  • This study suggests that ozonated olive oil can kill a wide variety of microorganisms while being less toxic but in the case of administration or abdominal administration, the human body is harmless. In Korea, there is no animal stability test yet. In this study, ozonated olive oil was used to test the stability of the animal through the eye. Specific experiments were performed to evaluate animal Ocular irritation safe test of ozonized oil (high concentration) in rabbits. and Observation of the treatment point on the test substance, ozonated olive oil showed no Ocular irritation in both the non-washing group and the washing group.

  • As research results showed that ozonated olive oil has excellent therapeutic effects on skin diseases, attempts were made to develop cosmetics manufacturing technology using ozone. Ozone is harmful to the human body, so a separate facility must be prepared to manufacture ozonated olive oil as a cosmetic raw material. The manufacturing device developed in this study was designed as an optimized process for manufacturing cosmetics while ensuring the safety of workers involved in production. To verify the ozonated olive oil produced from the implemented device, a toxicity test was conducted on animals. After applying ozonated oil (high concentration) to the rabbit's back for 24 hours, mortality, general symptoms and symptoms were measured. A skin irritation evaluation was performed. As a result of the experiment, as a result of evaluating the test substance treatment area after a certain period of time, it was confirmed that no skin irritation was observed in all animals, confirming the safety of the ozonated oil production process and the safety of the product.

  • This study has attempted to use ozone for the treatment of skin diseases as research results that ozonated olive oil has an excellent therapeutic effect on skin diseases are known. However, there is hardly any accurate data in Korea. Usually, animal tests related to cosmetics are not performed, but toxicity tests were conducted because they were absolutely necessary. In general, there are not many cases of measuring actual data through animal tests for the purpose of confirming the performance of cosmetics, but in the case of toxicity tests, it is recommended to accurately measure skin reactions, so this experiment was conducted. In this experiment, in order to evaluate the skin irritation of ozonated oil (high concentration) on the rabbit, the test substance was applied to the back of the rabbit for 24 hours, and then mortality, general symptoms and skin irritation were evaluated. Experimental Results As a result of evaluating the treatment site of the test substance after a certain period of time, no skin irritation was observed in all animals.
