정부 기업지원 사업이 기업성장에 미치는 영향: 흡수역량 및 기업지원 만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Government Corporate Support Projects on Corporate Growth: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Absorption Capacity and Enterprise Support Satisfaction)

  • 정부는 기업지원을 통하여 기업의 성장을 지원하며, 기업지원 사업의 컨트롤 타워로 중소벤처기업부를 설립하는 등 정책 효율성을 높이는 정책을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 정부의 기업지원 사업의 효율성에 대한 의견은 분분하며, 본 연구에서는 정부 기업 지원 사업이 기업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지와 내부적 요인인 흡수역량 및 만족도가 기업성장에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 한다. 정부의 기업지원 사업 수혜기업을 대상으로 설문을 통하여 연구를 진행하였으며, 선행연구들이 정부의 기업지원사업 중 재무적 지원을 중심으로 연구했던 것에 반해 정부 지원 사업을 재무적 지원과 비재무적 지원으로 구분하여 정부 기업지원의 효과를 분석하였으며, 흡수역량 및 기업지원 만족도를 구분하여 분석하였다. 이를 통해 정부의 기업지원 사업에 흡수역량 및 기업지원 만족도의 매개효과에 따라 기업의 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과에 미치는 효과를 실증분석하였다. 그 결과 정부의 재무적 지원과 비재무적 지원 모두 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 흡수역량 및 기업지원 만족도 모두 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과 모두를 매개하는 것으로 확인하였으며, 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 기업의 흡수역량을 향상하기 위해서는 조직문화 및 장기적 시점에서 조직 구성원들이 지식을 공유하고 발전할 수 있도록 사업을 구성을 구성하고 운영하고, 기업지원 만족도의 경우 공급자와 수요자 네트워크 구축을 통하여 기업이 직면한 문제를 정의하고 해결방안을 제안하거나 추가적 지원을 통하여 기업의 성장을 지원하는 시스템을 만들고 운영하며 공급자와 수요자 피드백을 통한 운영효율 개선 및 효율성 극대화 전략을 추진하여 기업지원 사업의 효율성을 개선하는 데 의미가 있을 것으로 기대된다.

자기결정성과 자기주도학습에 의한 기업 이러닝이 학습 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Learning Satisfaction in Corporate E-learning based on Self-Directed Learning and Self-Determination)

  • Companies want organizational members who take e-learning courses to enjoy the advantages of transcending time and space that e-learning has, but also want what they have learned to help the organization, the work they perform, or their future careers. In addition, while enjoying the effect of reducing education costs compared to offline education through e-learning, it is expected that executives and employees will apply the knowledge and skills learned to the field and perform tasks to achieve results. As COVID-19 continues, many education programs that have been conducted offline at corporate sites have been converted to e-learning, with a larger number of e-learning operations than in the past. This study was conducted based on the perception that learners' learning satisfaction is important for the successful operation of e-learning education, and that learners' own self-directed learning ability and self-determination are important as well as corporate efforts. As a result of the study, hypotheses 1-1, 1-2, 1-3-1, and 1-3-2 that the better the self-determination (autonomy, competence, full-time support, and peer support) is, the higher the learning satisfaction will be. Both Hypothesis 2-1 and Hypothesis 2-2 were adopted that the better self-directed learning (subjectivity, execution ability) is, the higher the learning satisfaction will increase. In conclusion, it is necessary to properly introduce the concepts of self-determination and self-directed learning in corporate education while operating with the corporate education system.

기업자원봉사자의 자원봉사반응에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Responses after Volunteering Activities among Corporate Volunteers)

  • 본 연구는 기업자원봉사자가 봉사활동을 수행한 다음에 보이는 차등적인 반응에 주목하여 어떤 요인이 차등적인 반응에 기여하는가를 밝히려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 자원봉사에 대한 긍정적 반응은 만족도와 기여도로, 부정적 반응은 소진으로 개념화하였다. 자원봉사에 대한 반응을 예측하는 요인으로 가족의 지지, 회사의 자원봉사 지원제도, 그리고 자원봉사현장에서의 다양한 인간관계의 영향력을 검증하였다. 250명의 기업자원봉사자를 표본으로 선정했으며 설문조사로 수집한 자료를 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 가족의 지지는 자원봉사에 대한 반응에 영향이 거의 없는 것으로 나타났지만 회사의 자원봉사지원 제도는 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 봉사현장에서의 봉사대상자와의 관계와 기관의 자원봉사 담당자와의 관계는 자원봉사만족도와 인지된 기여에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 부정적 반응인 소진에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않았다. 연구결과의 함축성으로 기업의 경우 기업자원봉사자를 적극적으로 동기화시키는 봉사지원제도를 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 비영리조직의 자원봉사관리자의 경우 자원봉사현장에서 발생하는 다양한 인간관계의 영향과 중요성을 인식한다면 기업자원봉사자의 만족도와 인지된 기여도를 높일 수 있을 것이다.

의료기관 내 사내기업가정신 확산 요인에 대한 탐색 : 사내 혁신·창업 공모전 참가자의 관점에서 (Exploring Factors of Corporate Entrepreneurship within Medical Institutions : Focusing on the Perspective of Participants in the In-house Innovation & Start-up Contest)

  • Purpose: This study explores the diffusion factors of corporate entrepreneurship among members of medical institutions. Methodology/Approach: The study explores the case of Granum Sinapis Center at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital, the first medical institution to establish a support organization for "innovation and start-up" as well as examines the changes in individual perceptions of participants in the institution's in-house contest. Among the 140 participants in the 2nd Contest held in 2022, seven participants were selected for interview in consideration of their job occupation and years of service. In-depth interviews were conducted for each individual. Findings: The participants applied for the contest under the direct and indirect influence of co-workers as well as compensatory factors. An individual's corporate entrepreneurial characteristics can be innate or acquired. The participants of the in-house contest had a positive experience in contrast to the existing organizational culture. The results reveal that emotional support from top and middle managers, along with the role of dedicated departments, can affect innovative behavior. Practical Implications: Contest participants reported personal growth, improved job satisfaction, and a change in perception of the organizational culture; they expressed their willingness to recommend. The results confirm the need to support such systems and shift focus to managerial (emotional) support and dedicated resources for developing individual entrepreneurship.

창업가정신이 창업만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 기업 멘토링의 조절효과에 관한 연구: 부산·경남지역의 창업기업을 대상으로 (An Empirical Study on Moderating Effects of Corporate Mentoring between Entrepreneurship and Start-Up Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 국내 창업자의 창업가정신이 창업만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 기업 멘토링 기능의 조절효과 중심으로 실증 분석하였다. 이를 위해 이론적 연구를 통해 국내 창업자의 창업가정신이 창업만족도와의 직접적인 영향관계와 기업 멘토링을 조절효과로 창업만족도에 미치는 간접적인 영향에 대한 관계를 연구모형으로 설정하였다. 또한 실증분석에서는 부산, 경남지역의 선도대학 창업아이템사업화 수혜기업과 대학 창업동아리, 대학 창업보육센터 입주기업, 일반 창업자 대상으로 설문지를 메일 또는 직접 방문으로 배포하여 250부 자료 수집을 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰성, 타당성 분석을 하고 다중회귀 분석 및 위계적 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 창업가정신에서 혁신성과 자율성만이 창업만족도에 직접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 간접적인 효과로는 창업가정신에서 자율성만이 창업만족도에 직접적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 때 기업 멘토링이 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 창업자와 조직원이 모두 기업 문화가 경직되지 않는 환경에서 자유롭고 자율적으로 일을 계획하고 수행할 때만이 멘토의 멘토링을 잘 받아 들여서 창업만족도가 높아진다는 것을 의미하는 것으로 향후 창업선도대학의 창업지원단과 같은 창업지원기관에 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공한다.

  • Human resource development(HRD) is one of the important success factors in competitive business circumstance. So many companies are developing HRD system for role based competent person rearing to catch up with fast changing situations. And they are building professional and specific HRD systems, With these trends, this study analyze which are affecting user satisfaction in role based corporate HRD systems. Recognized profit, HRD support situation, and user experiences affect to user satisfaction significantly. And HRD support situation is the biggest affecting factor to user satisfaction.

The Impact of Value Inclination of SME Members on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Focusing on the Role of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Organizational Support

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to find out a range of cues that trigger employees to willingly make efforts for corporate development in small and medium enterprises. This was determined by assessing the effects of employees' value inclination on their job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior as well as how they perceived their organizational support. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 126 valid questionnaire sheets collected from SME employees were analyzed with SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 involving simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical moderated regression analysis and 3-step mediated regression analysis. Results - The analyses highlighted employees' personal value inclination had positive effects on their job satisfaction, which in turn enhanced their organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, individualist and collectivist inclination exerted greater effects on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, respectively. The study also revealed that perceived organizational support moderated the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion - Hence, CEOs in SMEs should avert any dichotomous analysis of their employees' value inclination, respect their personal value inclinations and also apply factors that could raise their job satisfaction. Likewise, it was shown that SME employees need to make personal efforts for organizational development.

기업성과에 대한 정보기술수준 측정요인의 상호작용효과 (An Empirical Study on the Interactive Effects of Information Technologies on Corporate Performances)

  • This paper determines the interactive effects of information technologies(IT) on corporate performances. IT was measured inclusively in terms of technology level, information level, functional level, and management level. Corporate performances were composed of the effectiveness of IT and the financial performance of a corporation. The effectiveness of IT was measured in terms of satisfaction with the support of IT department and with output information, whereas financial performance of corporation was measured in terms of market growth and profitability. Theoretical and empirical analyses lead to the followings. In the theoretical aspect, IT in a corporation needs to be measured broadly. And a study of IT related to corporate performance needs to use either a conversion effectiveness model or an intermediate effect model rather than a direct effect model. In the empirical aspect, the effectiveness of IT within an organization improves with some of the interactive effect of ITs including technology level, information level, functional level, and management level. So do some of the financial performances of a corporation.

스마트공장 구축기업의 조직내 변화수용과 협력이 재무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Smart Factory Companies' Adoption of Changes and Cooperation within Organizations on Financial Performance)

  • This study examines the effects of participation purpose, corporate readiness, and acceptance of changes that may occur in the course of expert guidance on the performance of smart factory. For this study, 129 questionnaires obtained from SMEs participating in the Smart Meister support project were used, and SPSS 18.0 and the AMOS 18.0 program were used for statistical processing for empirical analysis of the hypotheses test. It was found that the company's business participation motivation and readiness status had a significant effect on the acceptance and cooperation of changes that occurred during the consulting process. In addition, the acceptance and cooperation of changes within the company had a significant effect on the satisfaction with the Meister support project and the financial performance. Companies participating in the Meister support project need to clarify their motives for participating in the project and make stable corporate readiness in advance. In addition, based on the CEO's support, it is necessary to have a motivational program and to build an organizational culture that can actively accept innovation.

취업미혼남녀의 결혼지원정책 만족도가 결혼의향에 미치는 영향 - 서울시 및 수도권 결혼적령기 취업 미혼남녀를 중심으로 - (Effect of Satisfaction with the Marriage Support Policy on Marriage Intention among Unmarried Employed Men and Women - Focusing on Unmarried Employed Men and Women of Marriageable Age Residing in the Seoul City and Metropolitan Area -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of satisfaction with the marriage support policy on marriage intention among unmarried employed men and women. The study subjects included 300 unmarried working men and women aged over 30 years residing in the Seoul metropolitan area. First, according to the analysis of the subjects' overall tendency towards satisfaction with the marriage support policy and towards marriage intention, the marriage support policy gained the highest level of support in relation to housing for newlywed couples, which scored 3.29 (sd=.93), followed by improvements in corporate and family culture for the purposes of work-family compatibility at 3.24 (sd=.95), wedding loans at 3.18 (sd=1.01), and the paid leave system for marriage preparation at 3.12 (sd=.88). These variables scored slightly higher than the median 3 points. Conversely, satisfaction with the availability of marriage-related information and the provision of opportunities for dating scored 2.65 (sd=.88) and 2.78 (sd=.80), respectively, both of which were slightly lower than the median of 3. The overall mean score for satisfaction with the marriage support policy was 3.03 (sd=.95), which was slightly higher than the median of 3. In regards to marriage intention, the score was 3.32 (sd=1.15) points out of a perfect score of 5, which was slightly higher than the median. This indicated a slightly higher level in terms of the subjects' intention to marry. Second, a hierarchical regression analysis was performed to identify the effect of satisfaction with the marriage support policy on marriage intention among unmarried employed adults. Sociodemographic variables were entered as control variables in the regression at the first stage, and variables relating to satisfaction in a family-friendly social environment were entered at the second stage. When gender, age, educational level, monthly income, period of employment, working hours, and type of employment were inserted in the first stage of regression as control variables, gender, monthly income, period of employment, and type of employment were found to have a significant effect on marriage intention. Marriage intention was found to be greater in unmarried men with higher monthly incomes and longer periods spent working, and in unmarried working men and women engaged in tenured employment work. When variables relating to satisfaction with the marriage support policy were inserted in the second stage of regression, gender, monthly income, type of employment, and satisfaction with direct marriage support had significant effects on marriage intention. It was found that marriage intention was greater in unmarried men whose monthly income was higher, whose employment type was tenured work, and who showed greater satisfaction with direct marriage support.
