Abstract

MgO(Magnesium Oxide) film was deposited by the Ion Plating method and the characteristics of the MgO films were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The MgO films prepared by Ion Plating were used in AC Plasma Display Panel and breakdown voltage, minimum sustain voltage and memory margin of fabricated panel were investigated.
