SK group has been a pioneer in overall brand management and, more recently, in CSR-imbedded brand management. SK vision of "improving itself to give greater happiness to all of its customers" and the symbol mark of "Wings of Happiness" are some good examples of integrating distinct brand identities of various member companies. After impressive growth and expansions into diverse business areas, SK group is ranked as the third largest company based on asset amounts according to the Fair Trade Commission of Korea, only after Samsung and Hyundai Motor groups. SK brand management can be analyzed, using the framework of 4 stages - 'infrastructure', 'planning', 'doing', and 'seeing' stages. In order to secure 'infrastructure' of brand management system, SK has invested huge resources to the 'SK BMS' (SK Brand Management System). At the 'planning' stage, the most important task of SK like other Korean business groups is perhaps to adopt a well-organized 'brand identity (BI) system' which may consolidate brand values of individual member companies. In actuality, SK BI consists of Customer Happiness located at the center and 3 other elements of Pride, Professionalism, and Customer-orientation. At the 'doing' stage, the slogan of 'OK! SK' and the logo of 'Wings of Happiness' have been placed at the core of the SK group brand building programs. SK adopts the principle of 'independent yet united', pinpointing that each member company independently works for its business performance but it is, at the same time, encouraged to integrate its capabilities for the SK group brand. In addition, SK has sought 'shared growth' with business partners for happiness for all the members in the society. 'Social Contribution Philosophy' based on SK value of 'creation of greater happiness' is again one of the most important guidelines for CSR (corporate social responsibility) at the doing stage. At the seeing stage, SK regularly evaluates its branding programs. SK has shown some very impressive achievements in brand management: (1) a core identity of 'Customer Happiness' participating member companies may share, (2) harmonious relationships between the group brand management office and brand management divisions of member companies, and (3) consistency-keeping in brand management over time. However, there remain two major challenges: (1) globalization of SK and (2) reinforcing sustainable superiority over not only Korean rivals but also global ones.
The pre-examination closely beforehand relation between the articles on exhibition and visitors, the visitors and exhibition space, the exhibition space and the articles on exhibition, and the acceptance of various requirements are the matters you should consider in the initial stage when planning the establishment of a museum. Especially, the clear guideline for the layout of exhibition to meet the intention of spectators considered based on the seeing behavior in the exhibition hall (i.e. they see the articles on exhibition in order passively under instructions of the museum or select them by themselves positively etc.), and the moving line of appreciation and the exhibition type seems to be not yet prepared sufficiently. This study can be defined as the study of fundamental background for the architectural guideline for the characteristics of visitor's behavior, the selected moving line in the exhibition hall, the layout against the forced moving line and the type of exhibition space. As a part of this study, we carried out the research and the study for how the movement of visitors and the characteristics of seeing behaviors according to the type of the moving line are shown, based on the type of moving line for seeing suggested by David Dean.

Stage art basically builds upon the essence of "seeing," and at the same time, possesses relativity in showing and seeing. Stage lighting uses artificial light to solve the essence of "seeing", which is the foundation of stage art, and coming into the modern age, its role has been enhanced to an important medium for visual expression in stage art, due to the lighting tools that developed at a rapid pace along with the discovery of electricity, as well as the development of optics. Therefore, not only does lighting use a medium known as light in a field of stage art that gives mental and emotional inspiration to the audience, and aesthetically expresses time and space. In other words, stage lighting is a complex function of light engineering (technology and science) and aesthetic sense (feeling and art). This study aims to do research on methods for the visualization of stage space through lighting, mainly focused on dancing. I have studied the basics of stage lighting, its relations with other fields of stage art, and the functions and characteristics of lighting. Results show that lighting could be used to maximize the visualization of dancing and emphasizing the artistic growth of lighting and its ability to aesthetically express and I came to the following conclusions. First, lighting uses the forms and directions of light that various tools are able to produce in order to visualize the space on stage, and can maximally express the image that the work seeks. Second, it is possible to use lighting, through the movement of light, as a visual representation of the configuration of space in dancing works. Third, through the expression of visual and spatial aspects created by light, the work's dramatic catharsis can bring out mental and emotional feelings form the audience. Fourth, lighting can be seen not as a supporting role, but as an original visual design. To conclude, in order for lighting to be freed form the simple function of "lighting up the stage," which a majority of people think is common knowledge, and grow as one area in art, lighting designers must understand the intentions of the choreographer and the work with creativity and artistry they must consider light and color as an aesthetic language in order to heighten the effects of the work and allow it to partake as one element of work creation, so that lighting will be treated as a form of art.
The 21st century are seeing a large number of performing arts, and one of them, opera is evolving, transforming itself as one of total arts. Besides, the costume in performing art which play a major role in opera's visual impact, characterize figures, set the tone for performance and greatly contribute to the perfection of the stage. Under these circumstances, the study developed designs of stage costumes and built a full-scale production of the Magic Flute, one of three greatest Mozart operas. The opera based on a fiction, is still popular today since it is a fantastic fairy tale introducing moral and ethical lessons. The play's background itself is Egypt. But due to its fairy-take-like storyline, it has been performed focusing on various concepts rather than on costumes prepared through background research. As such, this study conducted research on designs of stage costumes that contains the element of Egypt and also take athleticism and comfort into consideration. The results derived from the study were as follows. First, traditional dresses of ancient Egypt were used as a basis while adding some modem touch in terms of forms or colors, which resulted in a new design. Second, a variety of images were captured using textures and colors that fit the characteristics of attributes of the figures. Third painting techniques were used to help highlight the symbolic image of Egypt-simple, not heavy and extravagant-with fairy-tale-like fantasy.

Squid ink was added to the low salt fermented squid by 4% of concentration and ripened at $10^{\circ}C$ for 6 weeks and at $20^{\circ}C$ for 28 days. The effect of the squid ink on the titrable acidity and free amino acids of low salt fermented squid were investigated. The results are as follows; The titrable acidity in the salt fermented squid without addition of the squid ink was continuously decreased except for the salt fermented squid with 9% salt content till the latter stage of the ripening, had larger decreasing range than treatment groups. Seeing the composition of free amino acid, the major amino acids are proline, arginine, glutamic acid. leucine and glycine.
This paper attempts to research on the new language in the directing of Ara Kim. She was cranky on working on the stage to experiment with her own style since the 1980s and so opened a new dawn in modern Korean theatre. She leaded the Korean experimental theatre. The background of this experiment is her idea on theatre. And here, we have to look the subject that she setted for the work in Chuksan: Ritual Past, Ritual Present. To her, the theatre has the function of ritual and fest. The theatre suggests universal tragedy given to human as natural life force and has its own agenda to drive people to healing. For it, Ara Kim explores archetypal forms and languages before the fragmentation of genres of art. Her theatre shows the results of experiments in which such languages are recreated with modernized sensibilities. We here, for example by outdoor performance in Chuksan Human Lear, try to interpret the aesthetic principles that body out her ritual theatre. And what we looked at though, is the base of the 'complex-genre-music-theatre', the methode to 'compose' the stage elements and put it all together. The directing of Ara Kim has, in terms of the composition of the stage elements, much of the indisputable artistic value. Her theatre is, so to speak, theatre of image, and it is theatre of imagination that completed by the audience's imagination. Human Lear which has its own characteristic in image fragments, convert the original Lear into a simple tale. It serves as background of the modern ritual that shows the most basic human instincts. We meet in Human Lear a ritual tale with some list of image for the human instincts. The arrangement of image, the montage of scene shows the performance as a kind of artistic space. In Human Lear the space is the natural one. It centers around the arena stage. The objects installed in the space changes it into the laboratory for 'seeing' the happening. The spectators see the performance and at the same time see themselves in the nature laboratory. They see, and equally, they are visible objects. They see the performance and us in the space in which the performance takes place. That is what Ara Kim with her modern ritual really aims. That aim is to this days still in effect. It is a major driver of her experiments to extend the boundary of the theatre. The ritualistic site-specific performance in Akor Wat, Cambodia, A Song of Mandala is the latest great product from her experiments. On the other hand, she continues on her way to experiment with pure stage elements. The 'Station' series(Station of Water, The Station of Sand, The Station of Wind) she recently showed are the non-verbal performance with all the stage elements: movement, sound, body, light, colour, objects and so on.
To understand the influences of NaCl concentration and fermentation temperature on the ripening process of low salt fermented squids, squid with 5%, 7% and 9% salt were fermented at 10$\^{C}$ and 20$\^{C}$. The result of the changes of volatile basic nitrogen and free amino acids during the fermentation of squids are as follows. As a result of the observations on the changes of physicochemical components during the fermentation process of the low-salted squids, all the pH, VBN and NH$_2$-N were increased and therefore the fermentation was promoted. Considering the changes of net components according to the fermentation, ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) and ADP (Adenosine diphosphate) lost and could not be detected among the nucleotides and their related compounds. Besides, AMP (Adenosine monophosphate) existed only in the initial stage and inosine, hypoxanthine were the main components of nucleotides and their related compounds. Nonvolatile organic acids are mainly lactic acid, acetic acid and also they occupied more than 80%. Seeing the composition of free amino acid, the major amino acids are proline, arginine, methionine, alanine and glutamic acid.

It is a well-known fact that most of the Korean school buildings has been adjusted by the standard plan according to the united and unified teaching method ever since the modern education started. However, seeing the recent growth of care for the open education, the effort to improve the teaching method in school fileds, the practice of the 6th education plan and the education reformation, it can be said that it is high time to change. As the number of schools which practice the open education has been increasing since in 1985 in this atmosphere, there have also appeared elementary schools with the open school building. But the general understanding of the school building and the open space is not enough. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the general spacial conditions, such as the fresh and diverse types of learning method and their development and the concept of the open space along with its types, application, size, and constition by studying, from the standpoint of the building plan, the elimentary schools of a new type in Japan which adopted the open space 20years earlier than in Korean. This study can offer helpful suggestions as to the Korean school building because our situation is very similar to the early stage where the open space is adopted to the school building.
In an early stage, a study on speleologyand cave environment was very active even though the number of papers was limited. From the mid 1980s to 2000, the academic activities on caves were the most active with a variety of subjects. Since the 1990s, people started to focus on the environmental change in caves and preservation rather than development. Recently, many studies have dealt with humanistic environment, seeing caves as a tourism resource. Therefore, the correlation between the cave and surrounding tourist destinations has been actively studied.
