  • Recently, the importance of intelligent personalized services is increasing in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. In this paper, we proposes design and implementation of the agent recruitment service system for the intelligent headhunting service. The proposed service system has designed and implemented an intelligent service system to efficiently recruit and manage applicants(job seekers). In addition, we develops the modules that can analyze the profile information of the applicant(job seeker), and implement the algorithm to predict the talent verification and analyze the talent type. The proposed service system is expected to contribute to designing the innovative and new service models for the intelligent agent recruitment service system.

Study on the Distribution Environmental Characteristics of Unmanned Stores

  • Purpose: The first purpose of this study is deriving in-store characteristics that affect the experience of customers using unmanned stores and reveals the value of major services that customers feel and experience. Also, an empirical analysis is conducted on the effect of intelligent consumption value after using unmanned stores on consumption emotions and continuous use intention, and the modulating effect of customers' untact tendency on environmental characteristics and the value of intelligent services is verified. Research design, data and methodology: Samples were taken from 186 people who visited the unmanned store from April to June 2022 to investigate the research model. Results: It was found that the environmental characteristics of unmanned stores had a positive effect on the intelligent service value. Also, the higher the value of intelligent service, the stronger the influence on consumption emotions, and the higher the value of the intelligence service and consumption emotions, the stronger the impact on the intention to use intention. The untact propensity played a role in controlling the relationship between ease of using technology and the intelligent service value and the relationship between spatial arrangement and functionality and intelligent service value. Conclusion: In order to improve unmanned store service in the trend of spreading unmanned stores, it is necessary to not only improve the technology using convenience in terms of store environmental characteristics but also create innovative consumption experiences in terms of space layout, function, and convenience of payment.

스마트홈 지능형 서비스 플랫폼을 위한 데이터 마이닝 기법에 대한 적합도 평가 (An Evaluation of the Suitability of Data Mining Algorithms for Smart-Home Intelligent-Service Platforms)

  • In order to implement the smart home environment, we need an intelligence service platform that learns the user's life style and behavioral patterns, and recommends appropriate services to the user. The intelligence service platform should embed a couple of effective and efficient data mining algorithms for learning from the data that is gathered from the smart home environment. In this study, we evaluate the suitability of data mining algorithms for smart home intelligent service platforms. In order to do this, we first develop an intelligent service scenario for smart home environment, which is utilized to derive functional and technical requirements for data mining algorithms that is equipped in the smart home intelligent service platform. We then evaluate the suitability of several data mining algorithms by employing the analytic hierarchy process technique. Applying the analytical hierarchy process technique, we first score the importance of functional and technical requirements through a hierarchical structure of pairwise comparisons made by experts, and then assess the suitability of data mining algorithms for each functional and technical requirements. There are several studies for smart home service and platforms, but most of the study have focused on a certain smart home service or a certain service platform implementation. In this study, we focus on the general requirements and suitability of data mining algorithms themselves that are equipped in smart home intelligent service platform. As a result, we provide a general guideline to choose appropriate data mining techniques when building a smart home intelligent service platform.

  • This paper describes an intelligent service robot system for managing a store in an unmanned environment. The robot can be a good replacement for humans because it is possible to work all day and to remember lots of information. We design a system architecture for configuring many intelligent functions of intelligent service robot system which consists of four layers; a User Interaction Layer, a Behavior Scheduling Layer, a Intelligent Module Layer, and a Hardware Layer. We develop an intelligent service robot 'Part Timer' based on the designed system architecture. The 'Part Timer' has many intelligent function modules such as face detection-recognition-tracking module, speech recognition module, navigation module, manipulator module, appliance control module, etc. The 'Part Timer' is possible to answer the phone and this function gives convenient interface to users.

  • The intelligent railway operation information architecture is to provide the railway passengers with the intermodal transportation information service. The purpose of the information architecture is to suggest the information service architecture of the intermodal transportation structurally. First, the architect procedure is to analysis the user requirements and according to these requirements, is to make the description of service requirements. Then secondly, it decides the service items and based of these items, it is to construction of service architecture.   • In this paper, we discuss a service to give alarm in the case of emergency for the old and the weak by human behavior recognition in Intelligent Space. Our Intelligent Space consists of mobile robots, sensors and agents. And these components are connected to network framework. Agent analyzes data acquired from networked sensors and determines task of robots and a space to provide a service for humans. In our emergency alarm service, human behavior recognition service module analyzes accelerometer data obtained from body-attached human behavior sensing platform, and classifies into four basic human behavior such as walking, running, sitting and falling-down. For the old and the weak, falling-down behavior may bring about dangerous situations. On such an occasion, agent executes emergency alarm service immediately. And then a selected mobile robot approaches fallen person and sends images of the person to guardians. In this paper, we set up a scenario to verify the emergency alarm service in Intelligent Space, and show feasibility of the service from our simulation experiments.

  • CAMUS 시스템은 물리적으로 탑재되는 위치에 따라서 CAMUS 메인 서버와 Service Agent Manager 로 구분된다. Service Agent Manager 는 한 환경내에 존재하는 센서와 장치들 (Service Agent)을 관리 및 제어하는 프로그램이다. Service Agent Manager 는 여러 다양한 환경에 설치되어 환경 내에 위치한 다양한 센서로부터 정보를 얻고 그 정보를 CAMUS 메인 서버에 전달하는 한편 CAMUS 메인 서버로부터 실행명령을 받아 환경 내 장치를 제어하는 역활을 한다. 이러한 Service Agent Manager 는 임의의 공간 내에 설치될 수 있으며 로봇단말이나 개인 휴대단말 등에도 설치될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문은 서비스 제어 시스템(Service Control Point : SCP), 서비스 교환 시스템(Service Switching System : SSP), 그리고 지능형 정보제공 시스템(Intelligent Peripheral : IP)을 물리적 구성 요소로 하는 차세대지능망 (Advanced Intelligent Network : AIN) 서비스중 주요 서비스인 자동콜렉트콜(Automatic Collect Call : ACC) 서비스에 대한 지능형 정보제공 시스템에서의 자원 제공시간 (점유 시간)을 분석한 것이다. 차세대 지능망 구성요소들이 연동되어 서비스되는 상황에서 지능형정보 제공시스템에서의 서비스 시나리오를 제시하였으며, 특수 자원에 대한 자원 제공 점유 시간을 분석하였다.

  • Speaker Recognition for the Intelligent Service Robot is implemented in this paper. For this purpose, we perform speaker recognition based on Gaussian Mixture Model(GMM) and use robot platform called WEVER, which is a Ubiquitous Robotic Companion(URC) intelligent service robot developed at Intelligent Robot Research Division in ETRI. The experimental results reveals that the approach presented in this paper yields a good identification (89.00%) performance within 2 meter distance.

  • Network infrastructure has spread to an unprecedented extent and is used in various computing devices, such as smart appliances, smart phones, and embedded devices with sensors, which have all been appearing in the computing environment. To accommodate this trend, for a more intelligent service environment, the service platform needs to have abilities that facilitate the operation between services, dynamically share distributed computing resources, and manage appropriate contextual information. We have simulated a service platform to provide intelligent services using contextual information after having implemented the context management service. The context management service gathers raw contextual information from sensors and stores these in the context database. For a consistent basis of contextual information, time and location are used as the key values of the contextual information. The context management service also performs normalization to provide computable contextual information to context-aware applications. In this paper, a service platform based on Jini technology is proposed for constructing an interoperable, dynamic, and . intelligent service environment using contextual information.
