This research is conducted for 152 implant patients at the H dental clinic during the 2 years(from the January, 2007 to the December, 2008). After adjusting the following oral health care and analyzing the effects of plaque control scores(PCS), following results are obtained. The average PCS is higher at the 4th visit(65.37), which is the termination of education, than the 1st visit(32.89), which is before education(p = .000). Although following PCS decreases after 3 months(56.27) from the termination of education, it increase again after 6 months(60.44), 9 months(64.72) by following oral health care(p = .000). The female got a higher average PCS than the male, and also got a higher following PCS at 3 month(p = .000). According to the average PCS, patients are divided to group A who got lower grade than 69 and B who got higher grade than 70. Comparing with that results and the following PCS, group B get a higher grade than group A in the every period(p = .000). We can observe that the average PCS is improved as doing repeated education and constant management, and we think these results are occurred because people change their minds by following oral health care and obtain proper oral management habit.

국제관광도시로서의 명상을 돈독히 다지고 있는 제주도. 최근 이곳의 관광업 관계자들은 물론 지역주민들은 한껏 기대감에 부풀어 올로 있다. 바로 롯데건설(주)이 시공하는 제주시티호텔이 다음 달이면 준공될 예정이기 때문이다. 실제로 이곳은 제주도 내에서 가장 높은 건축물(90m)로 탄생하면서 랜드마크 역할을 톡톡히 할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이곳 현장은 지난 2011년 8월 구 제주일보 사옥 철거공사를 시작으로 2011년 12월부터 TOP DOWN 및 UP-UP공법을 병행하여 토공, 골조공사를 본격적으로 착수했다. 현재는 공정율 85% 수준으로 건물외부 코깅작업 및 내부 인테리어 마감작업이 진행 중이다. 이곳이 특히 주목받고 있는 이유는 롯데건설(주)의 안전관리 기술력이 집약된 또 하나의 건축물이라는 평가를 듣고 있기 때문이다. 롯데건설(주) 관계자들은 이곳에 면세점과 호텔 등 다중이용시설이 들어서기 때문에 부실시공은 곧 대형안전사고를 불러온다는 인식을 바탕으로 빈틈없는 안전시공을 해나가고 있는 것이다. 이는 물론 현장 근로자들을 대하는 안전관리에도 고스란히 나타난다. 착공부터 현재까지 무재해 100만 시간을 앞두고 있다는 점이 이를 잘 증명한다. 안전으로 제주도의 새로운 명소를 건서래 나가고 있는 롯데건설(주) 제주시티호텔 신축현장을 찾아가 봤다.

Tax-Refund System for foreign tourists is constantly increasing trend because of the discount effect of product. However, in order to get Tax-Refund, foreign tourists are supposed to keep a refund statement of paper issued after the purchases and the existing refund windows involve complicated procedure and poor accessibility, which causes the inconvenience. After recognizing the problems, K company has implemented information systems to relieve the discomfort of the Tax-Refund service by streamlining and reforming complex and inconvenient procedures of the Tax-Refund service so that it is able to plan the shopping convenience of foreign tourists. The K's information system is considered good practice to show that they can play a key role under the competitive environment with the corporate information system that is an essential element in achieving a competitive advantage.

인천공항은 2001년 개항이후, 비약적으로 발전하고 있으며, 2018년 약 6500만 명의 여객을 수용하는 등 초대형 메가허브공항으로 도약 중이다. 2018년 인천공항은 제2여객터미널을 개장하며, 인천공항에 대한 언론과 대중의 관심을 증폭시켰고, 평창동계올림픽 개최와 남북정상회담을 통해 대한민국 중추공항으로서의 이미지를 각인시켰다. 인천국제공항공사는 인천공항의 건설 및 관리, 운영, 주변지역개발, 부대사업 및 기타 국가위탁사업을 하는 국토교통부 산하 공공기관으로 2018년 입국장 면세점 도입, 정규직 전환 등의 이슈를 생성하였다. 본 논문에서는 뉴스, SNS 수집, 저장, 처리, 분석플랫폼인 ITAP를 이용하여 인천공항, 인천국제공항공사 관련된 뉴스, SNS 내용을 플랫폼별로 분석하였고, 월별 버즈량과 주요키워드를 플랫폼별로 추출하여 2018년 인천공항, 인천국제공항공사의 주요 이슈를 제시한다.

This study analyzes the economic effect of introducing the arrival duty - free shop at Incheon International Airport. Based on the estimated sales of KRW 127 billion for the duty-free shop at the port of entry, the international balance of payments was estimated at KRW 55.5 billion. Job creation was estimated at 530, including direct and indirect workforce. With the admission of arrival duty-free shops, duty-free shops in the airline are likely to see a decline in sales, helping to improve monopoly structure on the market structure side. It is expected that the rental income generated through the operation of the arrival duty-free shop will be used as a resource for social contribution activities, creating additional social economic effects.

This paper examines that determinants of BAOMAI, (i.e., behavior of Chinese tourist bulk purchase in duty free shop) with analytical framework and empirical tests. The results of applying the structural equation modeling to 196 samples suggest that Chinese tourist consumption orientations (conspicuous/compulsive/unplanned consumption) have a positive effect on BAOMAI decision value chain (perceived value and loyalty). The marketing mix of duty free shop as control variables in research framework also have a positive effect on BAOMAI perceived values (functional/social/emotional value). This paper has a contribution to prior literatures: the first empirical analysis on BAOMAI determinants with exploring scholarly definition.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of duty free shop consumers' store benefits sought and fashion merchandise shopping orientation on store satisfaction. Survey data were collected from questionnaires filled out by 194 domestic consumers who had purchase experience of fashion goods in duty free shops located in Korea. The data were analyzed by reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, the store benefits sought was categorized into five factors such as pursuit of convenience, salesperson/atmosphere, promotion, product quality, and product fashionability/variety. The fashion merchandise shopping orientation was categorized into six factors such as pleasure orientation, pursuit of fashion, pursuit of brand, planned orientation, pursuit of confidence, and convenience orientation. The store satisfaction was categorized into six factors such as atmosphere/reputation of store, promotion, product fashionability/variety, convenience, price, and salesperson. Second, the store benefits sought, composed of pursuit of convenience, salesperson/atmosphere, promotion, product quality, and product fashionability/variety, had an effect on the store satisfaction. Third, the shopping orientation such as pleasure orientation, pursuit of fashion, pursuit of brand, and planned orientation, with the exception of pursuit of confidence and convenience orientation, had an effect on the store satisfaction.

1983년에 중국 정부가 자국민의 해외 여행을 허가한 이래, 중국의 아웃바운드 해외 관광 시장은 비약적으로 발전하였다. 대한민국은 이러한 현상의 최대 수혜 국가 중 하나가 되었으며, 항공운송 분야에 있어 특히 혜택을 보았다. 현재 인천국제공항의 전체 이용객 중 23.9%가 중국인이며, 추후에도 중국여객들이 인천국제공항의 주요한 고객으로 남을 것으로 전망된다. 중국의 광활한 영토와 13억이 넘는 인구를 고려할 때, 중국을 하나의 시장으로만 보는 것이 아니라 여러 지역들이 모인 집합체로 바라볼 필요성이 제기된다. 이렇게 할 시, 각 지역마다 다른 중국여객들이 공항 이용에 있어 보이는 태도와 행동양상의 차이점을 파악하여, 차별화된 서비스 제공의 밑바탕이 될 수 있다. 이를 통하여 중국여객들의 인천국제공항 이용 시 고객 가치와 만족도의 향상에 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구는 중국 정부가 경제, 사회 등의 요소를 고려하여 공인한 방식대로 중국 전체를 다섯 개의 권역으로 분할하여 중국여객들이 인천국제공항 이용에 있어 느끼는 만족도를 조사하고자 한다. 특별히 면세점 이용과 관련된 만족도에 중점을 두고자 한다. 권역별로 지니는 차이점을 분석하여, 권역별로 상이한 서비스 전략을 추진하기 위한 전략적 방향성을 제시한다.
