유기질비료의 시용이 수수$\times$수단그라스 교잡종의 생산성, 사료가치 및 가축사육능력에 미치는 영향

  • 1) 공시유기질비료의 전질소는 유기발효돈분(2.68 %) > 계분부산물퇴비(1.97 %) > 유기발효계분, 돈분부산물퇴비(1.92 %) > 유기퇴적우분(1.12 %) > 유기 생 우분(1.04 %) 순이었다. 또한 유기물 함량은 유기 생 우분(81.73 %) > 유기퇴적우분(75.52 %) > 계분부산물(68.25 %) > 유기발효돈분(63.37 %) > 돈분부산물(45.27 %) > 유기발효계분(32.05 %) 순이었다. 2) 수수$\times$수단그라스 교잡종의 건물수량은 1차에서는 유기발효계분(11.60 ton/ha)이 가장 많았으나 계분부산물퇴비(10.13 ton/ha), 돈분부산물퇴비(9.07 ton/ha)와의 유의차는 없었고, 2차 역시 유기발효계분(8.00 ton/ha)이 가장 많았으나 계분부산물퇴비(6.27 ton/ha), 돈분부산물퇴비(6.13 ton/ha)와의 유의차는 없었다(p<0.05). 3) CP 수량은 1차에서는 유기발효계분(0.69 ton/ha)이 가장 많았으나 돈분부산물퇴비(0.56 ton/ha), 계분부산물퇴비(0.55 ton/ha), 유기 생 우분(0.55 ton/ha)과의 유의차는 없었고, 2차에서는 유의차가 없었다(p<0.05). 4) TDN 수량은 1차에서는 유기발효계분(6.51 ton/ha)이 가장 많았으나 계분부산물 퇴비(5.80 ton/ha), 돈분부산물퇴비(5.08 ton/ha)와의 유의차는 없었고, 2차 역시 유기발효계분(4.80 ton/ha)이 가장 많이 나왔으나, 계분부산물퇴비(3.70 ton/ha)와 유의차는 없었다(p<0.05). 5) 상대사료가치(RFV)는 1차에서는 계분부산물퇴비 시비구가 80.66으로 유의하게 높았으나, 2차에서는 유기퇴적우분을 제외한 5개 시비구의 유의차는 없었다(p<0.05). 6) K는 유기발효계분(0.11 head/ha/yr)이 가장 높았으나 계분부산물퇴비(0.10 head/ha/yr), 돈분부산물퇴비(0.09 head/ha/yr)와 유의차는 없었고, $K_{CP}$ 역시 유기발효계분(7.23 head/ha/yr)이 가장 높게 나왔으나 돈분부산물퇴비(6.41 head/ha/yr), 유기 생 우분(6.15 head/ha/yr), 계분부산물퇴비(5.97 head/ha/yr)와의 유의차는 없었다(p<0.05). 또한 KTDN은 유기발효계분(8.90 head/ha/yr)이 가장 높게 나왔으나 계분부산물퇴비(7.49 head/ha/yr)와 유의차는 없었다(p<0.05). 7) 이상의 결과로 보았을 때, 유기발효계분이 수단그라스의 생산성, 사료가치 및 가축사육능력에서 가장 우수할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 지상부 생육상태는 일본 원시 표준액에 비해 농심 표준액에서 더 좋았으며, T/R 율은 일본 원시 표준액과 농심 표준액에서 유의차가 없었다. 또한 괴경형성시기는 Atlantic 품종이 일본 원시 표준액에 비해 농심 표준액에서 8일 늦었으며, 다른 품종들과 유의차를 보였다. 주당 괴경중량은 품종별, 양액조성별 유의차를 보였으며 Norchip 품종은 농심 표준액에서 주당 590g으로 가장 높았다. 반면 Gemchip 품종은 농심 표준액에 비해 일본 원시 표준액에서 2배 많았다.(중략)

The Effects of Adding Red Pepper in Hen′s Diet (양계사료에 고추가루 첨가가 산란성, 난각질 및 난황착색도에 미치는 영향)

  • This experiment was conducted to determine the optimum level of Red Pepper (including seeds) for laying-hen'diet in summer. A total 240 birds of 37 week-old Manina Brown Hen was alloted to 4 treatments, 3 replications per treatment, according to complecately randomized design to find out the effects of adding levels (0, 0.03, 0.05, 0.08%) of Red Pepper on laying Performance and e99 Quality of experimental birds for 10 weeks. The results obtained from this study were summaried as follows : 1) I班 shell thickness was different significantly among treatments, (P<0.05). Especially, Ta was highest one. 2) Egg shell breaking strength was highly significant difference between C and $T_1$, $T_2$, $T_3$ (p<0.01). 3) Yolk color of $T_1$, $T_2$, $T_3$ was higher than C (p<0.01), but there was no significant difference between treatments. 4) Egg Production was slightly higher with adding Red Pepper, but the differences were no significant. 5) No significant differences were found in average egg weight among treatments.

Physiological Characteristics and Leaf Growth of Hydrangea macrophylla var. acuminata Growing in Different Environmental Conditions (생육조건에 따른 산수국의 엽생장 및 생리적 특성)

  • To study for proper growing conditions of Hydrangea macrophylla var. acuminata, used as ornamental trees or sources of natural sweetenings and biological active compounds, two-year-old cuttings of the plant were subjected to different conditions, light intensity, watering, and fertilizing levels. Photosynthetic rates measured on October 2 differed significantly between two light intensity regimes, but the values measured on September 3 were not significantly different. Mean photosynthetic rates on the plot watered three times a week were higher than the cuttings on the plot watered once a week. Mean photosynthetic rates on the plot fertilized 200grams/cuttings were slightly higher than those of the cuttings on the control plot. Chlorophyll contents measured on August 2 and on September 3 were significantly different between the light intensity regimes. Chlorophyll contents measured on August 2 were significantly different between the moisture regimes, but not significantly different between the fertilizing levels. Means of leaf growth(length and width) measured the highest values on the plot watered three times a week, and on the plot in full-sun lighted.

  • Bioenzyme was made up of two predominant strain, which were nomenclated PN-1 and PN-2, respectively. PN-1 possessed spore forming ability, motility, gram positive, catalase activity, but didn't have oxidase activity, urease activity, nitrate reduction and indole forming ability. Taxonomical characteristics of the PN-2 were similar to PN-1 strain, but colony color of PN-2 was yellow-white and nitrate reduction ability was positive. Predominant strains were ascertained by physiologically and morphologically. PN-1 and PN-2 were identified Bacillus lichenifonnis and Bacillus thuringinensis, respectively. Yield of lettuce significantly increased in first and second bioenzyme treatment. Fresh weight, length of shoot, width of leaves significantly increased in N,P,K and N,P,K followed by Bioenzyme application.

Effect of Vacuum Levels on the Palatability Characteristics of Rice Packed in Retort Pouch (Retort Pouch 쌀밥의 포장(包裝) 진공도(眞空度)가 제품(製品)의 식미특성(食味特性)에 미치는 영향(影響))

  • In order to investigate the effect of vacuum levels in retort pouch on the eating-quality characteristics of the thermal processed packed rice, sensory evaluations were performed with retort pouched rice(Milyang-23) packed at the vacuum of 30 and 75 cm Hg in comparison with kettle cooked rice as a control. The mean hedonic scores of eating-quality characteristics were statistic-ally analyzed by using F-test, Duncan's multiple range test and simple correlations. F-values on appearance, stickiness, taste and general acceptability of rice samples were significant at 1 % level and that on flavor and hardness significant at 5% level respectively. The mean hedonic scores of appearance, flavor, taste and the general acceptability between retort pouched rice packed at the vacuum of 30 and 75 cm Hg were significantly different at the 55 level of probability according to Duncan's multiple range test. Those of stickiness among treatments were significantly different one another. Correlations between general acceptability and the other eating-quality characteristics of cooked-and packed-rice were significant with the exclusion of stickiness.

The Effects of Live Yeast(Saaccharomyces cerevisiae) Supplementation on the Performance of Laying Hens (활성효모 첨가가 산란계의 생산성에 미치는 영향)

  • In order to study the effects of supplementation of live yeast(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) on the performance of laying hens, five experiments were conducted. Two experiment were conducted during summer period, one with 37 wk old Dekalb-Delta strain laying birds(Exp. 1) and the other one with 100 wk old molted Nick Chick Brown laying birds(Esp.2) . In each experiment, 240 birds were divided into 12 groups of 20 birds each and randomly distributed. Each of the two experimental diets(Control 71 and 0.05% live yeast supplemented 72) was fed to 6 groups for 4 wks in Exp.1 and 3 wks in Exp.2. Three experiments were conducted during winter period, Exp.2 with 54 wk old Hy-Line strain laying birds, Exp.4 with 52 wk old Hy-Line strain laying birds, and Exp.5 with 36 wk old broiler breeder(Indian River strain). In each experiment, 540 birds were divided into 18 groups of 30 birds each and randomly distributed. Each of the 3 experimental diets(Control:$T_1$0.05% live yeast supplemented:$T_2$ and 0.1% live yeast supplemented : T$_3$) was fed to 9 groups for 6 wks in Exp.3, 9 wks in Exp.4 and 4 wks in Exp.5. In Exp.4, Latin Square design was employed to determine the effects of switching feeds at 3 wk intervals. All hens were housed in cages of commercial farm and experimental diets were made with commercial layer feeds. In Experiment 1, egg production was significantly(P<0.05) higher in $T_2$. Feed intake was significantly (P<higher in 72 at 1st wk but 4 wk average was not significantly different. Feed efficiency was significantly(P<0.01) better in 72 at End wk but 4 wk average was not significantly different. Other parameters, such as weight, soft egg production, cracked egg production and mortality were not significantly different. In Experiment 2, egg production was significantly(P<0.05) higher in $T_2$. Feed efficiency was significantly (P<0.05 and P<0.01) better at End wk and 3rd wk but 3 wk average was not significantly different. Soft egg production was significantly(P<0.05) higher in 72. Other parameters were not significantly different. In Experiment 3, egg productions were significantly(P<0.05) different among treatments : $T_3$ was higher than $T_1$ and $T_2$ was higher than $T_1$. Egg weight of $T_1$ and $T_2$was significantly(P<0.05) heavier than $T_3$. Feed intake of $T_2$ and $T_3$ was significantly(P<0.05) higher than $T_1$ at 6th wk but overall average was not significantly different. Soft egg production were significantly(P<0.01) different among treatments:$T_1$ was higher than $T_3$ was higher than $T_2$. Feed efficiency cracked e99 Production and mortality were not signifcantly different. In Experiment 4, egg production tended to increase as the level of live yeast supplementation increased but they were not statistically different. In Experiment 5, egg production of broiler breeders of $T_3$ was significantly(P<0.01) higher than $T_1$. Feed intake of $T_3$ was significantly(P<0.05) greater than $T_1$ and $T_2$ at 3rd wk but overall average was not significantly different. Fertility and hatchability tended to be higher in the supplemented groups than in the control.

  • 본 연구에서는 겨울철 대류 난방시 발생하기 쉬운 실내 기온의 상하분포가 인체에 미치는 영향에 관하여 청년층의 피험자를 대상으로 한 체감실험을 수행하여 인체의 생리 및 심리반응에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 체감 실험 결과 아래와 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 머리부위 공기온도가 23$^{\circ}C$ 인 경우 두한족열의 경우가 두열족한의 경우에 비하여 전신온냉감 및 쾌불쾌감이 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 2)두열족한의 경우 발 부위가 서늘하다는 비율은 상하온도차가 증가($\Delta$t 3$^{\circ}C$ ->6$^{\circ}C$)하면 역시 증가하였고, 두한족열의 경우 머리 부위 온도 23$^{\circ}C$에서는 발부위온도를 증가시키면($\Delta$t 3$^{\circ}C$->6$^{\circ}C$)불쾌 비율이 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 3) 신체 부위별 온열감과의 관계를 보면 어깨부위에서 느끼는 온열감이 전반적으로 쾌불쾌감 및 전신온냉감과 유의차를 나타냈다. 얼굴 부위에서의 온열감은 머리부위 공기온도 $25^{\circ}C$이상에서 쾌불쾌감과 유의차를 나타냈고, 발 부위에서의 온열감은 머리부위 공기온도 $25^{\circ}C$ 이하에서 전신온냉감과 유의차를 나타냈다.

완전확률화모형 및 랜덤화블럭모형하에서 순위변환을 이용한 다중비교의 시뮬레이션 분석

  • 완전확률화모형 및 랜덤화블럭모형하에서의 주요한 다중비교 분석기법들을 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 검토하고자 하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 순위변환과 최소유의차검정을 이용한 다중비교 분석기법이 모수적 ANOVA F 검정과 Fisher의 유의차검정, 비모수적 Kruskal-Wallis 검정과 최소유의차검정 및 Friedman 검정과 최소유의차검정을 이용한 분석기법보다 전체실험오차율, 전체실험검정력 및 개별쌍검정력 면에서 상대적으로 뛰어남을 보여준다. 즉 순위변환한 ANOVA F 검정의 전체실험오차율은 명목상의 유의수준을 잘 유지하고 있으며, 전체실험검정력 및 개별쌍검정력은 모수적 ANOVA F 검정과 Kruskal-Wallis 검정 및 Friedman 검정기법보다 전반적으로 우수함을 알 수 있다.

Abstracts of Research Papers in Poultry Science (가금학 분야 연구 논문 초록)

  • 5주령시 병아리에 대하여 볶은 콩을 이용한 고열량 사료 1030Cal구 ($T_2$ 구)를 만들고 이를 830Cal의 관용사료구(C구)와 5주간 비교시험 한 결과 다음과 같은 성적을 얻었다. 1) 증체량에 있어서 $T_1$, $T_2$구는 C구에 비하여 증체량이 높으며 5%수준의 유의차가 있었다. 한편 L.S.D.-Test에 의하면 $T_1$과 C구 사이에만 5%의 유의차를 보였다. 2) 사료섭취량에 있어서는 $T_2$, $T_1$, C구의 순으로 사료를 절약할 수 있는데 L.S.D.-Test에 의하면 $T_2$구와 C구간에 1%의 유의차가 있으며 약 9%의 사료가 절약되었고 $T_1$구와 C구간에는 5%의 유의성이 있고 약 3%의 사료가 절약되었다. 3) 경제성에 있어서 추일수당 사료비는 $T_1$, $T_2$구 모두 C구보다 고가의 경향이 있어 볶은 콩의 실용가치를 감소시킨다. 그러나 육계 판매가격에 있어서 $T_1$구는 24.85원의 이익으로 C구 26.43원보다 하회하는 결과를 보인다.
