보건복지 종합정보 시스템 모델에 관한 연구

Today, we live in the generation of the information and internet. For progressing the life quality of peoples and the competition of nation. we need new policy for constructing the health and welfare information system. In this study, we inspect and analyze for the information of health and welfare, and suggest the system model for the health and welfare information system(HWIS) on the web-environment, and suggest the database model for managing the information application.

정보의 시대, 인터넷의 시대에서 국가의 경쟁력을 강화하고 국민의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위하여 보건ㆍ복지 정보체계의 구축을 통하여 사회보장분야의 국가경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있는 새로운 정책방향이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 보건에 관한 용어 정의와 개념을 정립하고, 기존의 보건에 관한 정보를 수집하여 분석, 파악한 후, 지역과 특정 계층에 구애받지 않는 웹환경에서 국민 보건에 관한 정보를 체계적으로 제공하도록 종합적인 보건복지 정보 시스템의 모델을 제시하며, 보건 정보를 인트라넷 환경에서 정보의 최적의 활용방안과 구축을 위한 모델에 대한 연구를 하였다.
