Separation of Dehydrogenase Isozymes by Cellulose Acetate Electrophoresis

Cellulose Acetate 전기영동에 의한 수소이탈효소 Isozyme의 분리

A simple and economical method for separation of lactate and malate dehydrogenase isozymes is described in detail. The method is based on cellulose acetate strip electrophoretic separation of the isozymes, tetrazolium reduction to purple formazan. Resolution is as good as in the experiment using expensive equipments.

간편하고 경제적이며 재현성도 우수한 cellulose acetate 전기영동장치를 제작하였다. 본 장치를 사용하여 몇가지 동물 조직의 lactate 및 malate dehydrogenase isozyme 을 분리 검출하여 본 결과, 기존 제품으로 실험한 결과와 별로 차이가 없음을 알았다. 흔히 cellulose acetate 전기영동은 일정한 정전류에서 실시하는데, 본 장치에서는 약간의 전류변동이 있는 것이 사실이나 실험결과는 충분히 실용적인 것이었다.
