경량골재 콘크리트를 활용한 중공 PPC 거더의 구조거동 평가 (The Evaluation of Structural Behavior of Hollowed PPC Girder Using Lightweight Aggregate Concrete)

  • 최근 건설되는 교량은 철근 콘크리트 대신에 주로 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 교량이 주종을 이루고 있다. 프리스트레스 콘크리트 (PSC)는 철근 콘크리트 (RC)가 지니는 균열발생 문제, 철근의 부식, 누수 등 내구성에 미치는 약점을 보완할 수 있다. 또한 프리스트레싱으로 인한 인장영역의 보완으로 인하여 구조물의 크기를 줄일 수 있다. 하지만 이러한 구조용 주재료인 고강도 콘크리트의 경우는 밀도가 강도에 비하여 상대적으로 크기 때문에 상대적으로 자중을 증대시키는 문제가 있다. 따라서 자중을 감소시킬 수 있는 경량골재를 활용한 중공형 PPC 거더 (Hollowed Prefabricated Prestressed Concrete girder systems using Light Aggregate, 이하 HPPCLA)는 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 대안이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 HPPCLA 거더의 성능시험 뿐 만 아니라 수치해석을 수행하였으며, 그 결과 HPPCLA 거더는 전형적인 휨파괴 형상을 나타내었다. 수치해석에서 예상한 바와 같이 PPC 거더의 사용하중인 110 kN에서는 완전한 탄성거동으로 구조물의 사용성에는 무리가 없을 것으로 판단된다.

생분해성 고분자 코팅이 담관용 마그네슘 합금 스텐트의 분해 속도와 기계적 물성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Biodegradable Polymer Coating on the Corrosion Rates and Mechanical Properties of Biliary Magnesium Alloy Stents)

  • 생분해성 금속인 마그네슘 합금 와이어를 이용하여 담관용 스텐트를 제작하였다. 생체 내에서 마그네슘 합금의 문제점인 빠른 분해 및 부식을 제어하기 위하여 마그네슘 합금 와이어를 생분해성 고분자인 polycaprolactone (PCL), poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC), poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA), poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) 등으로 코팅하였다. 표면분해가 이루어지는 고분자인 PPC의 경우는 전분해 거동을 보이는 다른 고분자들(PCL, PLLA, PLGA)에 비해 크랙이나 박리가 없어 가장 효율적으로 마그네슘 와이어의 분해 속도를 지연시켰다. 또한 생분해성 고분자 코팅이 마그네슘 합금 스텐트의 기계적 물성인 축 방향 힘에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사하였다. 대부분의 생분해성 고분자(PCL, PLLA, PLGA)로 코팅된 스텐트는 코팅되지 않은 스텐트에 비해 축 방향의 힘이 증가하여 스텐트의 유연성을 감소시켰으나, PPC로 코팅된 스텐트는 코팅되지 않은 스텐트와 비슷한 축 방향의 힘을 나타내 스텐트의 유연성을 감소시키지 않았다. 이상의 결과로부터 PPC가 가장 효율적인 생분해성 고분자로 판단된다.

균열손상을 입은 프리스트레스트 콘크리트관의 안전도분석 (Safety Assessment of Cracked Prestressed concrete Cylinder Pipes)

  • This study investigated the structural performance of the precast prestressed cylinder pipe having cracked under construction. The finite element formulation of PPC pipe incorporates Asoild elements using SAP90 program and the radial prestress force was transformed into the eqivalent external pressure. The analytical results were compared with the experimental results of full scale tests on PPC pipes subjected to static load. It is shown that the proposed modelling gives a realistic represention of the actual behavior. The analytical procedure is used to calculate the stresses in the PPC pipes and to check the crack opening under various situations such as bedding angle, earth pressure, and earth cover. Finally, the proposed modelling and analytical procedure should be especially usefull for the safety assessment of the PPC pipes under general loading conditions.

Fatigue performance monitoring of full-scale PPC beams by using the FBG sensors

  • When subjected to fatigue loading, the main failure mode of partially prestressed concrete (PPC) structure is the fatigue fracture of tensile reinforcement. Therefore, monitoring and evaluation of the steel stresses/strains in the structure are essential issues for structural design and healthy assessment. The current study experimentally investigates the possibility of using fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors to measure the steel strains in PPC beams in the process of fatigue loading. Six full-scale post-tensioned PPC beams were exposed to fatigue loading. Within the beams, the FBG and resistance strain gauge (RSG) sensors were independently bonded onto the surface of tensile reinforcements. A good agreement was found between the recorded results from the two different sensors. Moreover, FBG sensors show relatively good resistance to fatigue loading compared with RSG sensors, indicating that FBG sensors possess the capability for long-term health monitoring of the tensile reinforcement in PPC structures. Apart from the above findings, it can also be found that during the fatigue loading, there is stress redistribution between prestressed and non-prestressed reinforcements, and the residual strain emerges in the non-prestressed reinforcement. This phenomenon can bring about an increase of the steel stress in the non-prestressed reinforcement.

Small and Medium Business Workers' Positive Psychological Capital, Life Satisfaction, and Innovative Work Behavior

  • Purpose - This study aims to measure the influence of the positive psychological capital (PPC) of business workers by using innovative work behavior (IWB) and the influence of Leader-member exchange (LMX) and Member-member exchange (MMX) in this relation and investigating the directional efforts of small and medium company leaders and members. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This study selects PPC as an integrated superior concept to establish research models and hypotheses of the influence of PPC on IWB, and the influence of LMX and MMX in these relations. Of the questionnaires distributed, 373 valid questionnaires were collected in total. Results - It was confirmed that the PPC of workers has a statistically significant influence on LMX, MMX, and IWB. Moreover, LMX and MMX have similar influence on worker life satisfaction with life satisfaction and innovative work behavior having different dimensions. Conclusion - To enhance IWB, worker PPC is very important as it has significant influence on the relations with leaders. However, it is also notable that positive relations with colleagues did not influence IWB.

내수성 향상을 위한 수성 폴리우레탄의 합성 및 특성 (Synthesis and Characterization of Waterborne Polyurethane for Water Resistance)

  • 본 연구에서는 polyester polyol을 사용한 수성 폴리우레탄의 내수성을 향상시키기 위해 polyester polyol, poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC), 4,4-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate ($H_{12}MDI$), dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA)를 사용하여 수성 폴리우레탄을 합성하였다. PPC를 사용하여 합성된 수성 폴리우레탄의 물성은 FT-IR, GPC, DSC 및 UTM 등을 통해 평가하였다. PPC의 함량이 증가함에 따라 합성된 수성 폴리우레탄의 기계적 물성은 증가하였으며 polyester polyol과 PPC의 비가 9 : 1일 때 가장 높은 값의 내수성을 나타내었다.

  • The reliability of system is to become a important concern in developed industry. The controller based on the reliability is so important position. PPC(Plant Protection Controller) is for plant protection and human life by fault detection and control action against the transient condition of plant. The protection system of the nuclear reactor and chemical reactor are representative of PPC. This paper presents analysis of PPC relaibility formal problem statement of optimal redundancy based on the reliability for PPC. VCG를 사용한 GF(2m)상의 고속병렬 승산기 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design of High-Speed Parallel Multiplier over GF(2m) using VCG)

  • 본 논문에서는 GF($2^m$)상의 표준기저를 사용한 새로운 형태의 VCG에 의한 고속병렬 승산회로를 제안하였다. 승산기의 구성에 앞서, 피승수 다항식과 기약다항식의 승산을 병렬로 수행하는 벡터 코드 생성기(VCG) 기본 셀을 설계하였고, VCG 회로와 승수 다항식의 한 계수와 비트-병렬로 승산하여 결과를 생성하는 부분 승산결과 셀(PPC)를 설계하였다. 제안한 승산기는 VCG와 PPC를 연결하여 고속의 병렬 승산을 수행한다. VCG 기본 셀과 PPC는 각각 1개의 AND 게이트와 1개의 XOR 게이트로 구성된다. 이러한 과정을 확장하여 m에 대한 일반화된 회로의 설계를 보였으며, 간단한 형태의 승산회로 구성의 예를 GF($2^4$)를 통해 보였다. 또한 제시한 승산기는 PSpice 시뮬레이션을 통하여 동작특성을 보였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 승산기는 VCG와 PPC을 반복적으로 연결하여 구성하므로, 차수 m이 매우 큰 유한체상의 두 다항식의 곱셈에서 확장이 용이하며, VLSI에 적합하다.

과수용 농약방제복 소재 특성에 따른 인체생리반응에 관한 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Thermal Physiological Response in the Pesticide Proof Clothing Textile Materials for a Fruit-grower)

  • This study was to develope the pesticide-proof clothes(PPC) for fruit-grower which has been well known over applied agricultural chemicals. The ergonomic evaluation of PPC were tested in two ways. Male adults volunteered the tests to evaluate the safety to pesticide in the field and the thermal comforts in the climate-chamber($30^{\circ}C$, 60%R.H.). PPC were made of 4 different fabrics. Two of them were on the market(coated non-woven and coated nylon). Others were water-repellent treatment and coated waterproof film by developed polyester. The field study was conducted for farmers growing apples to evaluate pesticide exposure. In this experiment, we collected data with patch test on the head, chest, back, right upperarm, right forearm, left thigh and left calf. From the results, the developed PPC showed the more excellent comfort than an existing PPC with nylon coated polyurethane. But the developed PPC of water-repellent fabric was penetrated into the PPC. Therefore, we designed the functional pesticide-proof clothes of 2 different developed polyester fabrics(water-repellent treatment in chest, abdomen, the lower of back, waist, and calf; coated waterproof film in head, shoulder, the upper of back, the crotch, hip, upper arm and thigh).

  • Oriental pear was used as treatment of asthma, control of blood pressure tonic medicine vasoaction, diabetes in oriental medicine. In this study, it was investigated that pear phenolic compound effects on cardiovascular system as blood pressure and renin and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) in plasma, Cardiac hypertrophy. The experiments were performed on Sprague Dawley rats, 2K1C hypertension model was prepared by constricting the left renal artery with a sliver clip. Animals were then divided into four groups, 5mg/Kg(PPC-A) 10mg/Kg(PPC-B) 15mg/Kg(PPC-c) and control group. Pear phenolic compound solution were supplied with them for 3weeks, a day's interval. The results are that The blood pressure was significantly decreased at 15days in PPC-A group than control group. The plasma ANP was increased in PPC-A and PPC-C group, and cardiac hypertrophy was significantly decrease in PPC-C group compared with control group.
