대학생의 사회봉사동기, 태도 및 자존감에 관한 연구 (The Relationships among Motivation, Attitude and Self-esteem of Voluntary Service)

  • The purpose of this study is to test the motivation, attitude of voluntary service and self-esteem of college students. Therefore it can give the fundamental data of the institutionalization plan and to find the activative methods of voluntary system. This study is based on the questionaire, that was consisted of motivation, attitude of voluntary service and self-esteem. For this study, 223 college students were answered. The data was collected from 10th to 30th September 2002. The results of this study are as follows : 1. $\cdot$The mean score on the motivations scale of voluntary service was $3.221{\pm}0.42$. $\cdot$The mean score on the attitudes scale of voluntary service was $3.28{\pm}0.49$. $\cdot$The mean score on the self-esteem was $2.56{\pm}0.46$. 2. There were significant differences between voluntary service was self motivated(F= 11.12, p= 0.000), the students who will participate very active in voluntary service aftergraduation(F= 11.12, p= 0.000), and the motivations of voluntary service. 3. There were significant differences between the students who will participate very active in voluntary service after graduation (F= 8.23, p= 0.000) and the attitudes of voluntary service. 4. There were significant differences between voluntary service was self motivated (F=4.69, p= 0.004), the students who will participate very active in voluntary service after graduation(F=2.49, p=0.045), the parents who have the experience of voluntary service(F= 5.03, p= 0.026), the students who have the experience of voluntary service before college entrance. 5. There was positively significant correlation between the motivations of voluntary service and the attitudes (r= .693, P=0.01), the attitudes and self-esteem (r= .326, p=0.01), and the motivations of voluntary service and self-esteem (r= .305, p=0.01).

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm Customer Voluntary Performance as a new strategy that contributes to Service Quality and maintains customer Relationship, and to understand how Service Quality and Relationship Benefits on Customer Voluntary Performance. To pursue the above purposes, the experimental model showing the working process was designed like this: Service quality - Relationship Benefits - Customer Satisfaction - Relationship Quality - Customer Voluntary Performance. To accomplish the experimental study, questionnaire method was chosen and targeted women living seoul. 721 questionnaires were used in last analysis. SPSS 8.0 was used in analysis of data. The results show that (1)Customer satisfaction was affected by Service Quality and Relationship Benefits affirmatively; (2)Relationship Quality was affected by Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Relationship Benefit; (3)Customer Voluntary Performance was affected by Relationship Quality and Customer Satisfaction; (4)Service Quality and Relationship Benefits influenced on Customer Voluntary Performance. This study has a important meaning that it provides marketing strategy on satisfied relationship maintenance and customer satisfaction creation.

보육시설 내 여성노인 자원봉사활동 도입을 위한 탐색적 연구 -보육시설 종사자를 대상으로- (A Study on the Elderly Women's Voluntary Activities for Child Nursing Facilities -Centering around workers of child nursing facilities-)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a program that allows older women to provide voluntary services for child nursing facilities, making those women have more social participation, effectively their spare time and ultimately improve the quality of their life. Results of the study can be described as follows. First, social requests about the use of older women as volunteers for child nursing services were analyzed to show that most people working at child nursing facilities perceived lack in the number of child nursing teachers. Those people recognized the need of using older women as service volunteers for the facilities. They were very positive about such use. Second, it is recommendable that volunteers of child nursing service should be not too much older women, or below 65. Voluntary activities that those women participate include taking care of younger children, reading interesting stories for children, helping works of child homes, teaching manners and living attitudes, instructing dietary etiquettes and cooking. Voluntary service activities should be made 1 to 3 times a week, 1 to 2 hours a time, considering psychological and physical states of older people. Third, such older volunteers should be educated about 6 areas, 'the operation and management of child homes, 'practices', 'child health and safety', 'the quality of child nursing', 'child development and counseling' and 'voluntary service training'. Out of these six areas, 'child health and safety' and 'voluntary service training' are more required to be instructed. such training needs to focus on activities in which older women can actually engage as volunteers. Fourth, it is advisable that the recruitment and management of such volunteers are led by the city and that the development of training programs for voluntary service activities and education of the volunteers are referred to universities.

가족자원봉사활동이 가족건강성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of a Familial Voluntary Service upon Family Healthy)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the familial voluntary service of the Healthy Family Center and then verify the effectiveness of its application in order to improve family healthy through a familial voluntary service. Study subjects were both volunteers who belonged to family volunteer corps of 12 Healthy Family Centers. Collected data was analyzed SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The results were as followed. First, a 54.1% of subjects is taking part in a familial voluntary service, while a 45.9% of them is not. Their positive intention of future participation is a 77.4%. The period of participation is from 6 months to two years. The frequency of participation is once or twice a month, and the length of activities per participation is for 3 hours. They have taken part in the service with a variety of public relations, and their motive of participation is by and large selfish. Second, as for the influence of participation in a familial voluntary service upon family healthy, the family healthy of participant group is higher in all the four sub-variables of family healthy than that of other groups. The group of which frequency of participation is once a week is better in family communication than the group of which frequency of participation is once or twice per month. The group of which motive of participation is altruistic is higher in sharing a value system among families than the group of which motive of participation is selfish.

  • This research evaluated the present condition of the family voluntary service group and healthy family campaign, which was being carried out as one of the healthy family culture businesses of the Healthy Family-Support Center. Furthermore, it suggests ways to improve these business activities. Research centered on the analysis of business documents created between December 2006 and November 2007. The results were as follows. First, the family voluntary service group and the healthy family campaign business in the Center must be able to have specificity or individuality. Second, the Center must manage the scale, frequency, and contents of the businesses systematically. Third, the businesses must concern themselves with family life in general, make better use of the advisory committee or steering committee, concern variety of business performing system.

  • In-flight service, depending on the perceptions of service satisfaction because ever turns into a variable, which enables service providers the flexibility of a variable in the end flight service to suit your needs to providing comprehensive and proactive services of the crew will be motivated. In addition, the service provider's motivation to work in a confined space on board the flight service characteristics in-flight service will be a major impact on the environment. This service-oriented environment, in-flight service and motivation in order to verify the impact on services in Cape factors as independent variables and the dependent variable service-oriented multi-regression analysis was performed. As a result, the motivation of the crew and the crew of the service-oriented, with a voluntary service crew services dependent variable parameters that affect the behavior of the acts. Services and service-oriented motivation Cape factors significantly influence both the irradiated while the impact on voluntary service and results verification service aesthetics, cleanliness, and physical service environment, only the voluntary services of the crew a positive effect on that the effects were investigated.

  • 본 연구는 호텔 서비스 품질과 고객의 자발적 행위가 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 서울 및 인천지역에 위치한 4개의 특급호텔을 대상으로 124개의 표본을 SPSS 15.0과 AMOS 7.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 확인요인분석과 경로분석(Path Analysis)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 서비스 품질의 공감성 요인이 고객의 자발적 행위의 세 가지 요인 모두에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객의 자발적 행위의 협조는 고객의 행동의도 두 가지 요인 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 충성도와 참여는 종속변수 중 재방문요인에만 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 호텔 서비스에 있어 종사원들이 고객에 대한 개별화된 관심이 매우 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있으며, 이는 호텔과 고객 간의 더욱 중요한 역할로 작용하여 고객의 행동의도에 영향을 미친다는 실증적인 연구결과를 도출하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 정보화사회에서 등한시되는 지역봉사에 관한 문제를 다루려 하였다. 지역 봉사활동에 천국이라 할 수 있는 미국을 예로 들어보면 1995년도 통계에서 50%이상이 자원봉사경험을 가지고 있다는 것은 우리에게 시사하는 바가 크다. 그러나 우리나라는 자원봉사의 경험이나 관심이 아주 저조한 형편이라는 것을 밝혀둔다. 이러한 상황의 관하여 문제적 접근과 해결의 방안은 여러 가지가 있겠지만 본 연구에서는 어떤 방법으로 효과를 올릴 수 있을까 생각해보았다. 정보화 사회가 발전하면서 각 학교나 단체들의 봉사활동이 계속적으로 요구되어오고 학교에서는 성적으로까지 접근되므로 폭넓은 접근방법이 요구되고있다. 본 연구는 지역사회의 개발적 입장에서 자원봉사의 관리와 활동을 정보 데이터를 통하여 운영되는 것을 목적으로 했다. 즉, (1) 지방자치단체의 지역 정보망을 통한 자원봉사자 자원 (2)관리 운영자원봉사자들의 봉사활동의 수요자와 공급자를 관리하며 (3)자원봉사의 팀별 운영 방안 (4)본 연구를 위한 기초적인 분야에 관심을 높이게되었다. 정보화 사회에서자원봉사 활동의 관리와 협력적 상호연락 등의 세부적 관리와 데이터를 운영하도록 하여야한다. 역시 자원봉사자들의 계속적인 교육이 필요하며 정보화 사회에서의 자원봉사자들의 관리를 위하여 컴퓨터교육도 병행되어야한다.

  • A study was carried out from October 1977 to September 1978 in order to develope health care delively system which will meet to rural area in Korea. For the study objective a model of health care delivery system of Myun (township) area was developed which is adopted the net-work of village health voluntary worker who will play the role of bridge for communication related with health and illness between families or village people and health subcenter, and :he model health care delivery system net-work was set in the area of Soodong Myun, Yangju Gun. which is the rural health demonstration area of Ewha Womans University since 1972. The activities and attitude of 22 village health voluntary workers were observed and analized. during the study period. The results are as follows; 1. For the field activities of village health voluntary workers. a guide line which is described with specific behavioral objectives was developed and used for not only training of the workers but also evaluation of their field activities. 2. During the study period, the number of 971 village people were served primary health care service by village health voluntary worker and the service was classified largely into symptomatic medications (92%) and preventive measures (8%). 3. Comparative percentage of the number of 894 symptomatic cases cared by village health voluntary workers to 5,695 cases of patient treated by Soodong Health Subcenter during the same period was 15.7%. 4. Annual utility rate of village health voluntary worker by Myun total people was 16.1% but utility rate by Rie was varied from 38.2% to 2.8% which shown there were considerable differences in each Rie. In order to settle the village health care service, the obstructive factors of utility should be detected and their counter measure must be taken. 5. As the health need of village people increases, it is expected that the supplement of drug excluding present sit basic drugs is inevitable, but considering the ability of village health voluntary worker, the selection of additional drugs and education, plan should be carefully studied. 6. It is desirable that a financial resource for supplementary purchase of first aid kit, drugs and materials whould be alloted from village public fund like Saemaeul Women's Club fund, which has already practiced in a few villages in the study area. 7. As pointed out by village health voluntary workers, in order to improve the village health, village leaders should be in the center of it and the cooperation of whole village people is a core of healthful village development, and it is reasonable that the health subcenter backs up these voluntary health activities by village people in techniques. 8. It seems effective that a supplementary education for village health voluntary worker be accomplished by a planned education through regular meetings like worker's monthly meeting and irregular post guide when Myun Health Workers can handle the problems found during the round trip of villages. 9. It is desirable that village health voluntary workers, who are recommended by a civil voluntary organization like Saemael Woman's Club, are charged by natural villagc unit, are given a function of village health care service and used through basic education at health subcenter. 10. It is advisable that the village health voluntary worker's service is compensated not by a form of money, but by other way such as an exemption of medical fee of worker herself or her families in health subcenter can be one method. 11. Daily health activities of each village health voluntary worker should be reported to health subcenter by biweekly or monthly in order to get not only for basic data of the program but also for evaluation the program. It is recomandable that the report form should be simple and clear enough for village health voluntary worker to fill it effectively. 12. Village health care service should be developed into a Saemaeul Movement in which village people actively participate. For this, the appointed function of village health voluntary worker should be absorbed into those of living Environment Betterment Section or Family Planning Section of Saemaeul Women's Club or it is desirable that establish a new section, Village Health Promoting Section and make it involve the appointed functions of those sections mentioned above.

SNS 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determinants of Customer Loyalty on SNS)

  • Customer loyalty in on-line context could be determined not only by voluntary factors but also by involuntary factors. Even though customer doesn't satisfy with certain technology and service, customer loyalty could be fostered by involuntary factors such as network effect, bonds, and switching cost. The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of customer loyalty on SNS in terms of voluntary and in voluntary factors. Based on prior studies on satisfaction and customer loyalty, usability and familiarity were identified as voluntary factors and network effect, bonds, and switching cost were identified as involuntary factors. Through the empirical study of 199 survey of SNS users, voluntary factors are found to be significantly related to the satisfaction and customer loyalty. Among involuntary factors, bonds are not found to be significantly related to customer loyalty.
