This research examined the development in Korean children of the comprehension of complex sentences. The relative difficulty in comprehension of the temporal conjunctions "before" and "after" was investigated. The order of mention, contextual support, and syntactic appearance was controlled. The role of cognitive strategies and developmental changes in the comprehension of these conjunction was included in this study. Subjects were 90 preschool children between 3 and 5 years of age. The task was a sentence-picture matching problem having 3 types of sentences combining temporally with "before" or "after". The results were that developmental changes in comprehension of the temporal conjunctions "before' and "after" in Korean children depended on the order of mention, contextual support, and such syntactic factors as the position of the subject of the sentence. The importance of the consistency in the occurrence of events and the order of mention in the acquisition of complex sentences among Korean children is similar to the acquisition of complex sentences in other languages.

이 연구는 대용어나 지시사가 생략된 조건에서 선행어의 전형성과 언급순서가 참조해결에 작용하는 효과를 살펴보기 위해서 2개의 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 1은 대용어 생략과 대명사 조건을 비교하였다. 대용어 생략은 전형성과 언급순서가 읽기과제에 반영되었고, 언급순서 효과가 탐사재인과제에 반영되었다. 반면에 대명사는 전형성과 언급순서 효과가 탐사재인과제에만 반영되었다. 실험 2에서는 지시사가 생략된 명사반복과 대명사 조건을 비교하였다. 명사반복이 대명사에 비해서 읽기시간이 길었으며, 언급순서 효과가 탐사재인과제에 반영되었다. 반면에 대명사는 전형성과 언급순서가 탐사재인과제에서 반영되었다. 이는 선행어와 대용어의 참조해결이 직선적이기보다는 역동적일 가능성을 시사하였다.

In this study, we review the status of Southwest sea 2.5GW offshore wind project and expected various problems. And we suggest government policies for offshore wind industrialization. Especially, we would like to mention the necessity of offshore wind development in order to diversify power sources and guarantee energy security in Korea. And we would like to mention necessity and direction to make offshore wind into growth engine industry thorough fusion between industries and energization for the existing industry such as civil, shipbuilding, steel, etc. that was headed into downturn.

본 연구는 장애인직업재활시설의 조직적 특성을 고려한 조직역량 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 장애인직업재활시설의 경영성과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 장애인직업재활시설과 유사한 성격을 가진 사회적 기업의 자원기반관점과 기업역량논의를 바탕으로 조직역량 요인을 추출하였으며 기업경영성과를 평가하는 데 있어서 가장 적합한 모델로 평가되는 Malcolm Baldrige(1987) 모델을 토대로 연구모형을 제시한 후 조사를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인직업재활시설 조직역량은 영리적 성과와 비영리적 성과에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 영리적 성과는 마케팅 역량, 행정적 역량, 재무적 역량 순으로, 비영리적 성과는 조직문화적 역량, 재무적 역량, 시설장 역량, 인적자원적 역량 순으로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인직업재활시설의 조직역량은 영리적 성과와 비영리적 성과를 포함한 포괄적인 경영성과에 영향을 미치며 마케팅 역량, 조직문화적 역량, 재무적 역량, 인적자원적 역량 순으로 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the elementary school teachers' perception about the aquatic ecosystem restoration and confirm their ideas about factors for successful restoration and the effective direction of education for the aquatic ecosystem restoration. In order to analyze teachers' thoughts about the aquatic ecosystem restoration, in-depth interview was conducted to three elementary school teachers. Then, answers of them were transcribed and analyzed by similarities and differences among subjects. The results are as follows. Elementary school teachers thought about aquatic ecosystem restoration was divided into rehabilitation and remediation. They recognized that factors for successful restoration are the restoration to natural conditions, providing persistent benefit to local residents, and the participation of local community in the process of restoration. Teachers think that they must have correct knowledge and perception regarding the aquatic ecosystem restoration. They also think that contents about the aquatic ecosystem restoration should be taught in elementary school. They mention that they may leach students about the aquatic ecosystem restoration in discretionary activities class and extracurricular activities class. They also mention that the education for aquatic ecosystem restoration might be handled within diverse subjects.

We establish some new ostrowski type inequalities for MT-convex function including first order derivative via Niemann-Trouvaille fractional integral. It is interesting to mention that our results provide new estimates on these types of integral inequalities for MT-convex functions.

As competition in manufacturing enterprise is contested, the scope of safely production planning, manufacturing enterprise should ensure, has been reduced. The more upstream of SCM, the more reduction of scope of production planning. As a result, order fluctuation is more sharply contested. Through improving the logistics network, it is best way that the end user's demand information is conveyed to upstream of SCM, but it is difficult in fact. In this paper, it mention the way of robustic adjustment, in the suppliers' point of view, the end user's demand information is dammed up, as they postpone responding the customer's order as a possible. And it will show the result of appling the way, as a case study.

In this paper, we investigate the invariant interval, periodic character, semicycle and global attractivity of all positive solutions of the equation $Y_{n+1}\;=\;\frac{p+qy_{n-k}}{1+y_n+ry_{n-k}}$, n = 0, 1, ..., where the parameters p, q, r and the initial conditions $y_{-k}$, ..., $y_{-1}$, $y_0$ are positive real numbers, k $\in$ {1, 2, 3, ...}. It is worth to mention that our results solve the open problem proposed by Kulenvic and Ladas in their monograph [Dynamics of Second Order Rational Difference Equations: with Open Problems and Conjectures, Chapman & Hall/CRC, Boca Raton, 2002]

The main function of most ship management companies in Korea has been crew manning for foreign shipowners i.e. limited management whereas those in Norway. U, K Hong Kong Singapore and etc. have been largely involved in full management which includes ship operation maintenance and repairs chartering financial administration accounting insurance etc not to mention crew manning The shortage of supply of seamen caused by deindustrialisation and increasing GNP tends to deteriorate the profitability of ship management companies in Korea. In these circumstances they may have to expand their present business to full management in order to continue to be going concerns, This paper evaluates the roles and performances of ship management companies in Korean shipping sector during the last three decades and suggests some ideas in order to develop them identifying major barriers against their development and analysing business activities of ship management companies in advanced maritime countries.

The governing equations of motion are derived for analysis of a sandwich microbeam in this paper. The sandwich microbeam is including an elastic micro-core and two piezoelectric micro-face-sheets. The microbeam is subjected to transverse loads and two-dimensional electric potential. Higher-order sinusoidal shear deformation beam theory is used for description of displacement field. To account size dependency in governing equations of motion, strain gradient theory is used to mention higher-order stress and strains. An analytical approach for simply-supported sandwich microbeam with short-circuited electric potential is proposed. The numerical results indicate that various types of parameters such as foundation and material length scales have significant effects on the free vibration responses and dynamic results. Investigation on the influence of material length scales indicates that increase of both dimensionless material length scale parameters leads to significant changes of vibration and dynamic responses of microbeam.
