  • This paper is concerned with formulations of the hierarchical $C^{o}$-plate element on the basis of Reissner-Mindlin plate theory. On reason for the development of the aforementioned element is that it is still difficult to construct elements based on h-version concepts which are accurate and stable against the shear locking effects. An adaptive mesh refinement and selective p-distribution of the polynomial degree using hp-version of the finite element method we proposed to verify the superior convergence and algorithmic efficiency with the help of the clamped L-shaped plate problems.s.

  • Objectives : The Major Essentials of Huangdi's Internal Classics Plain Questions (黃帝內經素問大要, MEHP) is one of the late-Chosun's literate physician Lee Gyoojoon (李圭晙, 1885-1923)'s main work, which is known to have logically proofread the Huangdi's Internal Classics Plain Questions (黃帝內經素問, HP). This study aims to examine two elements of the text: (1) the types of MEHP currently in circulation; (2) the types of publications of HP to be the MEHP's original script. Methods : In this study, basically bibliographical analyses of the form and contents was utilized about the types of MEHP and HP. However, to compare the sentences and phrases between prints, I've used 20 examples that Qian Chaochen (钱超尘) had proposed in his preceding studies. Also, regarding Lee Wonse (李元世)'s proofreading on the MEHP in 1999, I've used interviews of his students. Results : First, I've discovered that there are three versions MEHP in circulation: the woodblock printed version; Lee Wonse's handwritten version; Lee Wonse's proofreading version; and confirmed that Lee's proofreading version should be regarded as good version of MEHP. Also, I've discovered the possibility of other types of printed versions of the MEHP in existence, which is considered Lee's handwritten version's original draft. Second, I've confirmed that the original script of HP, which Lee Gyoojoon utilized for MEHP, is indeed not Gu Congde (顧從德) printed version HP, however, is the Chosun's bureau for military drill (訓練都監) printed version HP. Conclusion : Through this study, I've provided strong evidence that Lee Gyoojoon's MEHP is a unique and original research completed within the traditional realm of Korean medicine, which possesses the universality of Eastern Asian medicine represented by Huangdi's Internal Classics (黃帝內經).

  • 본 논문에서는 Reissner-Mindlin 평판이론에 근거한 계층적 $C^{\circ}$-평판요소가 제안되었다. 적분형 르장드르 형상함수에 근거한 계층요소를 제안하는 이유는 종래의 h-version 유한요소법의 개념 을 사용하여 전단구속 효과등에 대한 해의 정확도 및 수치안정성을 확보할 수 있는 요소를 만드는데 여전히 어려움이 수반되기 때문이다. 적응적 체눈 p-세분화와 선택적 형상함수 차수 p의 분포를 사용하는 hp-version 유한요소법을 사용하여 내부주변은 자유단의 개구부를 갖고, 외부주변이 단순지지된 L-형 평판해석을 수행하였는데 종래의 h-version 유한요소법에 비해 우월한 수렴성과 전단구속을 피할 수 있는 등의 알고리즘 효율성을 보여 주고 있다.

ERROR ANALYSIS OF THE hp-VERSION UNDER NUMERICAL INTEGRATIONS FOR NON-CONSTANT COEFFICIENTS

  • In this paper we consider the hp-version to solve non-constant coefficients elliptic equations on a bounded, convex polygonal domain ${\Omega}$ in $R^2$. A family $G_p=\{I_m\}$ of numerical quadrature rules satisfying certain properties can be used for calculating the integrals. When the numerical quadrature rules $I_m{\in}G_p$ are used for computing the integrals in the stiffness matrix of the variational form we will give its variational form and derive an error estimate of ${\parallel}u-{\widetilde{u}}^h_p{\parallel}_{1,{\Omega}$.

  • we consider the hp-version to solve non-constant coefficients elliptic equations $-div(a{\nabla}u)=f$ with Dirichlet boundary conditions on a bounded polygonal domain $\Omega$ in $R^2$. In [6], M. Suri obtained an optimal error-estimate for the hp-version: ${\parallel}u-u^h_p{\parallel}_{1,\Omega}{\leq}Cp^{(\sigma-1)}h^{min(p,\sigma-1)}{\parallel}u{\parallel}_{\sigma,\Omega}$. This optimal result follows under the assumption that all integrations are performed exactly. In practice, the integrals are seldom computed exactly. The numerical quadrature rule scheme is needed to compute the integrals in the variational formulation of the discrete problem. In this paper we consider a family $G_p=\{I_m\}$ of numerical quadrature rules satisfying certain properties, which can be used for calculating the integrals. Under the numerical quadrature rules we will give the variational form of our non-constant coefficients elliptic problem and derive an error estimate of ${\parallel}u-\tilde{u}^h_p{\parallel}_{1,\Omega}$.

한국판 의료인용 제퍼슨 공감측정도구의 간호사 대상 타당화 연구 (A Validation Study of the Korean Version of the Jefferson Empathy Scale for Health Professionals for Korean Nurses)

  • Purpose: To validate the Korean Version of the Jefferson Empathy Scale for Health professionals (K-JSE-HP) in a sample of Korean nurses. Methods: Internal consistency reliability, construct and criterion validity were calculated using SPSS (22.0) and AMOS (22.0). Data were collected from 253 nurses (230 women, 23 men) working at one university hospital in Seoul, South Korea. Results: The Korean version of JSE-HP showed reliable internal consistency with Cronbach's alpha for the total scale of .89, and .74~.84 for subscales. The model of three subscales for the K-JSE-HP was validated by confirmatory factor analysis (${\chi}^2=864.60$, Q=6.55, p<.001, CFI=.94, NNFI=.92). Criterion validity compared to the Interpersonal Reaction Index (IRI) showed significant correlation. Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrate that the Korean JSE-HP shows satisfactory construct and criterion validity and reliability. It is a useful tool to measure Korean nurses' empathy.

특이성을 갖는 비정형 평판의 p-version 유한요소해석 (P-version Finite Element Analysis of the Irregular Shaped Plates with Singularities)

  • p-version 유한요소법을 사용한 바닥 슬래브의 탄성해석은 어떤 종류의 요형모서리, 개구 그리고 손상단면을 갖는 점에서 응력특이성을 수반하게 된다. Reissner-Mindlin의 평판이론에 근거한 C.deg.- 평판 계층요소를 사용한 결과가 이론치 및 참고문헌에 발표된 수치해석값과 비교되었다. h-, p-와 hp-version의 수렴속도는 전체적 차원에서의 자유도 증가에 따른 에너지 노름값을 사용하여 예측할 수 있다. 만약에 자유도의 항으로 나타내지는 정확도를 여러 해석방법을 비교하는 기준으로 삼으면 본 연구에서 새로 제안되는 p-version 유한요소해석법의 근사해는 종래의 h-version에 근거하여 현재 까지 발표된 어떤 것 보다 훨씬 효율적 접근방법이라 하겠다. 해석예로는 150.deg. 둔각을 갖는 마름모꼴평판과 손상단면을 갖는 정방형평판이 사용되었다.

  • INEL에서 가압 경수로에서 일어날 수 있는 가상 사고 해석을 위해 개발된 Relap5/Mod3.2를 PC Version으로 변환 설치하였다. CPU Time 비교 및 검증 계산을 수행했으며 중요 변수 비교를 통해 변환의 적절함을 확인했다. Accumulator 주입에 의한 Numerical Oscillation이 일어나는 부분에서 서로 다른 시간 간격 제어를 함으로써 HP Version 결과와 차이가 있는 것을 제외하고 대체적으로 유사한 결과를 보임을 알 수 있었다. 경제적 측면과 Microprocessor의 발전 속도 측면에서 볼 때 PC Version 사용이 매우 유리한 선택이 될 수 있을 것이다.

다양한 혈압상태에서 직접혈압을 기준으로 HP 자동혈압기와 국산자동혈압기의 정확도 비교 (Accuracy Comparison of Blood Pressure among the Direct Measurement Method and Two Automatic Indirect Measurement Methods in the Patients with Various Blood Pressure)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify differences in measurement methods for blood pressure (Direct measurement, HP automatic indirect measurement, and SE 7000 Korean made indirect measurement), and to evaluate the clinical trial of the Korean made automatic indirect blood pressure measurement. Material & Methods: From June, 1999 to February, 2000, fifty five consecutive patients were randomized into hypertension group (n=20), normotension group (n=20), and hypotension group (n= 15). Measuring blood pressure by indirect methods (HP NIBP M 1008B and SE 7000 NIBP Korean made) was done simultaneously in the same arm with arterial line for direct blood pressure measurement (HP M1006A). The procedures were repeated ten times at intervals of 2 minutes. Statistical analysis was Performed using SPSS (version 8.0 for windows) software package. Values were expressed as means and standard deviation and means were compared using t-test. Statistical significance was considered present with a p value less than 0.05. Results: In the hypertension group and noromotension group, the disparity between HP direct measurement and indirect SE 7000 NIBP did not show any differences compared to the disparity between HP direct measurement and indirect HP NIBP. In the hypotension group, the disparity in the diastolic pressure between HP direct measurement and indirect SE 7000 NIBP was significantly different compared to the disparity between HP direct measurement and indirect HP NIBP (p<0.001), however, disparities in systolic pressure did not showed any differences. Conclusion: Direct blood pressure measurement (HP M1006A) can be replaced with indirect blood pressure measurements (HP NIBP M 1008B & SE 7000 NIBP) in normotension and hypertension patients. Korean made indirect measurement was found to be more accurate compared to HP indirect measurement in hypotension Patients, but more study is needed.
