임상간호사의 위계지향적 간호조직문화와 이직의도 간 사회적 지지 조절효과 (The Moderating Effect of Social Support between Hierarchy-Oriented Nursing Organizational Culture and Turnover Intention of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This cross-sectional survey study explored the moderating effect of social support between hierarchy-oriented nursing organizational culture and turnover intention in clinical nurses. Methods: Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from 240 nurses working at three general hospitals in February 2018. Hierarchy-oriented nursing organizational culture, turnover intention and social support were measured using 5, 6, and 8 items, respectively, of validated instruments. Descriptive analysis and hierachical multiple regression were conducted using SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: Nurses rated $3.66{\pm}0.50$ for hierarchy-oriented nursing organizational culture, $3.40{\pm}0.64$ for turnover intention, and $3.77{\pm}0.56$ for social support respectively. Nurses' turnover intention was positively correlated with hierarchical organizational culture, but negatively with social support. The moderating effect of social support was not significant in the relationship between hierarchical nursing organizational culture and turnover intention. Conclusion: It is required to improve the hierarchy-oriented nursing organizational culture. Institutional preparation and education are urgently needed to strengthen the boss and peer support for clinical nurses and finally to reduce turnover intention.

지능적인 웹문서 분류를 위한 구조 및 프로세스 설계 연구 (A Study on Building Structures and Processes for Intelligent Web Document Classification)

  • This paper aims to offer a solution based on intelligent document classification to create a user-centric information retrieval system allowing user-centric linguistic expression. So, structures expressing user intention and fine document classifying process using EBL, similarity, knowledge base, user intention, are proposed. To overcome the problem requiring huge and exact semantic information, a hybrid process is designed integrating keyword, thesaurus, probability and user intention information. User intention tree hierarchy is build and a method of extracting group intention between key words and user intentions is proposed. These structures and processes are implemented in HDCI(Hybrid Document Classification with Intention) system. HDCI consists of analyzing user intention and classifying web documents stages. Classifying stage is composed of knowledge base process, similarity process and hybrid coordinating process. With the help of user intention related structures and hybrid coordinating process, HDCI can efficiently categorize web documents in according to user's complex linguistic expression with small priori information.

  • 본 논문에서는 멀티에이전트 환경상에서 에이전트 그룹들이 문제 풀이 과정이 변화할 때 적절한 협력대상을 선택하여 문제 해결 능력을 증가 시킬 수 있도록 협력 모델을 설계하고 평가 하였다. 그룹간 협력의 방향과 범위를 결정하기 위해 그룹 이익함수를 사용하였고 그룹을 협력 관련 부분과 비 관련 부분으로 분리 운영하였다. 이렇게 상황에 따라 재구성되는 그룹들을 그룹 수준에서 운영하기 위해 기존의 자료와 목표(goal)가 아닌 그룹의도(group intention)를 제어 기준으로 사용하였다. 이로 인해 그룹들은 먼저 그룹의도를 결정하고 그룹의도의 범위 안에서 현 상황에 적절한 전략을 선택하는 계층적인 제어가 가능하게 되었다. 이상의 제안들은 추적게임 테스트베드에 적용하여 실험/평가 되었다.

Organizational Effectiveness of Korean Information and Communication Industry Employees : Focus on Organization Culture, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention

  • Purpose- The purpose of this study is to give implications on how to decrease employee turnover intention of Korean information and communication industry employees using organization culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. To do that this study analyzes relationships among variables and analyses mediating effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Research design, data, and methodology- To analyze relationships among organization culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention of employees, this study used the 7th KRIVET's HCCP employee data especially employees working in the information and communication industry who has more than university degree education. The analysis is conducted by using SPSS 21 and frequency analysis correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediating effect are analyzed by using MACRO PROCESS procedure for SPSS. Result- According to the empirical results, organization culture of innovation, relation and rational directed significantly affect both job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly affect each other. Turnover intention is significantly affected by job satisfaction, organizational commitment, innovation directed and hierarchy directed. However, the influence of innovation and hierarchy showed conflicting results. Conclusion- Based on this study result, implications to manage the turnover intention of Korean employees in the information and communication industry are discussed. Especially, the effect of organization culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment is discussed. And the mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment is also analyzed. Result implicates that cautious approach is needed in managing organization culture to employee attitude of job and organization is needed

객체지향 데이터베이스 시스템의 클래스 복합 계층 구주에서의 권한 충돌 탐지 기법 (A conflict Detection Mechanism for Authorizations of Class Composition Hierarchies in Object-Oriented Database Systems)

  • 객체지향 데이터베이스 시스템에서 많이 연구되고 있는 묵시적 권한부여(implicit authorization) 방법은 모든 객체에 대하여 일일이 권한을 부여하는 오버헤드를 줄이기 위한 방법이다. 묵시적 권한부여 방법에서는 기존의 권한과 새로이 추가될 권한간의 충돌(conflict) 여부의 효율적인 검사가 중요하다. 기존의 데이터베이스 단위 계층 구조( database granularity hierarchy)에서의 의도형 권한부여(intention type authorization) 기법은 자신의 자손 노드에 대한 권한을 쉽게 판정할 수는 있지만, 클래스 복합 계층 구조(class composition hierarchy)상에서의 임의의 한 노드 ni에 추가로 권한을 부여할 때 ni의 자손 노드와 복합 참조(composite reference)의 관계를 가지는 노드 nj들에 대한 권한과의 충돌 여부를 탐지하기 위하여 추가로 nj들에 대한 권한을 일일이 탐색해야 하는 어려움이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 클래스 복합 계층 구조에서의 묵시적 권한부여 하에서 발생할 수 있는 권한간의 충돌을 효율적으로 탐지하는 새로운 기법을 확장하여 제안한다. 제안된 복합 계층 의도형 권한부여(intention type authorization for composition hierarchy)기법은 계층 구조에서 복합 참조의 관계를 따라 nj를 일일이 탐색할 필요 없이 노드 ni에서 바로 충돌 여부를 판정할 수 있는 장점을 가진다.

종합병원 간호사의 직무만족, 조직문화, 사회적 지지가 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, and Social Support on Intention Retention among General Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aumed to identify the effects of job satisfaction, nursing organizational culture and social support on intention retention among general hospital nurses. Methods: The subjects were 254 nurses working in one general hospital. Data were collected from January 1 to 30, 2023. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: (a) In this study, the mean value of job satisfaction was 3.07±0.43, relation-oriented culture was 3.45±0.51, hierarchy-oriented culture was 3.39±0.49, task-oriented culture was 3.35±0.48, innovation-oriented culture was 3.00±0.46, social support was 3.75±0.49, and intention retention was 4.98±1.39. (b) Intention retention had a positive correlation with job satisfaction (r=.41, p<.001), social support (r=.29, p<.001), innovation-oriented culture (r=.29, p<.001), relation-oriented culture (r=.20, p=.001), and hierarchy-oriented culture (r=.18, p=.002). (c) Factors that affect intention retention include job satisfaction (β=.41, p<.001), Working type (Non-shift) (β=.18, p=.001), Nursing job selection (Recommendation, employment) (β=-.16, p=.003), and the explanation power was 23.1% (F=9.43, p<.001). Conclusion: Our study shows that job satisfaction plays a significant role in the intention retention of nurses. It is important to strengthen job satisfaction to increase the retention of nurses. The results of this study may serve as basic data for the development of strategies to improve intention retention in nurses.

  • 본 연구는 e스포츠 경기관람이 개최지 지역관광의도에 주는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 가치-태도-행동 체계(VAB)와 공동브랜드 이론을 적용하여 e스포츠 경기관람객의 의사결정구조를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 e스포츠 경기를 직접 관람한 경험이 있는 중국인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고 총 311부 유효 표본을 수집하여 구조방정식 모델을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 e스포츠 경기에 대한 태도는 개최지에 대한 태도에는 영향을 미치지는 않았으나, 관광행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, e스포츠 경기의 선택속성은 개최지에 대한 태도를 증진시키며 관광행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze what are the key determinants in selection of mobile banking technology platform, main challenges in a given developments of technology as well as rate the importance of factors in regards to various criterions. In addition, this paper proposes comprehensive approach for solving mobile banking technology platform selection problem. To serve the purpose, this paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to select best mobile banking technology platform for not only in functionality aspect, but also in organizational aspect. We expect that the results of this study will be useful for banks who have intention to select mobile banking technology platform in the future.

  • The intention of the study is to understand a characteristics of 'Campus core' in university campus and to verify the connection and hierarchy of exterior space in campus masterplan. This study concludes that 'Multi-nuclei structure', is where a single campus core was subdivided into several service cores, is an integral part of campus masterplan in process of expansion from campus core and the changing exterior space, by in-depth case analysis of Seoul Women's University Campus.

의료기관 행정직 근로자의 직무만족과 이직의도 (The Comparison of job satisfaction and turnover intention of administrative employees by the scale of medical institutes)

  • Unlike administrative affairs of a general organization, hospital administration employees distinctively have a lot of interactions with patients and their care givers in addition to interaction with different occupations such as doctors and nurses. Although they are in a normal organization hierarchy as general employees, they have to be equipped with professional knowledge as medical terminology, disease and drugs and to understand new technologies and capabilities. This study analyzes the level of job satisfaction and the turnover intention of administrative employees who are engaged in medical institutes. It compares job satisfaction and the difference of turnover intention by the characteristics of job-related and scale of medical institutes. In addition, it verifies the relative in fluence of variables related to demographic and job-related characteristics as factors for explaining the job satisfaction of the administrative employees.
