The concrete bridge deck is quitely required to be replaced or strengthened due to decreasing load carrying capacity. In this study, to increase load capacity of the reinforced concrete slab, bridge deck is reinforced with the glass fiber sheets. they are examined on the strengthen effect and the static behavior, This paper considers relation of load-displacement and strain-distance. The static behavior of the slab strengthened is represented to maximum load. Owing to that, they are examined on increasing load carrying capacity of reinforced bridge deck and strengthen effect about on the crack.

Localization of extension services in 1997 has weakened the linkage and cooperation between the central and district extension agencies(Provincial Agricultural Research & Extension Services and City & County Technology Centers). Since agriculture needs a national or regional dimension approach in many senses, it is important for agricultural prosperity to maintain and even further strengthen the practice of cooperation between different levels of governments and extension agencies.The objective of this study was to suggest policy measures to strengthen the linkage and cooperation between agricultural extension agencies. Existing works were reviewed to see a general picture of problems associated with he localization of extension services. In order to gain insight into policy measures, questionnaire surveys to extension staffs in districts(8 of 9 Provincial Agricultural Research & Extension Services and 160 of City & County Technology Centers) were conducted. Survey respondents were mainly asked about policy measures which would contribute to strengthen the linkage and cooperation between extension service agencies.Three policy measures derived from the study are: to expand the professional and technological education at the central level; to establish the central－local partnership; and to strengthen the linkage and cooperation between city & county agricultural technology centers.

This study aims to analyze the agreement of service innovation using contingency approach (manager personality, organizational structure) moderated by leadership agility. The study has been carried out on Islamic banking companies' managers in Indonesia, from East Java and Yogyakarta region using purposive sampling technique with questionnaire and interviews as the method of data collection. The total number of respondents in the sample is 184. This sample is then analyzed using Euclidience Distance Simple Regression and Simple Regression Moderation method. The results prove that: (1) there is a partial fit between incremental strategy with reactive personality and mechanical organizational structure, which increases the service performance; (2) there is a partial fit between radical strategy with proactive personality and organic organizational structure, which increases the service performance; (3) leadership agility is able to strengthen the fit of the relationship between incremental innovation strategy and reactive personality toward service performance; (4) leadership agility is able to strengthen the fit the relationship between radical innovation strategy and proactive personality toward service performance; (5) leadership agility is able to strengthen the fit of the relationship between incremental innovation strategy and mechanical organizational structure toward service performance; and (6) leadership agility is able to strengthen the fit of the relationship between radical innovation strategy and organic organizational structure toward service performance.

This study suggests ways to strengthen the expertise by analyzing the problems caused by the lack of expertise of the qualification management body managing the Korean qualifications in the realm of firefighting from the perspective of external signal dependency of capture theory. As a method to prevent the dependency of external signals in capture theory, it is suggested to strengthen the expertise of regulators and strengthening roles and functions of regulator institutions by supplementing education and professional manpower. On this basis, analyzing the problems of qualifications management to the external signal dependency tendency, the researchers in qualification management at the Human Resources Development Service of Korea have a variety of different majors, so understanding and application can be limited if they are working in an unfamiliar area of work. Therefore, in making decisions regarding topics such as policies and roles, suitable alternatives should be found based on external signals. In order to improve this, it is necessary to select firefighting majors in the Korean qualification management of the firefighting realm, to reorganize the job scope to a similar job field of the researcher in charge. It is also necessary to strengthen the expertise of the researcher through various programs, such as mandatory periodic maintenance education in order to understand the work of the researcher.

This study was done to research "Ke Sou Lun" of ${\ll}$Yi Guan${\gg}$ of Zhao Xian Ke. The results obtained as follows. 1) He suggested the treatment of chronic cough to strengthen 'Pitu' and 'Shenshui'. 2) He treated chronic cough patient without 'Qingjin' and 'Qinghuo' therapy that use cold herb. 3) We can strengthen 'Yang', after strengthen 'Zhenyin' in case of the chronic cough that contained 'Huo'.

The proposed techniques to strengthen concrete members such as steel plates, polymers or concrete have important deficiencies in adherence and durability. The use of UHPFC plates can overtake effectively these problems. In this paper, the possibility of using UHPFC to strengthen RC beams under torsion is investigated. Four specimens of concrete beams reinforced with longitudinal bars only were tested under pure torsion. One of the beams was considered as the baseline specimen, while the others were strengthened by ultra-high-performance fiber concrete (UHPFC) on two, three, and four sides. Finite element analysis was conducted in tandem with experimental work. Results showed that UHPFC enhances the strength, ductility, and toughness of concrete beams under torsional load, and that finite element analysis is in good agreement with the experimental data.

We study the health tools for silver longevity on the theory of the material basis & vital and mental activities. The results are as follows. The navel herb-moxibustion tool strengthen material basis in the low elixir-field. The method is the fumigation of navel by the aroma of herb. The detailed micro-wave tool strengthen Ki(vital energy) in the middle elixir-field by the multi-method of the recognition-stimulation, micro-vibration, micro-current. The mystical pillow being composed of thirty two herbs strengthen mental activity in the upper elixir-field. The three methods are the synthetic, practical, familiar health tools for silver longevity.

The low foamed high strengthen styrofoam samples made by dielectric heating are discussed. We used the oscillator which have the frequency of 13.6MHz and the Power of 7kW. 3 times expanded beads by steaming method were used in our foam-molding test. Internal fusion properties and density of internal structure were improved by dielectric foaming process. At the temperature of 105-110$^{\circ}C$, the internal fusion property was maximally improved.
