본 연구에서는 강화지역의 자연생태 관련 정보의 효율적인 관리시스템을 구축하기 위해 환경 관련기관들의 업무 분석과 자연생태에 대한 정보관리현황을 조사, 분석하였다. 또한 유관기관과의 호환성을 고려한 데이터베이스와 자연환경정보의 검색 편집과 공간정보와 생태자료의 검색 기능을 수행할 수 있는 자연환경정보관리시스템에 적용하였다. 향후 개발된 자연생태정보관리시스템의 프로토타입을 시범운용함으로써 문제점을 도출하고 이를 해결함으로써 수질, 대기, 폐기물 등 분야별 환경정보관리시스템의 구축에 활용하며 최종적으로 이를 통합할 경우 체계적인 종합환경정보관리시스템이 구축될 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of constructing university information system is for improvement in diversification and throughput of information, streamlines business processes, rapid exchange of information, sharing of information, decision-making information, and securing educational facilities. Similar to business information technology system, university information system does not have a review system for sharing and overlapping investment of information. Due to the lack of project management for outsourcing and vulnerability of system suitability, system audit is absolutely needed for the university information system. This paper especially focuses on an operational phase in the audit of university information system. Additionally, we proposed operating model and checklists of the university information system based on Management Guidelines of ITIL V3 Operational and Information System. We derived the checklists of operation audit by each domain of service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation, and continual service improvement. As the result, this study appear to have more than average satisfaction the suitability results were.

Today, most companies are needed to become interested on e-Biz and information management system. Especially, Data classification format system was very important for application to effective and efficiency management decision support. They should include main entry which consists of department, employee's name, title, publication date. Now, each company is using eleven different methods on data classification format system. In this paper finding result was as follows, in other words, general management document case using the nine date classification methods and special report management document ca se using the twodata classification methods. The aim of this study is to investigate problems that the present data classification format system has and some concerns that should be taken into account in case of the modification of the data classification system and change into a new one. This study is based on the survey in that the company managergave to 35 companies throughout the nation. As a result, the survey indicates that the crucial concerns of the participating managers are ineffective management information source and the duplication of data classification systems. This paper is the transcendental study the introduction of data classification format systems to business companies in Korea. This paper provided the fundamental data for the effective business process reengineering in business activity for management information.

This study intends to present an effective and efficient development plan about the information protection of medical institutions, by establishing the improvement plan about Personal Information Management System(PIMS) appropriate to the characteristics of medical information focusing on medical institutions generating and using domestic medical information, and doing an empirical study on medical information protection plan. For this, in view of the medical characteristics of the existing Information Security Management System(ISMS), the study presented a study model appropriated to medical institutions based on Personal Information Management Systems index specialized for personal information, and through this, presented the vulnerability diagnosis and vulnerability improvement plan. Based on ISMS index, it designed an improvement index of personal information protection management about each index. The study conducted a survey for executives and employees about PIMS. Accordingly, it presented vulnerability diagnosis items of the current management system indexes from the viewpoint of the people who establish and mange the personal information protection about patients' medical information targeting executives and employees who serve at hospitals and can access medical information.

Objectives: Several domestic search systems for research projects providing capabilities of searching and managing the research information based on metadata have been completed, although they cannot search projects for specific domains such as the Oriental Medicine field. Therefore, in this paper we propose an effective method for collecting and refining information of research projects in the oriental medicine field. We also design and implement a search management system based on the collected information. Methods: We chose three search elements and defined the collecting process for research projects. The collected information was refined to enhance the quality of results. Then, the search management system was implemented by Adobe Flex. Results: We were able to collect 1,688 research projects in the oriental medicine field. We also implemented the search management system, which provides the functionalities of search and management such as input, update, delete, spreadsheet import/export of R&D projects, user management and access control. Conclusions: The collected information and the search management system will be used in a project analysis system which will be constructed in the future. The project analysis system could help to analyze trends in oriental medicine research as well as construct a technical roadmap.

According to complexity and high level of society, the rapid and accurate information for landuse, environment and traffic etc., is required, but the information management by a drawing and a map is confronted with a complicated and sudden change of facilities such as bridge; electricities, city gases and networks. This paper is aim to build a bridge management system of road with GSIS. It operated personal computer will bring easy computing management system of bridge on road. To build this system, presented bridge management system and domestic method for bridge management of road are investigated, and also apply to bridge management system using GSIS for site and character of bridges. And with that, position and character apply to bridge management system using GSIS.

This paper describes an architecture information management system using XML. The purpose of the system is to manage the information stored in standard format, XML, that has many valuable properties. The proposed architecture information consists of project information, drawing information, and material information. Each information is expressed using XML and for each information, XML schema is presented in this paper. In this system, detail information of materials that exists on the supplier's homepage can be displayed when the user of the system wants to check the detail information. Also, drawings stored in STEP data can be browsed in this system. The reports of each information are prepared using XSL. The proposed system shows that XML can be used for a format to store architecture information and various functions can be implemented based on XML related standards.

현대는 정보센터에서 제공하는 정보서비스의 품질을 고객이 요구하는 수준으로 제공하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 프로세스를 중심으로 한 시스템 경영이 필요한 시점이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 국제적인 품질경영시스템인 ISO 9000 인증제도의 이론적 검토를 통하여 ISO 9000 인증제도와 인증 추이를 조사하였다. 아울러 이를 정보센터에서 ISO 9000 품질경영시스템의 도입에 대한 조직 구성원들의 인식도를 설문조사, 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 정보센터에서 ISO 9000 품질경영시스템 인증제도에 대한 인식제고와 향후 ISO 9000 인증제도의 도입시 필요한 사항 등을 파악하고자 하였다.

Smart-Phones are utilized in disaster management field because it can deliver disaster information to large population simultaneously and quickly, and provide accurate information through situation-based service using the LBS(Location Based Service). To study on the utilization of smart phone for disaster information collection and dissemination method, this study suggest a framework which connects smart phone by loading application for reporting disaster. The disaster monitoring and situation dissemination system framework using smart phone is composed of 4 parts. First, smart phone application enters image, video, voice and text information and location of the disaster. Second, the disaster report reception and situation dissemination server receives the information, save in the DB, and send through smart phone SMS. Third, store into disaster information database. Fourth, display the disaster report and management information on 2D GIS, support the decision making process in deciding whether to manage as disaster, and disaster management web service which disseminates situation.
