In O2O environment(Online-to-Offline), providers attract new customers via web sites and lead them to pay online, then induce them again to offline when receiving products. Thus, online and offline channel is integrated and create synergy for marketing in O2O context. As online and offline channel coexist in O2O, consumers' perceptions for products and services that providers offer cannot help being different compared to an independent channel (i.e., either online or offline). Therefore, this research aims to develop the O2O service quality model(O2O-SQ model). Especially, O2O is the unique environment where offline, online, and mobile commerce are integrated so that the current paper suggests the $1^{st}$ O2O-SQ model by integrating the common factors of offline, online, and mobile service quality model through the previous literature review. Hence, this study conducts FGI(Focus Group Interview) for customers who have experienced in purchasing products in O2O commerce. Among integrated common service quality factors of $1^{st}$ O2O-SQ model, the current paper identifies the specific service quality factors that customers perceive significantly through FGI analysis. Moreover, after extracting the unique O2O-SQ factors with this qualitative analysis and integrating with the $1^{st}$ O2O-SQ model, the paper develops the final O2O-SQ model.

The fundamental objective of cultivating organic farm produces is to preserve the natural environment and protect eco system so as to maintain the environment where people can live. In the current social atmosphere, the value and attitude of the college students to the environment are significant as they will take the leading part in the future. College students in Busan participated in the survey for the study to prove the moderating effect of the confidence with organic farm produces by investigating the casual relationship among the purchase intention, the environmentally-friendly attitude, and the consumption value of college students. The questionnaires were distributed over the period from October $15^{th}$, 2016 to $30^{th}$.261 papers of the questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS (V 23.0) and AMOS (V 21.0) programs. The analysis on Confidence, Confirmatory Factors, Structural Equation Modeling was compared with Chi-square considering the degrees of freedom between the two models in order to investigate the moderating effect from the purchasing frequency. The result from the analysis confirms that there is a casual relationship between college students' values of organic farm products and the environmentally-friendly attitude. Consumer confidence has a moderating effect on the attitude and purchase intention. As it can be seen from the result of the analysis, it is necessary for municipal governments and the government to push ahead with the policies on organic farm products in the future as it is proved that there is a casual relationship among the attitude, purchase intention and the students' values of the organic farm products.
In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution customers living began to come out, not inside the purchase funnel. Due to the diversity of product selection and the increase in digital channels, the way customers search for information and purchase it is changing innovatively. So, the customer journey in the digital age is much more complicated than the traditional funnel model suggests. Unlike many previous studies, this study was conducted for 1,200 customers in four product groups of fashion, automobile, cosmetics, and online shopping malls. As a result of the study, we investigated how digital self-efficacy plays a role in purchasing in a series of processes in which digital experience affects customer satisfaction and finally affects purchase. As a theoretical implication, as a result of introducing and testing digital self efficacy as moderated mediation effect. the digital self-efficacy between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty were determined to play a moderated mediation effect role. As a practical implication, it was necessary to actively utilize digital marketing for customers with high digital self-efficacy, but it was suggested that customers with low digital self-efficacy need to be careful about digital marketing fatigue.
This study aims to identify and analyze the main factors that determine the properties and buying behavior in the premium bottled select and analyze the degree of impact on the relevant variables are premium water demand. When applied to the truncated negative binomial model to derive the study results: The results of estimating the variables that affect the demand for premium mineral water are as follows. Premium bottled water demand of this group my purchases with a choice between buying behavior variables are significantly higher than the relative population. To also do a good ingredient water, it appeared to be on a statistically significant positive effect on the demand for the more groups you purchase a premium bottled water for the purpose of receiving special feeling, just buy purpose is called to drinking water does not significantly affect to be analyzed. Among demographic characteristics it showed that demand for premium bottled water purchases are significantly higher in women than in men, professional / clerical job, such as the military, college graduates were more consumer research as significant in comparison to the relative population. Taste and package design factors of premium bottled mineral water among the select attribute factors are having a significant positive impact on the purchasing demand, local conditions and cost factors have been estimated to be insignificant.
This study was conducted with the intention of providing basic data that are essential for establishing compensation standards for forest products and diagnosing forestry management in the future by investigating the cultivation process of major wild edible greens such as Pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum, Ligularia fischeri, and Allium victorialis and analyzing related incomes. According to the result, the cultivation was generally divided into the open filed cultivation and mountain cultivation by the cultivated item. The annual average income by unit area ($3.3m^2$) for each item was 6,500 won for Pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum cultivated open filed, 3,200 won for Pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum cultivated in the mountain, 20,400 won for Ligularia fischeri cultivated open filed, 20,900 won for Allium victorialis cultivated open filed, and 7,300 won for Allium victorialis cultivated in the mountain. Particularly, while consumer demand for Allium victorialis and Ligularia fischeri are increasing phenomenally recently, the annual average income per unit area ($3.3m^2$) for these wild edible greens grown open filed was distinctively higher than that for Pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum. This can be explained by very high working expenses (land rent and labor cost) required for the cultivation of Pteridium aquilinum var. latiusculum compared with other items. As for Ligularia fischeri and Allium victorialis yielding high annual average income, the initial investment costs including the cost of purchasing seeds and seed stocks account for 40% of the working expenses or over and thereby requiring proper support from the government for solidifying the income source and promoting cultivation in the agricultural and mountain regions in the future.
This study was conducted to investigate the degree of utilization of outsourcing in large hospitals in Korea. We also investigated the outcome and the level of satisfaction for adopting outsourcing in these hospitals. Types of work areas that were currently operated by outsourcing and were planned to adopt outsourcing in the future were identified. A total of 83 hospitals were eligible for this study, which had more than 500 beds, and were identified from the 2003 National Hospital List published by the Korean Hospital Association. A self-administered Questionnaire survey was conducted between April 25th and May 20th in 2003 with a personnel being charged of arrangement of outsourcing in each hospital. Among the 58 hospitals responding the survey(response rate=69.9%), 49 hospitals(84.5%) utilized outsourcing in at least one work field in their organizations. The largest proportion of the hospitals(85.7%) using outsourcing responded that the biggest outcome after introducing outsourcing were cost reduction(49.0%), followed by improved efficiency in operating the organization or human resources(34.7%) and the improved quality of the work(6.1%). The degree of satisfaction for outsourcing among the hospital managers(3.43) was significantly higher than that among the employees(3.l4) on a S-point Likert-type scale(p<0.05). Among the 7 work areas, the hospitals used outsourcing most frequently in facility management(housekeeping, building maintenance, hospital security and parking management), followed by non-medical profit business(funeral, convenient store, and cafeteria), logistics(provision of patient meal, in-house delivery, and purchasing), and information and computing system(hospital information system, maintenance of personal computers and printers). The work areas that the hospitals planned to adopt or expand the outsourcing in the future most frequently were facility management, non-medical profit business, logistics, and information and computing systems. In conclusion, outsourcing was highly diffused in large Korean hospitals, particularly in the work field of facility management and non-medical profit business. The satisfaction for outsourcing was not high yet in Korean hospitals.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate Brand Value by using the K-BPI(Korea Brand Power Index) of Korea Management Association which is based on consumer awareness, as well as to identify how Brand Value which is composed of top of awareness, unaided awareness, aided awareness, image, possibility of purchasing, preference, affects on the Market Share perceived by consumers. This research subjects were 10 hospitals with more than 1,000 beds in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and survey subjects were 20 or older adults living in the metropolitan area of Korea. Using K-BPI for measuring Brand Value and used calculation of Market Share according to consumer preference model for measuring Market Share. The major results of this research are as follows: First, this research identified that the top 5 hospitals of largest hospitals in metropolitan area measured by using K-BPI and Market Share were same hospitals as Big 4 hospitals of previous research evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals and also same as hospitals that appeared recently. Second, Big 5 hospitals ranked first to fifth in both Brand Value and Market Share. To identify the relationship between K-BPI items(top of awareness, unaided awareness, aided awareness, image, availability, preference) and Market Share, multiple linear regression was used by dividing 5 upper and 5 lower group of hospitals per each. The group of 5 upper hospitals had a significant effect on Market Share, with 'top of awareness', 'unaided awareness', 'aided awareness'. The group of 5 lower hospitals had a significant effect on Market Share with 'unaided awareness', 'aided awareness'. The results of this study and hospitals of the first to third hospitals published in the K-BPI press release reported by KMAC in 2017, and the previous studies evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness hospitals, all had one thing in common that Big 4 hospitals ranked high position. This suggests that evaluation of Brand Value also can be a evaluation measure of hospital. A new competitiveness of hospital is expected by managing brand awareness to have a brand competitiveness and by securing intrinsic Market Share of consumer to reach hospital use ultimately.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the factors such as self-esteem, social supports, socio-economic status of parents, degree of disability in child, stress coping, religion, and sports.exercise on the qualities of lives in mothers with disabled children. Data were collect from 45 institutions(schools from kindergarten to senior-high, special education institutes, and social welfare institutions) by self-report questionnaire, and the subjects of the study were 386 mothers in Seoul whose children were attending the schools or institutions. Findings according to socio-demographic variables are as follows: 1. Mothers with disabled children in this study thought their quality of life as average degree. 2. The younger the mothers and children, the higher the quality of life was. 3. The higher the educational level and monthly income, the higher the quality of life was. 4. There was no statistically significant difference between the existence and nonexistence of spouse, and between the existence and nonexistence of religion as well. Findings analyzed by multiple regression are as follows: 1. Among 7 independent variables 'self-esteem'(${\beta}$=.49, p<.001), 'social supports'(${\beta}$=.15, p<.01), and 'socio-economic status'(${\beta}$=.11, p<.05) were found to be statistically significant in quality of life in mothers, while the rests were found not significant. 2. 'Self-esteem' was found to be the most influencing variable, meaning that the psychological factor such as self-esteem is more important than environmental factors in qualities of lives in mothers. 3. The total amount of explanation of the model was Adjusted R square=.301, so that it can be said about 30% can be explained among total variance of the qualities of lives in mothers with disabled children. Conclusions and recommendations based on the results above are: First, it is strongly recommended to conduct programs promoting self-esteem in mothers with disabled children, and to include 'self-esteem' hereafter in the studies related to qualities of lives in mothers with disabled children. Second, comprehensive and practical countermeasures should to be formulated to back up expenses for education and medical care, purchasing relative tools and equipments, plus helping to find jobs.

There is likely to be a fit problem when women aged in their 30s-40s purchase down-age clothing from brands that target women in their 20s. To identify the part of the lower body that causes the fit problem, the sizes and types of lower body of women in their 30s-40s were compared with those of women in their 20s. The data for this study was from the 2010 Size Korea survey of body measurements of 1675 female adults in their 20s-40s. To examine differences in the average sizes of the lower body between women in their 20s and 30s-40s, descriptive statistics and t-tests were conducted. Factor and cluster analysis were used to classify body types by age groups. On the whole, compared to women in their 30s-40s, women in their 20s were found to be higher for all height items and smaller for size, thickness and width items. The result of the Glycemic index analysis showed that the body type of women in their 20s was generally larger than that of women in their 30s-40s. In addition, women in their 20s had a large drop value compared to those in their 30s-40s, whereas flatness of body cross section was bigger in the group of women in their 30s-40s. Four factors related to the lower body type of female adults in their 20s-40s were identified in the factor analysis, and three categories of body type were identified by cluster analysis. A Type 1 individual had abdominal obesity and chubby lower limbs, Type 2 had short legs and slightly chubby lower limbs, and Type 3 had long legs and a skinny lower body. A significant number of women in their 30s-40s were included in the Type 1 group, which was the least common category for women in their 20s.
