built for minimizing damage factor that affects to construction facility from natural disaster. It could be classified by three categories such as disaster prevention, damage survey and recovery phases. For an integrated disaster management system, a disaster information classification system(DICS) is necessary for the reasonable disaster information management. This study suggests an integrated DICS that includes disaster type classification, facility type classification and information type classification for disaster management service. The applicability of suggested DICS is verified by railway facility and the research result could be used as a basic information system for national disaster management system.

In this paper, I investigated and analysed of the utilization of logistics information system in Korean firms - key factors of logistics management capacity, capacity of logistics information technology management, utilization of logistics information system and logistics outcome. I come to the conclusion that the higher firms are management capacity and capacity of logistics information technology management, the better firms utilize logistics information system, and the better these firms are logistics outcome, that is, the higher to promote logistics service and to reduce logistics cost.

Green building information used by the AEC industry is diverse and extensive), causing difficulties for personnel regarding the collection and utilization of information in the form of inaccurate searches about related laws, inefficient management of searched information and overlapping works. Therefore, this research aims to propose a law search system utilizing metadata for more accurate and efficient searches of green building information. The proposed system is expected to contribute to improve productivity of construction projects by reinforcing the accuracy and efficiency of searches for the collection and utilization of green building information.

In this paper, we designed the security management system based on IEC 62351-7 in the Smart Grid environment. The scope of IEC 62351-7 focuses on network and system management (NSM) of the information infrastructure as well as end-to-end security through abstract NSM data objects for the power system operational environment. However, it does not exist that security management system based on IEC 62351-7 manages the security of the power system in the Smart Grid environment, because power equipment or SNMP agents providing NSM data do not exist yet. Therefore, we implemented the security management system to manage the information infrastructure as reliably as the power system infrastructure is managed. We expect that this system can perform the security management of IEC 61850 based digital substation and can be a prototype of the security system for the Smart Grid in the future.

A special government agency has been charged with implementing quality management to guarantee the quality of wild-simulated ginseng. However, these processes are carried out by use of documents, and this has resulted in information omission and high document management costs. To solve this problem, this study analyzed the existing quality management process by using a smart contract for the existing offline form and proposed a new quality management system for storing and managing all log data in the blockchain. This system reduced documentation management costs about quality management and recorded information in the previous step through the quality management steps, thus forming a step-by-step record chain. Experiments were conducted by implementing this system, which improved data integrity and reliability. Additionally, sensitive information, such as personal information, was included in the system by use of the off-chain technology.

Recently the paradigm of business management has changed. The businesses have restored to ERP or BPR to integrate their information system. But now they are trying to find out a new competitiveness in tacit knowledge of individuals. The creative company has come to put much weigh on the value of their employee′s "non-patternized" knowledge. And this trend has seen a development into a theory of knowledge management in which "non-patternized" knowledge, along with explicit knowledge, is also considered as a source of competitiveness. With the hypothesis that the recognition of the knowledge management and the utilization of the information technology will have influence on the integration of the integrating the information system information system into a new phase, this study carries out a research on the effects of knowledge management and information technology on management achievement. According to this study the distribution of knowledge has an effect on the integration of information system and management achievement. The asset of knowledge, however, has little effect on them. This means that the recognition of the asset of knowledge alone can't affect the management achievement, but when combined with the recognition of the distribution of knowledge, it can have influence on the management achievement. Thus, a company has to enhance the recognition of the distribution of knowledge. And with this, a company can have a business management based on management achievement and the integration of information system utilizing information technology and the recognition of knowledge management. A company has to promote it business achievement by integrating the information system utilizing information technology and recognizing knowledge management.

This study develops a mediating model to explore the relationships between organizational characteristics, manager's knowledge, management commitment, user involvement, information quality, and management information system effectiveness in small- and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam. Adapting scales from previous research, the authors designed questionnaires, which they distributed to respondents in Vietnamese small- and medium-sized enterprises. Also, by employing a meta-analytic path analysis throughout structural equation modelling (SEM) with sample of 356 respondents, authors indicate that organizational characteristics are directly related to management information systems effectiveness. Moreover, manager's knowledge, user involvement, and information quality show their important roles in the increase of management information system effectiveness, yet management commitment does not indicate a similar role in the growth of management information system effectiveness. Bootstrapping is utilized to discover the meditating role of information quality, illustrating that quality information mediates the linkages between user involvement, organizational characteristics, and management information systems. However, the mediating role of information quality in the relationship between management commitment, manager's knowledge, and management information systems is not significant. This study contributes to the management information system literature as well as to enhance MIS effects in small and medium-sized enterprises.

This paper proposes a policy adjuster-driven Grid workflow management system for collaborative healthcare platform, which supports collaborative heart disease diagnosis applications. To select policies according to service level agreement of users and dynamic resource status, we devised a policy adjuster to handle workflow management polices and resource management policies using policy decision scheme. We implemented this new architecture with workflow management functions based on policy quorum based resource management system for providing poincare geometrycharacterized ECG analysis and virtual heart simulation service. To evaluate our proposed system, we executed a heart disease identification application in our system and compared the performance to that of the general workflow system and PQRM system under different types of SLA.

A configuration management system was implemented by applying PLM to the defense field. The PLM system has recently been incorporated in a wide range of industries, and it has allowed for improvements in work productivity and expansion of related services by comprehensively managing and securing connection regarding configuration information in the defense field. Implementations include acquisition of configuration related information and reinforcement of BOM-oriented configuration management function, securing compatibility among 3D drawings of different agencies, improvement of drawing and document management functions, comprehensive systematic configuration management focused on product structure, strengthened configuration control functions, a management system according to the work flow and life cycle functions, an integrated configuration management system of 3D model CAD resources and an enhanced management system. This paper covers a case study reviewing the implementation of a PLM-based configuration management information system and its results, so that the information can be made available to other agencies and companies seeking to apply PLM in their organizations.
