방진제도시스템 적용에 따른 강철도 무도상 판형교의 거동 분석 (A Behavior Analysis of Railway Steel Plate Girder Bridge in the Applying Resilient Panel Track System)

  • The major objective of this study is to investigate the effects and application of improvement for railway steel plate girder bridge by resilient panel track system. It analyzed the mechanical behaviors of steel plate girder bridge with applying resilient panel track system on the finite element analysis and laboratory test for static & dynamic characteristics. As a result, the improvement of steel plate girder bridge with resilient panel track systems are obviously effective for the static & dynamic response which is non-ballast steel plate girder bridge. The analytical and experimental study are carried out to investigate resilient panel track system decrease vertical acceleration and deflection on steel plate girder bridge for serviceability. And the resilient panel track system reduced dynamic maximum displacements (about 59%) and stresses (about 82%), the increase of dynamic safety is predicted by adopting resilient panel track system. From the dynamic test results of steel plate girder bridge, it is investigated that vertical acceleration and deflection is very low with applying resilient panel track system. The servicing steel plate girder bridge with resilient panel track system has need of the reasonable improvement measures which could be reducing the effect of static and dynamic behavior that degradation phenomenon of structure by an unusual response characteristic and a drop durability.

It analyzed the mechanical behaviors of steel plate girder bridge with applying external post-tensioning on the finite element analysis, field test and laboratory test fur the lateral dynamic characteristics. As a result, the reinforcement of steel plate girder bridge the external post-tensioning method are obviously effective for the lateral dynamic response which is non-reinforced. The analytical and experimental study are carried out to investigate the post-tension force decrease lateral acceleration and deflection on steel plate girder bridge for serviceability. And the external post-tensioning method reduce dynamic maximum displacement(about $10{\sim}24%$), the increase of dynamic safety is predicted by adopting external post-tensioning method. From the dynamic test results of the servicing steel plate girder bridge, it is investigated that the change degree of natural frequency is very low with applying the external post-tensioning method The servicing steel plate girder bridge with external post-tensioning has need of the reasonable reinforcement measures which could be reducing the effect of lateral dynamic behavior that degradation phenomenon of structure by an unusual response characteristic and a drop durability.

  • In strengthening structure, the external post-tensioning method which secure clearness in the structure analysis process is adopted to bridge as well as architecture structure. Therefore, the major objective of this study is to investigate the effects and application of external post-tensioning method for steel plate girder bridge. It analyzed the mechanical behaviors of steel plate girder bridge with applying external post-tensioning on the finite element analysis and laboratory test for the dynamic characteristics. As a result, the reinforcement of steel plate girder bridge the external post-tensioning method are obviously effective for the response which is non-reinforced. The analytical and experimental study are carried out to investigate the post-tension force decrease stress and deflection on steel plate girder bridge for serviceability. It is investigated that the change degree of natural frequency is very low with applying the external post-tensioning method. The servicing steel plate girder bridge with external post-tensioning is the reasonable reinforcement measures which could be secured the stability of dynamic behavior and increase a dropped durability.

단면회전방법을 적용한 강합성 소수주거더 개발 및 실험적 성능 평가 (Development and Experimental Performance Evaluation of Steel Composite Girder by Turn Over Process)

  • 현재 국내에서 설계되고 있는 40~70 m 지간의 강도로교 90% 이상이 박스거더교 형식이며 박스거더교는 휨 강성과 비틀림 강성이 뛰어나 장경간이나 곡선을 갖는 교량 형식으로 적합할 뿐만 아니라 가설현장에서의 작업을 최소화 할 수 있어 현장 안전관리 면에서도 유리한 구조형식이다. 그러나 박스거더는 상하 플랜지와 복부판이 수직, 수평보강재로 보강되는 구조로 부재량과 용접량이 많이 소요되어 비경제적인 교량 형식으로 많이 지적되어 왔다. 따라서, 미국이나 일본에서는 상대적으로 부부재를 줄일 수 있는 보다 경제적인 플레이트거더교가 일반적으로 적용되고 있다. 이러한 플레이트거더교의 한 형식인 소수주거더교는 강합성교량의 합리화를 위해 많이 채용되는 형식으로, 주거더 간격을 종래의 3 m 정도에서 2배 정도인 6 m 이상으로 증가하여 주거더의 개수를 최소화시키는 경제적인 교량형식이다. 또한, 거더 단면의 단순화를 위하여 거더의 복부판에 부착되는 수평보강재와 수직보강재를 최대한 생략할 수 있다. 2주거더교는 소수주거더교의 대표적인 형식으로, 유효폭 10 m 전후의 교량에 적합하여 프랑스를 중심으로 유럽에서는 1960년대부터 본격적으로 개발되어왔다. 국내에서는 소수주거더교 적용시 안전율 확보를 위해 유럽이나 일본 등에 비해 많은 강재량을 사용하고 있으며, 설계자들의 친밀도 부족과 박스거더교에 비해 복잡한 설계 등과 같은 여러가지 실무적용 차원에서 적용이 제한되고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 합리화 강교량 형식인 소수주거더교의 제작방법을 개선하고 구속콘크리트를 활용하여 강교량에서 공사비와 직결되는 강중을 줄일 수 있는 신형식 강합성거더(Turn Over Composite Girder) 구조형식을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 실물 크기인 20 m 단면회전방법을 적용한 강합성 거더시험체 및 교량시험체를 제작하여 제작성을 평가하고 구조성능 실험을 하여 구조안전성을 평가하였다.

파형 복부판을 갖는 플레이트 거더의 좌굴거동 (Buckling Behaviors of Plate Girder with Corrugated Steel Web)

  • 강 판형교는 높은 세장비 때문에 좌굴이 설계의 주요 변수이다. 본 연구의 목적은 I 형 플레이트 거더와 파형 복부판을 갖는 플레이트 거더의 좌굴거동을 분석하고, 파형 복부판을 갖는 플레이트 거더의 이점을 조사하는 것이다. 파형 복부판 깊이의 변화, 복부판의 두께 변화 그리고 하중조건의 변화에 따라 다양한 파라미터 연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 결과로서 파형 복부판을 갖는 플레이트 거더의 좌굴강도가 I 형 플레이트 거더에 비해서 좌굴강도에 있어서 46%~417% 더 효과적이며, 파형 복부판을 갖는 플레이트 거더의 적절한 파형각도는 ${\theta}=15^{\circ}{\sim}22^{\circ}$로 나타났다.

  • Unlike concrete bridge, steel bridge resists external force by forming thin plate. Thus, because steel girder bridge has big slenderness ratio, buckling is a major design factor. Plate girder consists of flange and web plate. Because of economic views, web plate that resists shear forces is made by more thinner plate. Thus, web plate has much risk for buckling. The objective of this study is to analyze the buckling behaviors of plate girder and to present the proper reinforcement location of longitudinal stiffeners. Various parametric study according to the change of web height, transverse stiffeners and load condition are examined.

  • 22mm까지의 두께를 갖는 HR Plate의 사용량을 증대시키기 위해서는 HR Plate가 강교량의 주부재를 포함한 모든 부재에 적용되는 것이 요망되어진다. 본 연구에서는 HR Plate의 적용가능 폭을 갖는 경량전철 협폭 박스거더의 가능성을 검토하였다. 빔요소와 플레이트 요소를 적용한 15개 경량전철 교량 모델들에 대해 풀모델링과 서부모델링을 적용하여 전산 구조해석을 수행하였다. 해석결과 HR Plates의 협폭박스거더는 경량전철에 적용될 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • This paper presents the results of the load test performed on a steel plate girder bridge and suggests the procedure of bridge rating through the load test. In general the girder bridge resist the loads as a complex three-dimensional structural system. Therefore the test results are analyzed for the longitudinal and the transverse response characteristics. The bending moments based on the beam analysis are compared with the measured values for longitudinal response characteristics. The lateral load distribution characteristics are assessed based on the load test results for transverse response characteristics. Also the rating of the test bridge is performed by using the suggested rating procedure which considers the actual response characteristics of the bridge. The suggested procedure can be used for understanding of actual response characteristics and evaluating load carrying capacity of the steel plate girder bridge.

  • Despite the number of steel bridges being under in service more than 50 years reaches about 50$\%$ in present, the quantitative estimation in maintenance on steel railway bridges is not possible because a ton of the field data in the bridges have not been plentifully accumulated. Therefore, a series of field tests on the steel plate girder bridge, the typical types of steel railway bridges, are executed, and the stress characteristics of main members in steel plate girder railway bridges are quantitatively estimated in this study.
