열간금속 압출굽힘기를 이용한 금속곡관의 압출굽힘가공에 관한 연구 (A Study on Extru-Bending Process Extrusion Bending Machine)

  • The bending process for the rectangular and circular curled tube can be developed by the hot metal extrusion machine with the multiple punches moving in the different velocity. The bending phenomenon has been known to be occurred by the different of velocity at the die exit. The difference of velocity at the die exit section can be obtained by the different velocity of billets through the multi-hole container and by the cohesion of billet Inside the porthole die chamber. The bending phenomenon can be controlled by the two variables, the one of them is the difference of velocity at the die edit section by the different velocity of billets through the multi-hole container The other is the difference by the different hole diameter The results of the experiment show that the rectangular curved tube can be formed by the extrusion process, that the curvature of the curved product can be controlled by the velocity of punch and the diameter of container hole, that the defects such as the distortion of section and the thickness change of the wall of tube and the folding and wrinkling of thin tube did not happen after the extra-bending processing by the extrusion bending machine.

  • The studies on OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode) materials and structures have been researched in other to improve luminescence efficiency of OLED. Electrons and holes are injected into the devices, transported across the layer and recombine to form excitons, their profiles are sensitive to mobility velocity of electrons and holes. A suggested means of improving the efficiency of LEDs would be to balance the injection of electrons and holes into light emission layer of the device. In this paper, we demonstrate the difference of velocity between hole and electron by experiments, and compare with a data of simulation and experiment changing hole carrier transport layer thickness, so we get the optimal we improve luminescence efficiency. We improve understanding of the various luminescence efficiency through experiments and numerical analysis of luminescence efficiency in the hole carrier transport layer's thicknes.

고강도 강연선용 앵커헤드의 형상변화에 따른 비선형 거동특성 분석 (Nonlinear Analysis of Anchor Head for High Strength Steel Strand)

  • 이 연구에서는 프리스트레싱용 고강도 강연선의 정착장치 중 강연선을 직접 정착하는 앵커헤드(anchor head)에 대해 거동특성을 분석하고, 앵커헤드의 제원을 결정하는 단계에 있어서 해석적 검토에 요구되는 프로세스에 대해 정립하였다. 앵커헤드는 쐐기와의 접촉(contact)을 통해 강연선으로부터의 힘이 전달되고 거동변화에 따라 접촉상태 또한 변하게 된다. 이를 고려한 상세 거동분석을 위해 쐐기와 헤드 사이의 접촉(contact)조건을 설정하였으며, 앵커헤드의 비선형 재료모델을 적용하여 기하 및 재료 비선형성을 고려한 구조해석을 수행하였다. 해석결과로부터 다음의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 앵커헤드의 거동은 앵커헤드와 쐐기 간의 상호거동에 크게 영향을 받기 때문에 초기 설계단계부터 상대 영향을 고려해야 한다. 쐐기홀(wedge hole)의 배치는 층배열(layered) 보다는 원형배열(circular)이 보다 응력분배에 효과적이고, 쐐기홀의 간격을 증가시키고 헤드 하면 구멍의 크기를 줄여 구멍사이 강재의 두께를 다소 늘이는 것이 구조거동에 효과적이다.

  • This paper presents light transmission efficiency by optical adhesive thickness between MLA and aperture layer and by aperture hole size. The gap between MLA and Aperture layer is adjusted by the shim. The more optical adhesive thickness increases, the better light transmission efficiency increases up to a point. After that, the light transmission efficiency decreases because stray lights cannot transmit through the aperture layer owing to cut-off by aperture layer. And as a result of light transmission efficiency with changing aperture hole size, the light transmission efficiency is proportional to area of aperture hole. The more specified process is made, the better data and sample will be got.

  • There has recently been a great deal of interest in amorphous selenium for application of digital x-ray image sensor. The initial number of the electron-hole induced by interaction a-Se with x-ray photons and the collection efficiency to surface of generated charges are important parameters for x-ray sensitivity of the a-Se. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed that thickness of a-Se film and electric field is affected on the initial number of electron-hole and the collection efficiency. The experimental value of x-ray induced charge about the various thickness and the electric field is compared with estimated absorbed energy through MCNP 4C code to analyze the mechanism x-ray induced signal of a-Se. The experimental results showed that the electric field depends on initial escape coefficient and the thickness depends on collection coefficient than escape efficient.

  • The bending phenomenon has been known to be occurred by the different of velocity at the die exit. The difference of velocity at the die exit section can be obtained by the different velocity of billets through the multi-hole container and by the cohesion of billet inside the porthole die chamber. The bending phenomenon can be controlled by the different hole diameter. The experiments using aluminium material for the curved tube product had been done. The results of the experiment show that the curved tube product can be formed by the extru-bending process without the defects such as the distortion of section and the thickness change of the wall of tube and the folding and wrinkling. It is known that the welding and extruding of each billet has done simultaneously although the curved tube is extruded with four billets.

엘리베이터 로프장력 자동조절기 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of an Elevator Rope Tension Automatic Equalizer)

  • In this paper, we describe a rope tension automatic equalizer that automatically adjusts several rope tensions connecting the elevator car and the counterweight. The automatic rope tension equalizer is composed of a body, ram, and rope shaft. The body includes a cylinder hole, in which a ram is assembled. A rope shaft is assembled in a hole in the ram. Moreover, the rope is fixed to the rope shaft, with a hole through which fluid can pass between each cylinder hole and the hole of the body. The central concept is that the force of each rope is evenly distributed by the hydraulic pressure between the ram and the body cylinder when the rope is pulled. The thickness of the jaw connecting the small and large diameters of the body of the rope tension automatic equalizer was 15 mm based on structural analysis. The results of the representative experiment to install the produced rope tension equalizer on the elevator revealed it was possible to reduce the rope tension deviation by more than 71 kg.

  • The bending phenomenon has been known to be occurred by the difference of velocity at the die exit. The difference of velocity at the die exit section can be obtained by the different velocity of billets through the multi-hole container. The difference of velocity at the die exit can be controlled by the two variables, the one of them is the different velocity of extrusion punch through the multi-hole container, the other is the difference of hole diameter of muliti-hole container. In this paper the difference of hole diameter is applied. So it can bend during extruding products because of the different amount of two billets when billets would be bonded in the porthole dies cavity. And the bending curvature can be controlled by the size of holes. The experiments with aluminum material for the curved tube product had been done for circular or rectangular curved tube section. The results of the experiments show that the curved tube product can be formed by the extru-bending process without the defects such as distortion of section and thickness change of wall of tube and folding and wrinkling. The curvature of product can be controlled by shape of cross section and the difference of billet diameters. And it is known that the bonding and extruding and bending process can be done simultaneously in the die cavity by the experiments that rectangular hollow curved tubes could be extruded by porthole dies with four different size billets made of aluminum material. And it shows that bending phenomenon can happen during extruding with for different billets from the analysis by DEFORM-3D.

  • In general, stress measurement of existent shotcrete lining be used by pressure cells. but, measuring instrument is lost by high pressure at shotcrete lining construction and pressure cell's measurement value have to low believability by natural conditions like curing temperature. In this study, proposed techniques to measure without utilizing sensitive stress sensor in natural condition at point that want stress of shotcrete lining after shotcrete lining construction. Executed numerical analysis to forecast stress level that interact in tunnel shotcrete lining, measured strain of hole by load action through hole in shotcrete lining. 3D FEM(finite element method) is enforced through various parameters curing time of shotcrete lining, thickness, load condition. Different model cases applied by parametic study. As analysis result, it could grasp development possibility of method that propose this time because it could examine corelation with strain by near hole of shotcrete lining and stress about load condition.
