The Reading Certification System is a form of reading education, a program in which homeroom teachers or librarians certify and reward students' reading and reading activities in order to raise motivation for reading. This study investigates and analyzes the management of the Reading Certification System in elementary school libraries in Gapyeong County, indicating problems and providing ways to resolve them by examining theories on school libraries' reading education and the Reading Certification System through a documentary survey and by conducting a survey of librarians and students on the categories of management, effectiveness, satisfaction levels, reading activities and reading motivation factors. An analysis of the survey results yielded the following suggestions for improvement: there should be a recommended books selection, a separate budget for a diverse reward system and more reading activities for students with low participation levels. I hope the results of this paper will be used as a reference when implementing the Reading Certification System in elementary schools, and that it will be an opportunity in changing perspective when applying the system.

The purpose of this study is on the solution of the problem that have made university students poor readings. What is the factors in make poor progress in reading of the university students. Especially in this study, it is necessary to establish the reading philosophy of the university students. This study looks at the reading related qualifications that examine the issues into the curriculum of reading-related qualifications specifically. The results of analysis, 278 reading related qualifications are both operated by the private non-accredited. And reading related qualifications system was required the effort and systematic enhancement of the quality management system of education information. On the basis of the survey, It is proposed operational plans for the quality of reading-related qualifications by cooperation of the private and government that are utilized as a reference in the promotion policy.

Recently a reading education system has been developed to manage the accumulated reading activities and past records of individuals under the web environment using computers. And the reading education system, where we can have comprehensive reading education, has been developed and been applied to schools. The reading records in the reading education system can contribute to the improvement of reading activities and reading comprehension, the extension of thinking ability, and the cultivation of insight and character of the readers. The system will provide basic data for reading education for the teachers. The reading education system will accumulate the reading records of individuals. This system is not restricted by time and space. Also the system can support the reading education of children and students effectively. The menu of the reading education system is composed of a test of reading level, reading materials, activities after reading, reading certification, reading record management and instruction of teachers.

The goal of this study is to compare the evaluation results of indoor daylight environment for each certification and propose improvement points. As the importance of indoor daylight environment has increased, foreign countries have been aware of this and have changed the light environmental certification items. On the other hand, Korea environmental certification systems have not been able to follow the current situation. In order to improve this, this study intended to find evaluation criteria for each category by comparing and analyzing indoor daylight environment certification items in Korea's G-SEED, LEED in the United States, BREEAM in the UK, and CASBEE in Japan. After that, this study simulated 3D models of three spaces about classroom, reading room and club room of Yanghyun elementary School which is scheduled to be constructed for the evaluation of indoor daylight environment, and the results were analyzed to suggest for improvement.

In order to create a safe and comfortable educational environment and improve the quality of education, the 'Act on the Safety and Maintenance of Educational Facilities' was enacted in 2021. Accordingly, 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulations' was established. Safety certification targets are classified into 'kindergarten', 'elementary/middle/high school and special schools', and 'university and other educational facilities'. Other educational facilities include libraries and student training facilities. However, student training facilities and libraries are different from schools as facilities for special activities such as training and reading. Therefore, the unique characteristics of the facility must be reflected in the 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulations'. This study analyzed how the 'Educational Facility Safety Certification Operation Regulation' reflects the special characteristics of student training facilities and libraries that are 'other educational facilities'. The previous certification system and guidelines were compared and analyzed, and the on-site survey method was used. Finally, it was confirmed that each of the library and the student training facility needed 9 detailed criteria reviews.

The purpose of this study is to strengthen librarian's capacity by developing curriculum and training system for fostering '(tentative name)Librarians Specialized in Reading Healing' as a field of professional librarians. For this purpose, curriculum and training system for fostering librarians specialized in reading healing are designed and presented through research methods including literature study, case study and 1, 2nd delphi survey. The final curriculum is composed of curriculum for 1st and 2nd grade licensed librarians specialized in reading healing and refresher training based on job description of librarians specialized in reading healing. The training system is based on the first and second level certification granted by completion of the course, thus is designed to meet requirements both for academic achievement and for career development in each grade.

Objectives: This study applied Havruta, a learner-centered educational method, and verified its effectiveness, to break from the existing mechanical memorization methods of scripture reading classes, which are basic subjects of East Asian medicine at East Asian medicine universities. Method: To this end, D University's scripture reading course was redesigned according to Havruta's teaching model, and Havruta classes were conducted according to the instructional design. Results: As a result of the class, students' Chinese translation ability improved, and they were able to concentrate on class (M=4.24). Through class, they acquired knowledge in the field (M=4.21) and their ability to communicate with others improved (M=4.21). M=4.25), it can be inferred and interpreted that the learner is engaged. Conclusion: The results of this study are examples of applying various teaching and learning methods required in the East Asian medicine evaluation and certification of East Asian medicine at East Asian medicine universities, and can be used as practical basic data that can be applied not only to scripture reading subjects but also to other subjects.
