Efficiency Improvement Method of 2KW Power Bidirectional LDC

2kW급 양방향 LDC의 효율개선 방안

Abstract

In this thesis, various solutions through four different cases have been sought for an efficiency improvement of the bidirectional LDC for vehicles. For example, it analyzed the reduction factor of the channel resistance and applied the optimum MOSFET applied to the system, and found and improved the efficiency reduction factor of the transformer. As a result, the average efficiency of the developed LDC could be improved from 85% to 94.7%.

본 논문에서 차량용 양방향 LDC의 효율 개선을 위한 4개의 각기 다른 다양한 방안이 모색되었다. 예를 들어 채널저항의 감소요인을 분석하여 시스템에 최적의 MOSFET을 사용하고, 트랜스포머에서의 효율감소 요인을 찾아 개선하였다. 그 결과 기 개발되었던 85% 가량의 LDC 평균효율을 94.7% 까지 개선시킬 수 있었다.
