가상자산에 대한 연구는 가상자산의 도입을 위한 정책마련 또는 법률제정이나 가상자산 운영기술에 대해 주로관심을 가졌으나, 이 연구는 가장자산 투자자들이 투자의사결정 시 중요하게 고민하고 있는 투자요인을 제시하여 가상자산 투자자들에 실질적으로 도움이 되는 연구결과를 도출해 내었다. 연구결과에 따르면 (1) 가상자산 투자자들은가상자산의 시장성과 경쟁우위와 같은 비즈니스 모델을 가장 중요한 요인으로 생각하고, (2) 가상자산 투자 시 객관적으로 판단 할 수 있는 요인에 대한 관심이 높다는 점을 확인하였다. 이 연구결과는 가상자산 투자자들이 가상자산에 대해 객관적인 판단이 가능한 다양한 판단요인 발굴과 객관성 있는 투자정보 제공이 가능한 가상자산 거래시장환경이 마련되어야 하고, 핵심기술을 활용한 가상자산 비즈니스가 지속적으로 성장할 수 있도록 해주는 다양한 정책지원이 필요하다는 점을 시사한다.

비트코인이 등장한 이후, 다양한 가상자산이 가상자산 거래소의 가상자산 서비스를 통해 활발하게 거래되고 있다. 최근 가상자산거래소에 대한 보안사고가 자주 발생하고 있어 정부는 가상자산 거래소의 정보보호 강화를 위해 Information Security Management System (ISMS) 인증획득을 의무화하고 있으며, 이를 위한 56개 특화항목을 추가로 제정하였다. 본 논문에서는 ISMS와 암호화폐를 이용하는 모든 정보시스템에 대한 요구사항을 담고있는 CryptoCurrency Security Standard (CCSS)의 도메인 중요도를 비교하고 상호매핑을 한 후 그 결과를 분석하여 각 인증제도의 특성을 통찰하였으며, 도출된 개선항목의 중요도 평가를 통해 개선항목에 대한 우선순위를 High, Medium, Low 등 3단계로 분류하여 High Level 4가지 항목에 대한 개선사항들을 도출하였다. 이러한 결과는 가상자산 및 정보시스템 보안에 대한 우선순위를 제공하고 인증항목 개선에 대한 방법 및 체계적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 가상자산서비스에 대한 신뢰성 및 안전성을 제고하여 가상자산 거래 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

본 연구의 목적은 가상자산 산업의 발달을 지원할 수 있는 환경 제공을 위한 것으로 현재 가상자산 산업이 보유하고 있는 한계요인과 대응방안을 법 및 제도적 측면, 기술적 측면, 시장적 측면으로 고찰하였다. 현재 시행되고 있는 법 기준으로 가상자산 사업자로 분류된 소규모 기업들은 정부가 요구하는 사업을 운영 하기 이한 요건을 충족하기 어렵다. 이로 인해 자금과 인력이 준비되지 않은 중소기업은 시장에서 물러나고 자본력 있는 대규모 기업만이 살아남는 환경이 조성되어 가상자산기술 산업분야에서 바람직한 기술과 시장의 발달이 기대되기 어렵다. 또한, 중소규모 기업이 시장에서 퇴출 됨으로써 현재 사용자들의 피해가 등장할 수 있다. 따라서 법 및 제도적 측면은 가상자산사업자의 정확한 범위 부재가 존재하여 가상자산사업자의 사업운영 요건에 대한 논쟁적 요소에 대한 대응이 필요하다. 기술적 측면에서 P2P방식 활용에 따른 속도 저하, 에러복구의 어려움, 운용 전문인력의 부재에 대응하기 위해 기술 표준화 및 안정화가 요구되고 이를 지원할 수 있는 운용 전문기술인력의 양성을 위한 노력을 해야 한다. 시장적 측면에서 이용자 보호 취약, AML 방식 적용 미비, 세제 적용 한계에 대해 가상자산 이용자 보호 방안 마련과 가상자산 운영기업에 대응방안 수립이 필요하다. 본 연구는 가상자산 산업분야에 적극적 활용 지원 뿐만 아니라 이와 관련된 정책을 수립하는 것에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 유니티 엔진을 활용하여 도로교통 시뮬레이터 에셋을 제안한다. 제안하는 에셋은 유니티 좌표계 내에서 오브젝트를 이용하여 가상의 도로를 설계함으로서 도로교통 시뮬레이터의 진입장벽과 단순 작업비용을 낮추고, 가상의 도로에서 다양한 속성을 가진 차량과 신호등을 생성하고 시뮬레이션 함으로서 차량과 교통신호, 도로설계 등이 교통에 미치는 영향을 시각화하여 관찰 할 수 있다. 제안한 에셋을 이용하여 도로를 보다 용이하게 설계하여 도로교통 시뮬레이션을 할 수 있으며, 간단한 시나리오를 제작하여, 도로정체의 원인을 설명 할 수 있다. 사용자가 도로설계 시의 작업량을 더 줄일 수 있도록 도로생성 부분에서 보다 다양한 기능 지원과 시뮬레이터의 타당성 검토를 위한 추가적인 시나리오 테스트 등이 향후 과제이다.

New realities of social relations are changing the understanding of certain phenomena, including the emergence of new concepts among the objects of property rights, such as: virtual assets, and the circulation of virtual assets. The rapid development of the virtual assets market involves the legislative consolidation of the status of such assets, changes in taxation, their circulation, and so on. These circumstances increase the interest in the study of virtual assets as the latest object of property rights and necessitate the study of this topic. The work aims to explore the theoretical developments and regulations on virtual assets in the modern world, as well as to summarize the conclusions about virtual assets as the latest object of property rights. The object of research is the content of the concept of "virtual asset" and its legal status. The methodology of work is represented by a set of methods and techniques that were used to achieve this goal, namely: hermeneutic, historical, extrapolation, comparative law, generalization, analysis, synthesis, and deduction. The study analyzed different approaches to understanding virtual assets, analyzed the characteristics of virtual assets, and concluded that in today's conditions there is no single unified legal regulation of virtual assets, although many countries are moving towards consolidating the status of virtual assets.

가상자산 시장의 가파른 성장과 함께, 가상자산 상장 및 거래 절차에 대한 정부 차원의 규제가 가해질 전망이나, 구체적인 규제 방안은 부재한 상황이다. 향후 안정적인 제도권 편입을 위해서는 시장 생태계 조성과 투자자 보호를 위한 더욱 구체적인 규제 방안이 필요하다. 따라서 본고에서는 국내 5대 가상자산거래소의 자체 가이드라인과 한국거래소의 예비상장심사기준(2022)을 비교하였다. 본고에서는 IEO, IPO, ICO의 개념을 정의하고 IEO의 이해상충 문제를 명시하였다. 이후, 규제 방안을 제시하기 위해 실제 상장 폐지된 가상자산의 사례를 분석하고 문제점을 유형별로 분류하였다. 또한 유가증권 시장 상장 심사 가이드라인을 형식적 심사 요건과 질적 심사 요건으로 분류하고, 질적 심사 요건은 기업의 계속성, 경영 투명성, 경영의 안정성, 주식회사 속성 및 투자자 보호 총 네 가지 기준으로 분류하였다. 또한, 사례 분석을 통해 얻은 구조적인 문제를 보완할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 이 방안은 지배 구조 정기 공시, 유통량 정기 공시, 독립 감사 기관 신설 총 세 가지다. 본고는 기존 연구에서 한발 더 나아가 실제 상장 폐지 사례를 분석하고 그 문제점을 유형별로 분류하여 개선안을 제시하였다는 점, 유가증권 시장과 가상자산 시장의 유사성을 감안하여 제도권의 프레임워크를 차용하여 보완책을 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 사용자의 신체 맞춤형 3D 가상모델에 VR을 이용한 패션 코디네이션이 가능하도록 설계한 시스템을 제안한다. 특별히 사용자의 신체 각 부위의 정보에 따라 3D모델을 조정할 수 있으며 의상데이터는 3D asset Database에서 최적의 조건으로 선별되어 VR 환경에서 코디네이션이 가능하도록 설계되었다. 따라서 사용자에게 가장 적합한 의상 정보를 현실감 있게 제공하여 만족도를 높일 것으로 기대한다. 본 시스템은 온오프라인에서 모두 활용 가능하며 가상 패션쇼, 가상 디자인, 패션 교육 등에 연계 가능하다.

Luna Coin, which ranked eighth in the global market capitalization and established itself as a super-large stablecoin, plunged overnight, shocking the market. Therefore, this study proposed the direction of Korea's stablecoin regulation, focusing on the Terra-Luna situation, starting with the question of whether the stable coin's value, 'stability', can be trusted. The whole story of the Terra-Luna incident was examined in depth and the problems were pointed out, and the direction of domestic stable coin regulation was described based on overseas cases. In the absence of any legal guidelines for stablecoin at the moment, we hope that this study will provide a minimum stabilizer in the virtual asset market and help protect investors.

Although the two types of currencies compete, the possibility of a virtual currency price bubble is diagnosed by assuming an economic model with currencies (won, virtual currency) that are intrinsically worthless. The won is supplied by the central bank to achieve the price stability target, while the supply of virtual currency increases by a fixed number. According to the basic price theory equation, as a simple proposition, cryptocurrency prices form a Martin Gale process [Schilling and Uhlig, 2019, p.20]. Based on the existing theoretical proposition, we applied the variance ratio verification method [Linton and Smetanina, 2016] and a simple technical chart method for empirical analysis. For the purpose of this study, the possibility of a bubble was empirically analyzed by analyzing the price volatility formed in the Korean virtual currency market over the past year, and brief policy implications for this were presented.

The purpose of this study is the effects of Social Characteristics and Personal Characteristics on Virtual Asset Purchase Intention. TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) model is validated as a theoretical background. possessiveness, and innovation tendency, herding, subjective norm, attitude, and Purchase intention were composed of variables. The method of the study collected 474 data of those experienced in NFT through a survey and conducted as a structural equation modeling method using AMOS. The result of this paper shows that 4 hypotheses are accepted statistically significant except 1 hypotheses among 5 hypotheses. Therefore, this study demonstrated the factors that influence the purchase intention of non-fungible tokens. This study concluded that possessiveness, herding, subjective norm, attitude had a statistically significant effect on Purchase intention. NFT research is just getting started, and there are not many empirical studies targeting investors, interested people, and companies. In this respect, this study will be able to provide useful information for NFT research.
