As PPL has become available since the proposal of the revised enforcement ordinances of the Broadcast Law in January 2010, not only PPL has become increased in its quantity but its method has also become diversified gradually. However, there are problems in institutional and policy aspects in order to realize its potentials, and it needs to be reviewed more concretely. Consequently, the study aims to provide domestic PPL activation plans by the research of domestic and international PPL regulations PPL market situation was examined preferentially, and then Korean PPL market situation was compared to foreign countries' counterpart. In order that, PPL regulation plan of US, Japan, China, and other major Europe countries were compared to Korean's one. The problems and issues related to PPL regulation was also looked into, and practical PPL regulation plan was researched. According to that, improvement plan of PPL regulation and methodology to revitalize PPL in respect of business and government were suggested

When the fire takes place inside the building, it is the most important for the people who are inside the building to escape to the safe place. Specially, the elder are the most serious victims because of their short of fire confrontation ability. This study will analysis the evacuation regulation for the elderly facilities. and on the basis of this, this research proposes the basic data for evacuation re-regulation for the elderly facilities through the actual condition investigation of the elderly facilities and interviews with its supervisors.

This paper aims to review the regulations in the field of science and technology administration, especially the legal regulations in the management of public technologies. For this purpose, after reviewing the legal system and contents of regulation, analyze and estimate the adequacy and validity of them. So that, in this paper it is layed emphasis on that whether the regulation system is proper in point of legalism or theory of regulation law, and the regulations are appropriate when comparing with that of foreign countries, and the improvement is necessary in operating regulation system itself.

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of self efficacy, self regulation, situational barriers and self care behavior in patients with diabetes and to identify the relationships among those variables. Ninety five non insulin dependent diabetic patients participated. Data were collected by a self report questionnaire. The results are as follows 1) Mean scores for self care behavior were 4.64 (diet) and 6.60(medication) on a 7 point scale. 2) Mean scores for self efficacy were 65.12(diet) and 88.46 (medication) on a 100 point scale. 3) Mean score for self regulation was 0.42 on a 0-1 point scale. 4) Mean score for situational barriers was 1.48 on a 4 point scale. 5) Self efficacy was significantly highly correlated with self care behavior (r=0.72, P<0.01). 6) Self regulation(r=0.28, P<0.01), situational barriers(r=-0.32, P<0.01) were significantly correlated with self care behavior. 7) Self efficacy was significantly correlated with self regulation(r=0.25, P<0.01), situational barriers(r=-0.22, P<0.05). These results suggest that for improvement in self care behavior nurses should increase the level of self efficacy and self regulation in patients with diabetes and help these patients to cope with situational barriers.

With the development of industry and the improvement of living standards, better quality in power electric service is required more than ever before. This paper deals with the optimal algorithms for voltage regulation in the case where Distributed Storage and Generation (DSG) systems are operated in distribution systems. It is very difficult to handle the interconnection issues for proper voltage managements, because the randomness of the load variations and the irregular operation of DSG should be considered. This paper proposes the optimal on-line real time voltage regulation methods in power distribution systems interconnected with the DSG systems. In order to deliver suitable voltage to as many customers as possible, the optimal sending voltage should be decided by the effective voltage regulation method by using artificial neural networks to consider the rapid load variation and random operation characteristics of DSG systems. The simulation results from a case study show that the proposed method can be a practical tool for the voltage regulation in distribution systems including many DSG systems.

This study is aimed at verifying the effect of class-based group art therapy program on child's emotional regulation and school adjustment improvement. The target of this study consisted of the lowest-leveled 3rd graders among the students attending A Elementary School, located in 00, Daejeon City, who were tested for school adjustment. The class-based group art therapy program was implemented from October 15, 2014 to November 19, 2014, once a week, for 40 minutes for each session, a total of six rounds. For this study, the scale of emotional regulation and school adjustment was used by pre-post comparison. As an analysis method for verifying the effects of this study, ANCOVA was used in consideration of pre-test, in comparison of post-test results between groups, regarding the scale factors of emotional regulation and school adjustment. As a result of analysis, first, child's emotional regulation was significantly improved after the program performance. Second, child's school adjustment. was significantly improved after the program performance. In conclusion, class-based group art therapy program let children see through the process of emotional change, and properly regulate their emotions. At the same time, the program provided situations in which peers meet together casually, giving a positive change for school adjustment improvement based on the peer relationship. In addition, this study has a meaning to help enjoying school life, by constructing a proper program to be applied at school in a variety of ways.

The article is devoted to the formation of approaches to improving the system of administration of customs payments in modern conditions. It is established that important components of the administration of customs payments are customs expertise, customs value assessment, and control over the declaration of goods to ensure the completeness and timeliness of customs duties payments to the budget. It is found that the practice of customs administration shifts the emphasis of foreign trade regulation to the use of the principles of work implying the use of the latest technologies for the preliminary electronic exchange of information, remote customs clearance of goods without the physical presence of an official, and consistent application of risk management. It is established that an important place in the structure of the state authorities regulating the foreign economic activity is given to the customs service. Furthermore, the existing problems in the implementation of international trade operations necessitate the improvement of approaches to the customs regulation of export-import activities of enterprises.

Since 1989, when the first European noise regulation against construction equipments came into force, much investigation had been devoted to reduce the noise and had produced the remarkable improvement in noise reduction technology. EU Directive 2000/14/EC Stage 2, more stringent noise regulation, is going to be implemented from Jan. 2006. The technology trends and examples for noise reduction in typical construction equipment R&D is described briefly.

In this article we present the simulation results of induction motor speed regulation by direct torque control with a classic PI regulator. The MATLAB Simulink programming environment is used as a simulation tool. The results obtained, using a fuzzy logic, shows the importance of this method in the improvement of the performance of such regulation.
