Minimization of human casualties in disaster situations is of paramount importance. In particular, if a marine disaster occurs, it can be directly connected to human casualties, so prompt action is needed. In the event of a marine disaster, the route and location of movement should be identified and life tubes should be used to float on the water. This paper designs and proposes an emergency IoT notification system that can quickly rescue drowning people. The maritime emergency IoT notification system consists of four main types. First, an emergency IoT device that detects the expansion of the life tube and delivers location and situation information to the emergency IoT notification server. Second, an emergency IoT web server that manages emergency information and provides notification. Third, a database server that stores and manages emergency IoT notification information. And finally, an emergency notification app that can receive and respond to emergency notification information. The emergency IoT device consists of a TPMS(Tube Pressure Monitoring System) device that checks the pressure value of the TPMS in real time and sends it to the IoT device, and an IoT device that sends the rescuer's voice information and emergency information to the emergency IoT server. Emergency information is delivered using the MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) protocol, and voice information is delivered to the IoT server as HTTP FormData.

There are over 20 administrative rules related to Korea Foreign Trade Act including Export and Import Notification, Consolidated Notification, Notification for Strategic Materials and so on. The purpose of this research proposes to reform some administrative rules related to Korea Foreign Trade Act. First, the administrative rules are a little many and hidden in part, so the effort need for simplification and publication. Especially Export and Import Notification is no need more, and some articles can be transfer to the similar notification. Second, the prohibited or regulated items are only 135, and the reason is cooperation to world trade policy and Korea trade purpose. The item number of trade limitation are decreased sharply compare to several decades, but we still effort to decrease. Third, There are 2 tracks trade regulation both Korea Foreign Trade Act and 57 specific acts. The number of trade limitation item is over 5,000, so it is impossible to control by Consolidated Notification. The role of Consolidated Notification is the just guides for Export and Import, so trader has to use the specific trade-related law.

First, we will present the regulation related to new drug registration [Regulation of the Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Drugs, etc (Notification No. 2003-17), Standards for Toxicity Test of Drugs, etc(Notification 1999-61) and GLP Regulation for Nonclinical Laboratory Studies (Notification No. 2000-63)] and the regulation related to clinical trial [Guidelines to Clinical Study Authorization for Drugs (Notification No. 2002-65)] and [Korean Good Clinical Practice(KGCP, Notification No. 1999-67) Regulation]. In 2003, Korean government made the 11 scopes of overburdened work[Ministry of Labor(MOL), Notification No. 2003-24] to prevent musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs). MOL Notification was established based on 'Washington Administrative Code 296-62-051, Ergonomics'. When initially investigating the contents, the labor unions and the specialists pointed out the possibility of devaluation on risk factors of MSDs. The present study aimed to compare the result of the NIOSH revised lifting equation(NLE) analysis with the MOL Notification(No.8, 9, 10) on manual lifting tasks. A study sample of 568 manual lifting tasks (automobile parts, foods, and tire manufacture) were evaluated for this study. All 502 tasks exceed lifting index(LI) of 1.0, but 276 tasks(55.0%) out of 502 tasks were evaluated non-over burdened work for musculoskeletal system by the MOL Notification. Particularly, 47 tasks(30.9%), in spite of exceeding LI of 3.0, were evaluated non-over burdened work. This study has shown the possibility of devaluation on risk factors of MSDs, when evaluated by MOL Notification. Therefore, it will be necessary to repeal or complement the scope of over-burdened work(MOL Notification) to prevent musculoskeletal disorders.

Push Notification Service 기술은 단위 서비스가 아닌 플랫폼 경쟁을 위한 기반 기술이다. 국내에서는 이러한 메인 플랫폼에서 제공하는 기술을 기반으로 한 서비스 형태만이 연구되고 개발되고 있는 실정이며 기반 기술에 대한 연구는 지속적으로 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국산 기술 확보 차원에서 새로운 형태의 Push Notification System을 제안하고 설계하였다.

많은 기업에서 부정행위나 절차가 만연하고 있다. 하지만, 직원들은 방어적 또는 반응적 보복을 당할까 두려워 불법적인 행위들을 고발하지 않고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 부정행위를 신고할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 설계는 기업현장에서 정보시스템을 사용함에 있어서 발생하는 부정적 절차에 대해 효과적인데, 이 부정절차 신고는 신고처리, 신고방법, 저장매체 등과도 연관을 가지고 있다. 우리는 시스템과 신고자의 관점에서 부정절차 신고에 관한 전체적인 구조를 설계하고, 추가적인 신고 세부방법에 대한 설계를 덧붙이고자 한다.

공공시설에서 청각장애인은 음성 알림을 제공받지 못하기 때문에 정보 획득의 수단으로 시설에 대한 전용 애플리케이션을 사용한다. 하지만, 각 시설마다 전용 애플리케이션을 사용해야하는 불편함이 있다. 본 논문에서는 청각장애인을 위한 알림 서비스 구독 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 MQTT 프로토콜을 사용하여 알림 서비스를 설계하고, 애플리케이션을 통해 QR 코드를 스캔하면 알림 서비스를 구독한다. 알림 서비스를 구독한 청각장애인은 해당 알림 정보가 게시되는 경우 메시지를 전달받는다.

모바일전자고지서비스는 이용자 소유한 모바일기기로 전자고지문을 발송하여 이용자의 수신 및 개봉 증명과 발송자의 송달 증명을 전자적으로 확인하는 서비스이다. 이로 인해 전통적으로 종이 기반의 고지 서비스가 전자고지문으로 급속히 대체되고 있으나, 이용자를 명확하게 식별하기 위한 연계정보가 필수적으로 사용된다. 연계정보는 온라인상의 주민등록번호와 같이 이용자를 고유하게 식별할 수 있는 정보로써 안전하게 활용하기 위한 방안 마련이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 모바일전자고지서비스 제공에 있어 필수적으로 사용되는 연계정보를 사용하는 전자고지문 발송기관과 공인전자문서중계사자 간의 안전한 활용방안을 제안한다. 제안한 방안에서는 본인확인기관으로부터 전달받은 연계정보를 포함한 전자문서의 안전한 송수신 절차, 암호키 교환, 전자문서 열람 등을 통한 활용방안을 제시한다. 제안한 방안 공공·행정·민간기관의 모바일 전자고지서비스에 적용함으로써 보안 안전하고 체계적인 서비스 제공이 가능하고 서비스 확대를 통한 이용자 편익도 증가할 수 있다.

모바일 기기의 확산으로 이용자가 소지하고 있는 모바일 기기와 이용자 식별을 통해 전자고지문을 이용자의 모바일 기기로 전송하여 전자고지문의 송달증명과 유통증명을 수행하는 모바일 전자고지서비스 이용 증가하고 있다. 이때 모바일 기기 단말기 소유자와 고지문 수신자를 식별하기 위해 연계정보를 사용한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 전자고지문 발송요청기관이 본인확인기관에게 전자고지문 수신자의 주민등록번호를 연계정보로 일괄변환 요청 시 처리흐름, 연동규격, 관리방안 등을 제안한다. 제안한 방안에서는 민간기관과 본인확인기관 간의 연계정보 일괄변환 처리 절차, 정보 송·수신 방안, 연동규격 등을 정의함으로써 안전한 모바일 전자고지서비스가 가능함을 제시한다. 고지문을 전자적으로 발송함에 있어 수신자 식별의 안전성, 전자고지문의 유출 방지, 전송구간 사이의 데이터 보호 등을 효과적으로 적용할 수 있어 모바일 전자고지서비스의 활성화를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

프리젠스(Presence) 서비스는 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) 확장 서비스의 하나로서 사용자들 사이에 현재 위치의 정보나 온라인 정보 등과 같은 통신 상태의 변화를 등록(Subscription)과 Notification을 통해서 제공한다. 이때 프리젠스 정보가 변화될 때마다 전체 프리젠스 문서를 이용하여 업데이트하는 기존의 Publication 및 Notification 방식을 사용할 경우 프리젠스 정보 전송에 상당한 오버헤드가 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 부분 Publication 및 Notification 방식을 사용하여 변화되는 최신 프리젠스 정보만으로 구성된 부분 프리젠스 문서를 메시지 바디에 포함시켜 전달하도록 함으로써 기존의 방식에 비해 효율적인 프리젠스 관련 정보 전송이 가능한 새로운 프리젠스 서비스를 구현하였다.
