본 논문은 유도전동기 고정자권선의 절연물에 대하여 비파괴 및 파괴시험을 실시하여 절연물의 비파괴특성과 내전압강도와의 상호관계를 비교, 평가, 분석함으로써, 향후 전동기의 절연상태 평가시 수명 및 절연진단의 신뢰성을 도모하고자 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 비파괴시험과 파괴시험과의 상관관계를 평가하기위하여 비파괴시험으로 절연저항시험, 성극지수시험, 유전정접시험, 부분방전시험을 실시하였으며, 파괴시험은 60[kV] AC 내전압를 이용하여 실시하였다. 또한 장기간 사용된 전동기 권선의 절연물에 대한 연구결과로부터 기존 선진국의 진단방법 및 판정기준이 국내에서 제작된 전동기에 대한 절연특성 평가 및 분석에도 타당함을 증명하였으며, 향후 본 논문에서 제시한 자료들은 유사조건의 산업현장에서 운용중인 유도전동기의 수명 및 상태 평가를 위한 기초자료로 유용하게 사용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.

본 연구는 해양과학기술분야 전문연구기관의 학술연구능력을 평가하기 위하여 국내외 해양관련 연구기관 및 대학의 SCI 연구실적을 조사하고 분석하였다. 조사연구기관은 국내의 한국해양연구원과 서울대, 인하대, 부경대, 충남대, 부산대의 해양관련학과, 그리고 해외의 WHOI, SIO, IFREMER, SOC, JAMSTEC을 대상으로 하였다. 조사대상기간은 2002년부터 2004년까지의 3개년으로 하였으며, 해당기간 동안의 SCI 연구실적과 피인용빈도, 상위 저자그룹, 상위 학술지그룹. 상위 투고분야 등으로 조사분석이 이루어졌다. 이로부터 국내 해양전문연구기관의 선진 해외연구기관 벤치마킹을 통한 향후 목표설정의 기준으로 삼고자 한다. 또한 해양전문 정보센터의 핵심 학술지 입수 관리 및 정보서비스의 우선순위를 선정하는 데에도 기여할 것이다.

금속테의 황색도금물질로 사용되는 티타늄질화물(titanium nitride: $TiN_x$)의 단일박막을 질소가스의 양을 달리 공급 하여 Si(100) 기판위에 초고진공 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링(ultra high vacuum radio frequency magnetron sputtering) 방법으로 증착하였다. 박막 증착 후 가변입사각분광타원계를 사용하여 1.5-5.0 eV 에너지 영역에서 타원 각 ${\Delta}$와 ${\Psi}$를 측정하였다. 이 측정결과들을 Drude+Lorentz oscillator 분산관계식을 사용하여 최적 맞춤하고, 매개변수들을 구하여 박막의 광학상수인 굴절계수 $n({\lambda})$과 소광계수 $k({\lambda})$를 각각 결정하였다.

The smart substation is the heart of a transmission system, which is particularly emphasized as the most significant composition of smart grids in China. In order to assess the functionality performance of substation technologies, this paper presents methods used to identify the most promising solutions for smart substation design and to evaluate the technical levels of available technologies. The multi-index optimization model is presented to address the issue of smart substation planning. A mathematical model of the planning decision problem is established with multiple objectives consisting of economic, reliability, and green key indices, and many kinds of concerns including physical and environmentally friendly operations are formulated as a set of constraints. With respect to the assessment of the technical level regarding integration of advanced technologies into a substation, a modified grey whitenization weight function is adopted to structure a novel grey clustering method. The proposed grey clustering approach is used to overcome the difficulty of insufficient quantitative assessment capacity for traditional methods. The evaluation of technical effects provides the classification definition for the development phase and the maturity level of the smart substation. The effectiveness of the proposed approaches in planning decision-making and evaluation of construction efforts is demonstrated with case studies involving the actual smart substation projects of Wenchongkou substation in China Southern Power Grid (CSG) and Mengzi substation in State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC).

본 연구는 우리나라 대학도서관에서 장애 학생의 교육복지 향상을 위하여 필요한 핵심적인 서비스 요인이 무엇인지를 규명하고, 장애인 서비스 수준을 측정하기 위한 평가지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공공도서관의 장애인 서비스 기준과 대학도서관의 직무단위, 그리고 선행 연구문헌을 분석하여 대학도서관에 적합한 장애인 서비스 평가요인과 하위지표를 추출하였다. 추출된 평가요인과 하위지표는 대학도서관 현장에 근무하고 있는 사서를 대상으로 사전조사와 본 조사를 실시하여 평가지표로서의 적합성을 검증하였다. 평가지표 검증 결과, 대학도서관 사서 집단이 인식하는 대학도서관 장애인 서비스 평가요인은 8개 요인 33개 하위지표로 구성되어 있음을 확인하였다.

Objective : The experiences in close relationships questionnaire-revised (ECR-R) (Fraley, Waller & Brennan, 2000) is a valuable tool for measuring adult attachment, and its Korean version, the ECRR-K (Kim, 2004), is widely used in Korea. However, given its substantial length, this study was aimed to develop and validate a short version of the ECRR-K called the ECRR-K14. Methods : Two hundred and ninety-four medical students participated in this study in 2016. They completed the ECRR-K, the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), and the UCLA Loneliness Scale (UCLA-LS). The study authors applied the Rasch rating scale to check each item's model fit and then performed confirmatory factor analyses (CFAs) to test the new scale's validity. Results : The authors selected seven items each for the anxiety and avoidance subscales, and the ECRR-K14 showed fair to good internal consistency (Cronbach's ${\alpha}=0.93$ and 0.92 for anxiety and avoidance, respectively). The anxiety subscale showed concurrent validity with the PSS and the RSES while the avoidance subscale showed concurrent validity with the UCLA-LS. The CFAs also demonstrated the validity of the model with a goodness-of-fit index of 0.916. Conclusion : The ECRR-K14 showed excellent reliability and validity and appears to be a promising instrument for measuring the two attachment dimensions in adults.

소셜 네트워크 서비스의 인기가 증가하면서 현재 이슈가 되는 정보를 추출하거나 증상 등을 추적하는 분석연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 트위터에서는 트윗을 통해 이벤트 현상에 대한 반응과 사용자의 개인적인 상태 등이 잘 반영되어 트윗을 센서로 적용한 이벤트 추출이 가능하다. 최근에는 지진과 같은 재난 이벤트뿐만 아니라 사회 전반적으로 관심을 갖고 있는 질환이나 질병에 대한 사회적 신호가 질병의 확산을 조기에 감지하는데 도움을 주고 있다. 논문에서는 감기를 대상 이벤트로 지정하여 트위터로부터 수집한 정보를 감기 신호라는 사회적 신호로 간주하고 분석하였다. 추출된 감기 신호의 신뢰성을 확인하기 위해 감기 확산의 환경적 요인으로 알려진 세 가지 기후 요소와 기상청에서 제공하는 감기 기상지수와의 상관분석을 통해 변수들 사이의 상관관계를 파악한다.

The objective of the present study is to examine the flexural behavior of two-span post-tensioned lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC) beams using unbonded tendons and the reliability of the design provisions of ACI 318-14 for such beams. The parameters investigated were the effective prestress and loading type, including the symmetrical top one-point, two third-point, and analogous uniform loading systems. The unbonded prestressing three-wire strands were arranged with a harped profile of variable eccentricity. The total length of the beam, measured between both strand anchorages, was 11000 mm. The test results were compared with those compiled from simply supported LWAC one-way members, wherever possible. The ultimate load capacity of the present beam specimens was evaluated by the collapse mechanism of the plasticity theorem and the nominal section moment strength calculated following the provision of the ACI 318-14. The test results showed that the two-span post-tensioned LWAC beams had lower stress increase (Δf_ps) in the unbonded tendons than the simply supported LWAC beams with a similar reinforcement index. The effect of the loading type on Δf_ps and displacement ductility was less significant for two-span beams than for the comparable simply supported beams. The design equations for Δf_ps and Δf_ps proposed by ACI 318-14 and Harajli are conservative for the present two-span post-tensioned LWAC beams, although the safety decreases for the two-span beam, compared to the ratios between experiments and predictions obtained from simply supported beams.

국내, 외 많은 기업들이 메세나 활동을 기업의 긍정적인 이미지 확보 및 조직 구성원 화합 등을 목적으로 활용하고 있다. 또한, 이러한 관련 영역에 대한 효과성을 측정하기 위한 연구도 동시에 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 그 측정이 포괄적이고 추상적으로 이루어지면서 심층적인 효과를 측정하기에는 무리가 있어왔다. 본 연구에서는 기업에서 진행하고 있는 주요 문화, 예술 교육 프로그램에 대해 고찰하고, 이와 연관된 메세나 활동의 효과 측정에 대해 분석했다. 이를 바탕으로 교육 효과 측정을 위한 기준으로서 대표성을 갖고 있는 요인을 추출하고자 시도했다. 이는 관련 교육 프로그램을 실질적으로 도입하기 위해 준비 중인 기업들에 있어 시사점을 갖고 있으며, 추후 연구에 있어서 이러한 기준과 효과 측정 방법에 대한 설정, 그리고 이에 대한 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 계량적인 지표를 추가하는 것이 필요할 것이다.

완충용액과 분석시료의 확산으로 발생하는 측정 오차를 최소화하기 위하여 공기주입 장치와 공기제거 장치를 설치한 표면 플라즈 몬 공명 타원계측기(surface plasmon resonance ellipsometer: SPRE)를 새로이 제안하고 이를 제작하였다. SPRE에서 완충용액과 분석시료간의 상호 확산은 분석시료의 농도를 변화시켜 굴절률 측정에 영향을 주고, 이 결과 생체분자 물질의 접합 특성이 명확하게 나타나지 않는다. 이러한 SPRE의 측정 장치에 공기를 주입하는 장치를 추가로 설치하여 두 용액의 확산을 막고, 특히 불필요한 공기가 채널 내부로 유입되어 생기는 잡음신호를 없애기 위하여 공기제거 장치를 사용함으로써 신뢰성 있는 SPRE의 측정 결과를 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다.
