Minimization of human casualties in disaster situations is of paramount importance. In particular, if a marine disaster occurs, it can be directly connected to human casualties, so prompt action is needed. In the event of a marine disaster, the route and location of movement should be identified and life tubes should be used to float on the water. This paper designs and proposes an emergency IoT notification system that can quickly rescue drowning people. The maritime emergency IoT notification system consists of four main types. First, an emergency IoT device that detects the expansion of the life tube and delivers location and situation information to the emergency IoT notification server. Second, an emergency IoT web server that manages emergency information and provides notification. Third, a database server that stores and manages emergency IoT notification information. And finally, an emergency notification app that can receive and respond to emergency notification information. The emergency IoT device consists of a TPMS(Tube Pressure Monitoring System) device that checks the pressure value of the TPMS in real time and sends it to the IoT device, and an IoT device that sends the rescuer's voice information and emergency information to the emergency IoT server. Emergency information is delivered using the MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) protocol, and voice information is delivered to the IoT server as HTTP FormData.

There are over 20 administrative rules related to Korea Foreign Trade Act including Export and Import Notification, Consolidated Notification, Notification for Strategic Materials and so on. The purpose of this research proposes to reform some administrative rules related to Korea Foreign Trade Act. First, the administrative rules are a little many and hidden in part, so the effort need for simplification and publication. Especially Export and Import Notification is no need more, and some articles can be transfer to the similar notification. Second, the prohibited or regulated items are only 135, and the reason is cooperation to world trade policy and Korea trade purpose. The item number of trade limitation are decreased sharply compare to several decades, but we still effort to decrease. Third, There are 2 tracks trade regulation both Korea Foreign Trade Act and 57 specific acts. The number of trade limitation item is over 5,000, so it is impossible to control by Consolidated Notification. The role of Consolidated Notification is the just guides for Export and Import, so trader has to use the specific trade-related law.

In 2003, Korean government made the 11 scopes of overburdened work[Ministry of Labor(MOL), Notification No. 2003-24] to prevent musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs). MOL Notification was established based on 'Washington Administrative Code 296-62-051, Ergonomics'. When initially investigating the contents, the labor unions and the specialists pointed out the possibility of devaluation on risk factors of MSDs. The present study aimed to compare the result of the NIOSH revised lifting equation(NLE) analysis with the MOL Notification(No.8, 9, 10) on manual lifting tasks. A study sample of 568 manual lifting tasks (automobile parts, foods, and tire manufacture) were evaluated for this study. All 502 tasks exceed lifting index(LI) of 1.0, but 276 tasks(55.0%) out of 502 tasks were evaluated non-over burdened work for musculoskeletal system by the MOL Notification. Particularly, 47 tasks(30.9%), in spite of exceeding LI of 3.0, were evaluated non-over burdened work. This study has shown the possibility of devaluation on risk factors of MSDs, when evaluated by MOL Notification. Therefore, it will be necessary to repeal or complement the scope of over-burdened work(MOL Notification) to prevent musculoskeletal disorders.

Push Notification Service technology is to provide platform competition rather than unit-based technology. In Korea, only the type of a service using the technology provided by this main platform has been studied and the study of the based technology has not been developed consistently. In this paper, new types of Push Notification Service capable of domestic technology acquisition was proposed and designed.

In many enterprises, fraudulent activities and processes are widely prevalent. But, their employees would not report the illegal activities since they would be attacked by defensive and reactive retaliations in their enterprises. Against this backdrop, we design notification systems for whistle blowing. The design would certainly be useful for fraudulent process notification while using management information systems in the field of business. The fraudulent process notification is related to whistle blowing systems, methods, storage media, and so on. Also, we establish the whole architecture of fraudulent process notification with functional structure from the viewpoint of systems and whistle blower. The flow diagram of notification method is added.

In public facilities, the hearing impaired people do not receive voice notifications, so they use dedicated applications for the facility as a means of obtaining information. However, there is the inconvenience of using dedicated applications for each facility. In this paper, we propose a subscription service for the hearing impaired people. The proposed method uses the MQTT protocol to design the notification service, and subscribes to the notification service by scanning the QR code through the application. The hearing-impaired people who subscribes to the notification service receives a message when the notification information is posted.

For the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information is required to identify the owner of the mobile device and the recipient of the notification. The connecting information is an online resident registration number, and safe management is essential. Therefore, in this paper, the processing flow, interconnecting standard, and management plan are proposed when a mobile electronic notification requesting agency requests the identity verification agency to convert the resident registration number of the recipient of the electronic notification to connecting information. In the proposed method, it is suggested that a safe mobile electronic notification service is possible by defining the process of collective conversion of connecting information between private organizations and personal identity proofing agency, information transmission and reception methods, and interworking standards.

프리젠스(Presence) 서비스는 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) 확장 서비스의 하나로서 사용자들 사이에 현재 위치의 정보나 온라인 정보 등과 같은 통신 상태의 변화를 등록(Subscription)과 Notification을 통해서 제공한다. 이때 프리젠스 정보가 변화될 때마다 전체 프리젠스 문서를 이용하여 업데이트하는 기존의 Publication 및 Notification 방식을 사용할 경우 프리젠스 정보 전송에 상당한 오버헤드가 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 부분 Publication 및 Notification 방식을 사용하여 변화되는 최신 프리젠스 정보만으로 구성된 부분 프리젠스 문서를 메시지 바디에 포함시켜 전달하도록 함으로써 기존의 방식에 비해 효율적인 프리젠스 관련 정보 전송이 가능한 새로운 프리젠스 서비스를 구현하였다.
