국내 영재교육이 단기간에 많은 성과를 거두고 안정권에 이르렀다는 평가를 받고 있다. 한편 영재교육 분야 중의 하나인 예술계 영재교육의 현황은 어떠한가? 그 중에서도 특히 음악영재교육은 어떠한가? 국내 영재교육의 성과에 대한 총체적인 이해는 다양한 분야 영재교육의 실제적 현황 탐색을 통해 달성될 수 있다. 그런 의미에서 본 연구는 국내 음악영재교육의 전주기적 현황을 탐색하고 음악영재교육의 효율적 운영을 위해 중요한 사항들을 중심으로 향후 개선되어야 할 과제들을 도출시키는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 그간 많은 연구들이 양적 통계 자료 또는 설문지형의 조사 자료를 중심으로 이루어져왔다. 한편 본 연구는 음악영재교육 관련 다양한 실무자들로부터 현장의 소리를 수집해 총체적으로 분석 고찰함으로써 그간 표면적으로 다루어졌던 문제점들에 대해 심층적인 이해를 도모하였다. 음악영재교육 관련 실제 상황과 입장에 대한 다면적 이해의 노력을 통해 정책과 실제, 의도와 결과 간의 괴리를 줄여 향후 보다 효과적인 음악영재교육 방향을 수립하고 교사, 행정가 양성 및 교육과정 개발을 위해 실제에 기반 한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

As the direction of education in the fourth industry in the 21st century, convergence talent education that emphasizes the connection and convergence between core competency-based education and academia is emerging to foster creative talent. The purpose of this paper is to present the criteria for evaluating the competency of learning outcomes in order to develop a strategic model for innovation in engineering teaching-learning. In this paper, as a study to establish the direction of implementation of convergence talent education, a creative innovation teaching method support system was established to improve the quality of convergence talent education. Firstly, a plan to develop a teaching-learning model based on computing thinking. Secondly, it presented the development of a teaching-learning model based on linkage and convergence learning. Thirdly, we would like to present educational appropriateness and ease based on convergence learning in connection with curriculum improvement strategies based on computing thinking skills. Finally, we would like to present a strategic model development plan for innovation in engineering teaching-learning that applies the convergence talent education program.

The purpose of this study is to show the way of teaching the scietific talent in Japan. This study was conducted only by the printed matters. The results of the investigation are as follows: 1. Japan at present has neither systems nor laws for offical scientific talent education. 2. Japanese's scientific knowledge and way of rational thinking had been widespread among the general public by elementary education from one hundred ten years or so ago. 3. In addition, the instrument subjects such as foreign language and mathematics were well educated in the elementary and secondary school level and the preparatory courses of college. 4. Especially, the third and the first preparatory courses of a college(Daisan Koukou and Daiitchi Koukou) and Kyoto University have contributed greatly to the cultivation of liberal spirit in education, which turned out to be one of the essential elements for scientific talent education.

The purpose of this study is to present as an alternative to a new policy of the regional level about actively adopting of the Sharing Culture and to suggest policy direction of Talent Sharing activities as an intermediary Sharing activities. To achieve this, We derive a significant outcomes as compared mutual to the center of a volunteer manager and volunteer groups for talent sharing activities in Busan Area. As a result, several suggestion are presented as follow : First, we needed to build for systematic control of talent sharing activities around existing volunteer management institution. Second, Supply and Demand control system is needed to build for talent sharing activities at the local government dimension. Third, To reflect the trend of the people watching the activity with some degree of talent, expertise as a talent sharing activity, Talent sharing volunteers are needed for specialized capability verification. Finally, Sharing activities are needed to settle major policy for the systematic management of talent sharing activity and to expanded budget support of local government at the local government dimension.

In order to solve the complicated problems faced by the spread of diversified information devices and changes in the user environment in recent years, the importance of training creative talent as well as the need for interdisciplinary convergent approach have emerged. As a future technology development project, convergence education with the design sector for training creative talent in the IT field is also urgent. In this study, we recognized the importance and problems of the convergent approach between IT and design sector by examining the convergence theory and cases with a focus on effective creativity development and sought a new direction for convergence education in the future by investigating the awareness on the convergent approach of college students and analyzing the results. This will be able to have significance as a basic study for discovering creative and innovative convergent talent in the IT and design sector in the future and strengthening basic competence.

본 연구에서는 포스트코로나 시대를 주도할 교육과 인재양성을 위해 미래 사회를 대비할 수 있는 교육 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 빅데이터 분석을 통해 포스트코로나 인재상을 알아본 후 도출된 포스트코로나 인재상을 바탕으로 전문가 집단의 인터뷰와 델파이 조사를 통해 포스트코로나 시대 도래에 따른 이슈를 도출하고 이를 토대로 '포스트코로나시대 융합인재양성을 위한 정책방향'을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 빅 데이터 분석과 온라인 인터뷰 분석을 통해 융합, ICT 활용 능력, 창의성, 자기주도학습 능력, 리더십을 COVID 19 이후 시대에 인재역량으로 보았다. 둘째, 디지털 교육 시스템의 혁신, 취약계층에 대한 지원, 학급당 학생 수 감소가 새로운 인재육성을 위한 교육 이슈로 보았으며 셋째, COVID 19 이후 시대의 인재 육성에 대한 교육 방향 중 가장 중요한 정책은 융합 인재 양성이었다. 융합은 서로 분리된 것들을 연결함으로써 새로운 가치를 창조하기 때문에 매우 중요한 이슈라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 포스트코로나 시대를 대비한 인재양성 및 이를 위한 교육, 훈련에 필요한 기반을 마련하고 기초자료를 제시하는데 의의가 있다.

We are considering the discovery and the promotion of the talent from the viewpoint of education of talented children. The education that develops the talent is from "Individual needs for all children." Computer Algebra System (CAS) can be used as a new possibility in the education that develops the talent. We will need to take advantage of the research results from cognitive science. In order to fully utilize CASs in education, teaching methods that are based on cognitive science will be needed, and these are clearly different from those used in paper and pencil teaching.

본 연구는 현재 시행되고 있는 영재교육에서 상대적으로 적은 관심을 받고 있는 언어 영재 교육의 필요성과 방향을 탐색하기 위한 시도로써 이루어졌다. 과학 문명의 발전을 위해 과학 영재교육이 필요하다면, 인류 문화의 발전을 위해서는 여러 분야의 영재교육이 골고루 이루어져야 한다. 특히 언어가 주가 되는 여러 분야의 전문가들에 의해 우리의 문화, 예술의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 효과적인 언어 영재 교육이 이루어지기 위한 준비로서 현재 우리나라 언어 영재교육의 현황을 분석하고, 언어 영재교육의 필요성과 방향을 탐색하여, 언어 영재교육의 내실화를 기할 수 있는 기초를 제공하였다. 언어 영재교육이 올바르게 이루어지기 위해서는 무엇보다도 언어 영재들에 대한 잘못된 인식을 변화시켜 언어 영재 교육의 필요성을 깨닫도록 해야 하며, 언어 영재에 관한 기초 연구를 실시하여 언어 영재성 및 특성을 이해할 수 있어야하며, 언어 영재와 기타 다른 영역의 영재들을 위할 프로그램을 개발하여야한다.

지금 학교에서는 소품종 다량 생산이라는 시대의 변화에 발맞추어 학생 개개인의 재능을 진단하고 육성하기 위한 다양한 시도가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현장에서는 학생 개별 재능을 파악하는데 도움을 주는 시스템이 개발되어 활용되고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 학생 개별 재능 진단 육성에 도움을 주고자 혼합형 종합재능기록시스템을 설계 및 구현하여 효과를 검증해 보았다. 교사와 학부모는 관찰, 검사지, 수상기록 분석, 방과후 활동 분석 등의 방법으로 학생 개별 재능을 파악하였고 학생은 다중지능검사를 통하여 자신의 재능을 파악하였다. 본 시스템을 개발하여 적용한 결과, 교사는 개별 아동의 재능을 발견할 수 있는 기회가 되었으며, 학부모 또한 학생 개별 재능을 파악하는데 도움을 주었으며 이를 활용한 다양한 교육활동으로 다중지능이 육성되었다.

본 연구는 노인체육진흥을 위해 체육인재양성의 새로운 방향을 제시하며, 다양한 체육 및 관련분야의 체육인재 양성의 현주소를 파악하고 빠른 시대변화에 대응하는 실무적이며, 실용적인 체육인재 중 노인 체육인재 양성의 활성화 방안을 구체적으로 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 수행하기 위하여 문헌연구방법을 진행하였으며, 주요 연구 내용으로는 노인체육진흥을 위해 노인체육 및 체육인재 양성의 현주소 분석, 그리고 노인체육과 체육인재양성의 문제점 및 발전과제의 분석을 통해 체육인재 중 노인 체육인재 양성의 활성화 방안을 종합적으로 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 체육조직문화 환경 속에서의 융·복합적인 사고방식으로의 전환과 함께 융·복합적인 노인체육인재 양성을 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발 등 교육경쟁력을 강화한다. 이는 정부, 대학, 민간 기관 등과의 연계를 통해 노인체육인재의 전문성 강화와 실용적인 디지털멀티인재로서의 기능과 역할 수행을 의미한다. 둘째, 노인체육 및 관련학과 단위의 노인체육인재 양성을 위한 진로교육인프라 구축을 확대한다. 진로교육측면은 모든 분야에서 이슈가 되는 것으로 이는 재학생 및 졸업생에 대한 전방위의 DB구축을 의미한다. 셋째, 노인체육 전반에 연구 개발 지원을 확대한다. 이는 노인체육정책을 관장하고 있는 문화체육관광부와 보건복지부 그리고 민간 전문가 등과의 협치를 통해 사업을 효율적으로 추진하는 것을 의미한다. 넷째, 범정부차원의 체육인재육성 전략을 종합적, 체계적, 중장기적으로 수립해야 한다. 이는 체육분야뿐만 아니라 교육, 보건, 복지분야 등에서의 체육인재의 양성 및 발굴, 진로 및 취업, 재교육(역량 강화교육), 일자리 고용안정을 의미한다. 다섯째, 국무총리실 산하에 가칭)노인건강청 신설 운영을 제시한다. 이는 부서 간 협력 및 적극적인 파트너십을 통해 이중적 업무에 따른 예산낭비 등 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 하여 교육 확대 및 질적 제고를 강화해야 할 것이다.
