According to the environmental change, organizational complexity. rapid information technology development. it is accelerated to introduce the Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) System. ERP System is considered as an important tool for management innovation. Korean enterprises have been adopting ERP to reinforce competitive power and to realize global standardization in recent years. This study on the performance of ERP Systems is designed to take a look at the importance, outcome factors of information system, the quality measurement of the information system, and breaking the quality of the information system into system quality, information quality.

최근 경영환경의 변화와 정보기술의 급속한 발전에 따라 전사적 자원관리(ERP: Enterprise Resource Planning)가 새로운 경영기법의 하나로 등장하였다. ERF시스템의 통합성, 유연성, 그리고 다양한 정보기술 적용을 통하여 경영혁신을 수월하게 추진할 수 있는 장점으로 인하여 기업에서 ERP 시스템 도입 및 구축이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 이점에도 불구하고 변화에 대한 저항, 기업 환경을 고려하지 않은 시스템 구축 등으로 인하여 활용 측면에서는 많은 문제점이 존재하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자의 만족여부가 ERP 시스템의 성공을 좌우한다는 인식에서 ERP 시스템의 정보 품질을 구성하는 항목들을 사용자 관점에서 규명하고, 이들을 이용한 ERP 시스템의 활용수준을 결정하는 차원들을 도출하여 사용자 관점에서 ERP 시스템 환용에 미치는 영향의 정도에 따른 차이를 알아보고자 한다.
