A Task Information Framework for Daily Report Management

작업일보 관리를 위한 단위작업 정보체계 분석

With the size of construction projects getting larger and more complex, the amount of information is increased exponentially. Although there are a lot of construction companies that try to accumulate as-built information from construction sites. it has not been quite satisfactory. This is due to the lack of task information framework that can measure project performance and collect as-built information. Therefore the objective of the paper is to identify the information that can be derived from daily reports and to suggest a unit task information framework to accumulate as-built information.

건설 프로젝트가 대형화되고, 관련주체들이 다양해짐에 파라 건설 계획, 시공단계에서의 정보 발생량이 점차적으로 증가하고 있고. 이런 정보의 활용이 건설 프로젝트의 성공에 큰 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것을 인식하고 여러 건설업체들에서 실적정보를 축적하고자 노력하고 있으나, 실질적으로 ,제대로 수행되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 공사수행단계에서의 정보 축적의 중요한 수단으로 작업일보가 작성되어져 왔으나, 이는 활용하고 있는 작업일보 시스템이나 작업일보 작성 프로세스 상의 문제점으로 인해 제대로 활용되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제점들의 ,가장 큰 요인은 실적정보를 측정, 축적할 대상이 되는 정형화된 단위작업정보체계(Task Information Framework)의 부재에 일다. 단위작업정보체계가 규명 되어진다면, 작업일보에서 축적되어질 수 있는 실적정보와 이 체계를 기초로 하여 공정정보, 물량정보, 계약정보 등의 추가적인 정보를 통해 건설 계획, 시공단계에서 효과적으로 활용한 수 있는 정보의 분석, 도출이 가능할 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 기존의 작업일보를 분석하여, 분석, 도출 가능한 정보를 분석하였으며, 정보의 축적을 가능하게 할 단위작업정보체계를 제시하고자 한다.
