Exhibition space emphasizes the experience in the space rather than viewing or appreciation of visitors. Because the experience spaces in today's life are limited, people experience rest, comfort, and sometimes extraordinary space experience through exhibition space. Exhibition space has changed from a static place to a space where visitors move and act with the exhibits to freely feel the space. Also, the static space expressed only with illumination and shadow becomes a new space different from daily space for users. This study analyzes the characteristics of phenomenological expression through such user-oriented exhibition space. This study is to analyze the characteristics of phenomenology through the exhibition experience space structure. It is to analyze and study on the characteristics of phenomenological expression of the exhibition experience space structure centered in the opinion of Merlo-Ponti that considers the experience of body among 'characteristics' discussed based on the study of the phenomenological experience published up to date and the viewpoint of Steven Hall that sees light as a subject of creating the space. This study is also considers how the perception of the experiencer is built in the correlation between the phenomenology and exhibition experience space by studying the relationship of the experiencer that is the common point of the exhibition experience space structure and the characteristics of phenomenological expression and analyzing the common point and difference of them. It also focuses on the space of dark whether forming any light rather than looking at the light which is the sense factor among the characteristics of phenomenological expressions. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the case on whether there is any light or not applied to the exhibition experience space grounded by the theoretical materials of Merlo-Ponti and Steven Hall based on the characteristics of phenomenological expressions in the exhibition experience space structure and, based on the result, to set up the basics on the characteristics of phenomenological expressions in the composition of exhibition experience space.

The purpose is to analyze space through phenomenological features of museum space with the background of studying patterns and characteristics appearing in modern museum space based on Perceptional Phenomenology by Merleau Phonty, and then giving meanings to our daily-life space and offering new museum space. This research studies about recognizing phenomenological cognitive experiences not as conception fixed in modern museum, analyzes phenomenological particularities based on Phenomenological conception by Merleau Phonty, and studies on the features appearing in museum space by phenomenological language focusing on museums since 1990's.

The aim of this study is to review phenomenological characteristics in Alvaro Siza's works through his design intention, methods and results. As a Portuguese architect, his personal and local background as well as pursuing the essence of architecture made phenomenological characteristics of his works. The emphasis of the placeness of site and the existence of architecture has close relationship with Heidegger's concept of dwelling and the role of architecture. Although Siza has maintained white plat plane of interior space which is one of features of modern architecture, he provides dramatic and dynamic experiences of space using curved and acute angle of plane in his latter part of works. Another his phenomenological nature of buildings is a striking display of space and light which is remarkable especially in his museum designs. He made this character in adopting various shapes of double ceilings, openings and their combination with natural light which he always emphasizes. As a result, Alvaro Siza's phenomenological characteristics comes not from clear architectural or philosophical theory but from continuous practice based on pursuing the essence of architecture.

본 연구는 온라인게임 연구를 위한 현상학적 연구의 논리와 방법을 통해 게임의 문화적 특성을 이해하고 게임이용자들의 특성, 중독, 문화, 성격, 특징, 유형 등 다양한 연구를 하게 되는 많은 연구자에게 현상학적 연구방법을 제안함을 목적으로 하고 있다. 특히 현상학적 연구의 논리와 방법을 통해 게임문화를 연구하는 방법을 조명하였다. 현상학적 연구방법은 게이머의 경험과 인간 현실의 구체적이고 생생한 삶의 맥락을 이해하는 방법으로 게임문화를 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 게임에 대한 관심과 새로운 연구방법에 관심 있는 많은 연구자가 더욱 흥미롭고 끈기 있는 현상학적 연구가 이어가길 바란다.

경관평가에 있어서 현상학적 접근은 분석적이고 체계적인 기존의 과학적 방법들과 대비되는 새로운 차원의 접근방법을 보여주고 있다. 기존의 과학적 접근이 정량적, 환원주의적, 폐쇄적, 실험적인 특성을 지녔다고 한다면 현상학적 접근은 정성적, 총체적, 개방적, 체험적 특성을 지녔다고 말할 수 있다. 현상학적 접근에서는 개인의 선호도, 느낌을 경관평가의 주요 기준으로 삼고 있으나, 일정 집단의 평균적 반응보다는 개개인의 다양한 반응, 느낌, 의미 등을 더욱 중요시 여긴다. 이렇게 함으로써 현상학적 방법은 기존의 계량적 혹은 과학적 방법이 지닌 단점을 보완할 수 있는 가능성을 보여준다. 즉 계량적 혹은 과학적 방법에서는 평가대상이 되는 현상을 단순화시킴으로 해서 실제 현상그대로 보지를 못하기 쉬운데 비하여, 현상학적 접근에서는 실제 그대로의 현상을 보려고 시도하며 현상의 본질을 캐내려고 노력한다. 현상학적 접근은 총체적이며 정성적인 입장을 가짐으로해서 실용적인 경관평가 기법이 되기에는 한계가 있다고 볼 수 있으나, 이를 극복할 수 있는 효율적인 방법이 모색되어야 하겠다. 최근의 연구에서는 현상학적 개념과 신뢰성, 타당성 등의 과학적 형식기준을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는 방법이 개발되고 있음을 볼 수 있으며 이는 매우 바람직한 일이라 할 수 있다. 경관평가에서 현상학적 접근의 대두는 기존의 체계적, 계량적 방법의 타당성(content validity)을 재점검할 수 있는 계기를 만들어 주고 있다.

This phenomenological study is to understand the meaning and essence of experience from the perspective of a New Yorker. Participants were 11 Korean single women around 30 years old who work as fashion designers or advertising designers living and working in New York. Data were collected from November, 2013 to February, 2014, and one-to-one in-depth interviews were performed for data collection. Data analysis used the descriptive phenomenological method proposed by Giorgi. Phenomenological research is useful to understand the meaning of the experience for select cases and is used as an epoch and free variation method. The study results were identified from 70 common meanings to 14 exposed themes and 4 essentially themes from a gentile New Yorker's experience. The 4 essential themes were as follows. 1) Self-realization at the highest stage, 2) Indulge in the advanced culture of affluence and freedom, 3) Collapsing every day in depressed foreign workers, and 4) Becoming a rootless gentile New Yorker.

커뮤니케이션 현상학은 커뮤니케이션 현상을 현상학적으로 접근해서 설명하는 학문이다. 의식과 경험의 결합, 아날로그와 디지털의 결합, 표현과 지각의 결합, 개인과 생활세계의 결합, 수사와 윤리의 결합 등과 같은 인간 커뮤니케이션 구성 요인은 연구 대상이고, 현상학은 인식론(방법론)인 것이다. 이러한 인간 커뮤니케이션 현상을 현상학적으로 개념 규정하기 위해서는 반드시 현상학적 기술, 현상학적 환원, 현상학적 해석 등을 통한 분석이 요구된다. 이러한 분석을 통해 제시되는 커뮤니케이션 현상학 표준 이론 구성 요소들이 지향, 구두점 찍기, 관행, 합당화 등인데, 지향은 의식 경험의 대상으로서, 구두점 찍기는 상징 형성 과정으로서, 관행은 이상적 말 행위로서, 합당화는 사회적 합당화로서 구분된 커뮤니케이션을 각각 그 내용으로 한다. 이러한 연구 대상 및 방법론 논의를 포괄하는 커뮤니케이션 현상학은 '철학 및 언어학 개념으로 구성된 커뮤니케이션 이론'으로도 볼 수 있고, 커뮤니케이션학에의 질적 방법 적용 연구 접근이자 학제 간 연구의 한 모델로서도 평가된다.

Today most landscape architects and scientists have approached ecological restoration, only in a scientific way or on aesthetic way so as to deal with the complex phenomena of a site easily. However, 'the real world' as well as 'ecological nature' as it is can not be totally dealt by the scientific approach which is quantitative and reductioinal. ince a site to be restored has the character of 'place' where man 'dwells', it must be designed and built as total phenomenon. In terms of Martin Heidegger's interpretation of "revealing", we might find out how to overcome the dilemma of the 'modern technology'. To the point of the phenomenological integrity between 'modern technology' and 'art', we can reveal 'sense of place' on a site. The phenomenological approach, which is related to the characteristics of the site, implies something more than scientific since it focuses on the development of site-specific data without wasting extra data for ecological restoration. Bodily experiencing a site with the perception, man discloses the site's nature and he also analyzes it in a scientific way. Therefore the phenomenological approach might be a clue of constructing ecological restoration as well as construing the identity of landscape architecture.

Anisotropy has an important effect on the strain distribution in aluminum alloy sheet forming, and it is closely related to the thinning and formability of sheet metals. Thus, the anisotropy of the material should be properly considered for the realistic analyses of aluminum sheet forming processes. For this, anisotropy can be approached in two different scales: phenomenological and microstructural (polycrystal) models. Recent anisotropic models (Yld2000-2d; Barlat et al.[1] 2003, Cuitino et al.[2] 1992) were employed in this work. For the simulation using shell element, the method which can impose plane stress condition in the polycrystal model is developed. Lankford values and yield stress ratios are calculated along various directions. As planar anisotropic behavior, a circular cup deep drawing simulation was carried out to compare the phenomenological and microstructure models in terms of earing profile.

These days we are more interested in the space of architecture that how the change is likely to affect and how to be realized human. Human beings are recognizable the space and the creation of the space is eventually effected through human beings being perceptible the space of architecture and the equivalence of the space. That is the light, one of phenomenological elements, has been the first visual experience at birth. This study will concentrate on the importance of the phenomenological light especially indoors and study how architectural elements influence human beings with the light as one of the basic design factors for human life. That is exactly purpose of this research paper and this paper can make our lives worth living significant with the actively various uses inside spaces through the phenomenological light as a natural light in our human beings.
