연결강도분석을 이용한 통합된 부도예측용 신경망모형

  • This study suggests the Link weight analysis approach to choose input variables and an integrated model to make more accurate bankruptcy prediction model. the Link weight analysis approach is a method to choose input variables to analyze each input node's link weight which is the absolute value of link weight between an input nodes and a hidden layer. There are the weak-linked neurons elimination method, the strong-linked neurons selection method in the link weight analysis approach. The Integrated Model is a combined type adapting Bagging method that uses the average value of the four models, the optimal weak-linked-neurons elimination method, optimal strong-linked neurons selection method, decision-making tree model, and MDA. As a result, the methods suggested in this study - the optimal strong-linked neurons selection method, the optimal weak-linked neurons elimination method, and the integrated model - show much higher accuracy than MDA and decision making tree model. Especially the integrated model shows much higher accuracy than MDA and decision making tree model and shows slightly higher accuracy than the optimal weak-linked neurons elimination method and the optimal strong-linked neurons selection method.

Selection of Input Nodes in Artificial Neural Network for Bankruptcy Prediction by Link Weight Analysis Approach (연결강도분석접근법에 의한 부도예측용 인공신경망 모형의 입력노드 선정에 관한 연구)

  • Link weight analysis approach is suggested as a heuristic for selection of input nodes in artificial neural network for bankruptcy prediction. That is to analyze each input node\\\\`s link weight-absolute value of link weight between an input node and a hidden node in a well-trained neural network model. Prediction accuracy of three methods in this approach, -weak-linked-neurons elimination method, strong-linked-neurons selection method and integrated link weight model-is compared with that of decision tree and multivariate discrimination analysis. In result, the methods suggested in this study show higher accuracy than decision tree and multivariate discrimination analysis. Especially an integrated model has much higher accuracy than any individual models.

  • The 37 indicators for performance evaluation of public sewage management agencies are divided into four major categories (agency manpower management ability, wastewater treatment plant operation and management, sludge and water reuse, service quality) in the first stage, and the necessity and score acquisition for the detailed indicators by each major category in the second stages. Priority was investigated through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis technique for ease and relevance of company efforts. Also, based on the results of this analysis, integrated type weighting and relative importance were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the weight and relative importance of the first stage classification were in the order of wastewater treatment plant operation and maintenance, operation agency manpower management ability, sludge and water reuse, and service quality. As a result of analyzing the weights and priorities of the detailed performance indicators in the second stage, it was found that operator's career years, the percentage of certification holding rate in operators, compliance with the effluent water quality standards, training times for operators, and efforts to manage hazardous chemicals were important. Some of the indicators of operation agency performance evaluation may include indicators in which the performance of the company's efforts is underestimated or overestimated. In order to improve this, it is necessary to give weights in consideration of the necessity of the indicator, the relevance of the company's efforts, and the ease of obtaining scores.

  • The rapid change of business environments request the company to act more smart and intelligent in making business strategies and planning the business processes. To meet this requirement, we need to have smart Business Intelligent System(hereinafter "BI") in the company. On the one hand, many korean companies had already installed BI system, and the other hand some companies have plans to implement BI Systems additionally to their Information System. It is very important to have the pictures which factors are critical to the successful implementation of BI, and to survey which critical success factor(hereinafter CSF) are important compared to each factors. In this paper data was gathered from companies already have their BI Systems. We measured IT-Infra maturity, User Education, and Company Organization, and Company Business Strategy, which are the critical success factors for the BI System. After surveying the CSF of BI System, we measured the weights among these factors by AHP. Factor analysis resulted in 6 major factors (Eigenvalue > 1.0), and the AHP analysis showed the list of CSF's weight list according to its significance priorities. The results of this paper could be the valuable references for the implementing process of the BI System in korean company.

  • As a part of the performance based design, egress modelling should be conducted to check whether the architectural design and plan phase of large-scale building can be safe in case of fire. However, an egress simulation has been used to create a fire/egress scenario without the formal guideline and standard. Therefore, the safety performance of building depends on user's own judgement. The purpose of this study is to establish the evaluation index on fire/egress scenario factors through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis. Prior to this, setting trend of creating fire/egress scenario was investigated in order to draw scenario factors. The survey result shows that different scenarios are set by users. Based on prior survey, specific factors are separated by fire/egress scenario and are stratified. To index stratified factors, second survey is conducted to establish objective data by experts, each evaluation index is set depending on survey results. As the results at this research, the highest index was risk factors (such as obstacle, smoke, bottleneck phenomenon and so on) and the door open & shut. On the other hand, the lowest index are egress safety zone and temperature difference between inside and outside in vertical space.

  • A grouping process through the similarity comparison is required to effectively classify and respond a malicious code. When we have a use of the past similarity criteria to be used in the comparison method or properties it happens a increased problem of false negatives and false positives. Therefore, in this paper we apply to choose variety of properties to complement the problem of behavior analysis on the heuristic-based of 2nd step in malicious code auto analysis system, and we suggest a similarity comparison method applying AHP (analytic hierarchy process) for properties weights that reflect the decision-making technique. Through the similarity comparison of malicious code, configured threshold is set to the optimum point between detection rates and false positives rates. As a grouping experiment about unknown malicious it distinguishes each group made by malicious code generator. We expect to apply it as the malicious group information which includes a tracing of hacking types and the origin of malicious codes in the future.

  • This study tried to develop an estimation model on the competitive power as a method to understand a practical index on the competitive power in order to improve the competitiveness of domestic bakery corporations and look into their internal structure. The results of the practical analysis are summarized below. First, eight critical success factors, which are considered important in competitive power in bakery corporations, were derived from preceding studies and an expert meeting. Second, this study performed a questionnaire with eight derived factors for bakery managers and employees. Seven critical success factors suitable for bakery corporations were chosen through validity and reliability tests. Third, this study performed an AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis in order to establish preference according to each factor and weight. The importance of factor concerned with the competitive power of bakery corporations according to the result of weight analysis appeared in order of customer resources, personnel resources, corporate images, material resources and qualities, technical capability, financial factors and pliability(time).

  • 소프트웨어의 생산성과 유지보수 비용을 줄여줄 수 있는 기법으로 다양한 컴포넌트 기반의 개발 방법론이 제안되고 있다. 그러나 컴포넌트 기반의 시스템에서 재사용성과 독립성이 높은 컴포넌트의 식별은 가장 중요한 성공 요소 중의 하나임에도 불구하고, 대부분의 컴포넌트 기반 방법론들에서는 직관적이고 분석자의 경험에 의존적인 컴포넌트 식별 방법만을 제공하고 있을 따름이다. 본 논문에서는 분석 단계의 산출물인 시스템의 기능 모델 Use Case 모델과 자료 모델인 클래스 모델에 기반 하여 체계적인 컴포넌트 식별 기법과 지침들을 제안한다. 먼저 클래스에 대한 Use Case의 자료 접근값을 정의하고, 정의된 접근값을 기반으로 Use Case별로 접근되는 클래스의 가중치와 클래스별 동일 접근값을 가지는 Use Case들의 가중치를 계산하다. 두 가중치를 곱하여 최종적인 Use Case&클래스 가중치를 계산하여 후보 컴포넌트 식별의 기준으로 삼는다.

  • 본 연구에서는 부도예측용 인공신경망의 입력노드 선정을 위한 휴리스틱으로 연결강도분석 접근법을 제안한다. 연결강도분석은 학습이 끝난 인공신경망에서 입력노드와 은닉노드와 연결된 가중치의 절대값 즉, 연결강도를 분석하여 입력변수를 선정하는 접근법으로, 본 연구에서는 약체연결뉴론제거법, 강체연결뉴론선택법 그리고 이 두 기법을 통합한 통합 연결강도 모형을 제안하여 각각 의사결정 트리 및 다변량판별분석에 의해 선정된 입력변수를 이용한 인공신경망 모형과 예측율을 비교한다. 실험 결과 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 방법론이 의사결정트리나 다다변량판별분석 기법 보다 높은 예측율을 보여 주었다. 특히 두 기법의 통합연결강도 모형의 경우에는 다른 단일 기법보다 높은 예측율을 보이고 있다.
