Design of Artificial Intelligence Education Program for Elementary School Students based on Localized Public Data (지역화 공공데이터 기반 초등학생 인공지능 교육 프로그램 설계)

  • This study designed an artificial intelligence education program using localized public data as an educational method for improving computational thinking in elementary school students. Program design and development was carried out based on the results of pre-requisite analysis on elementary school students according to the ADDIE model. Based on localized public data, the program was organized to learn the principles of artificial intelligence by utilizing "Machine Learning for Kids" and "Scratch" and to solve problems and improve computational thinking skills through abstracting public data for purpose.Through subsequent research, it is necessary to put this education program into the field and verify the change in students' computational thinking as a result.

  • This study developed an artificial intelligence education program using localized public data as an educational method for improving computing thinking skills of elementary school students. According to the ADDIE model, the program design was carried out based on the results of pre-requisite analysis for elementary school students, and textbooks and education programs were developed. Based on localized public data, the training program was constructed to learn the principles of artificial intelligence using machine learning for kids and scratches and to solve problems and improve computational thinking through abstracting public data for purpose. It is necessary to put this training program into the field through further research and verify the change in students' computational thinking as a result.

  • Data of central government and local government was collected automatically from the public data portal. And we did the multidimensional analysis based on various perspective like file format and present condition of public data. To complete this work, we constructed Data Warehouse based on the other countries' evaluation index case. Finally, the result from service level evaluation by using multidimensional analysis was used to display each area, establishment, fields.

  • 최근 기후변화로 인한 태풍과 폭우로 인한 피해가 증가하고 있다. 또한 대피소에 대한 시각화된 정보를 제공하는 애플리케이션이 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 대피소 정보를 제공하는 애플리케이션을 제안하였다. 제안 애플리케이션은 공공 데이터 포털에서 제공하는 데이터를 활용해 React-Native-Maps 에서 제공하는 마커 기능을 사용하고 구글에서 제공하는 지도 서비스와 결합해 대피소의 위치를 표시한다. 부가적인 특징으로 과거 재난 정보를 시각화 하여 제공하여 피해가 예상되는 지역의 대피소 정보를 동시에 제공하였다. 프로토 타입으로 제작된 애플리케이션을 통해 이후 피해 예상지역을 예측하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • The unprecedented pandemic of infectious diseases called COVID-19 has dampened human and material movement, and changes in the global economic structure have caused various economic and industrial problems such as worsening employment along with the domestic and international economic recession. In this crisis situation, the government announced the "New Deal" as a new card to enhance economic vitality following the "emergency disaster support fund." This means that the first business of the Digital New Deal, the beginning and core of the New Deal, begins digital transformation from collecting data, which is the "rice" of digital transformation to the data dam. Until now, not only the government but also local governments have established and operated platforms for collecting and sharing public data by establishing various data portals. It is evaluated that it lacks utilization for commercialization as not only the government but also local governments focus only on building the platform without considering the business model when building the initial public data platforms. In particular, in the case of regions, there is a lack of public data to be used for data business, so it is necessary to utilize data from public institutions in the region. In this study, various data collection, data quality improvement, and data utilization improvement were suggested as measures to solve these problems.

  • 한국은 지리적 특성상 매해 태풍과 호우에 의한 침수 피해를 보고 있다. 또한 기후변화와 도시화 등으로 인하여 피해가 대형화되는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 자연재해 중 침수피해를 최소화하는 대안으로 공공데이터를 활용하여 관련 정보를 시각화한 프로토타입의 앱을 설계 및 구현한다. 구현한 앱을 통하여 침수 피해를 미리 대비하고 침수 시 피해를 줄이는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

  • 최근 통계자료에 따르면, 매년 화재 발생 건수와 이로 인한 피해가 증가하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 여러 공공 데이터를 분석하여 각 지역별 특성이나 환경적 요인에 따른 화재의 원인을 분석해고보가 한다. 분석을 위하여 화재 발생 건수, 시도별 공장 수와 인구수, 계절별 화재 발생수, 장소별 화재 요인에 대한 각각의 공공 데이터를 활용하였다. 분석 결과 지역별 공장 수와 비례하지않은 화재 발생 건수나, 대중적으로 생각하는 겨울철 가장 많은 화재의 발생보다 봄철에 더 많은 화재가 발생되었던 통계 결과와 같이 각 지역적인 특성이나 발화요인에 따라 화재 발생률에 미치는 영향은 다르게 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Improving the Quality of Bibliographic Data in Public Libraries: Focusing on Public Libraries in Busan Metropolitan City (공공도서관 서지데이터의 품질 제고 방안)

  • In 2020, the Busan metropolitan library took the lead in establishing an integrated library system (ILS) that integrates bibliographic data from 49 public libraries and 103 small public libraries. However, each library still builds bibliographic data individually and repeatedly, and the bibliographic data built by each library is only physically stored in an integrated DB. Therefore the improvement in work efficiency or data quality has not been achieved. This study aimed to analyze the construction processes and quality of bibliographic data in Busan public libraries and to suggest a new implementation strategy for an integrated environment. To this end, (1) the construction process of bibliographic data was investigated, (2) the quality of the constructed bibliographic data was objectively analyzed, and (3) four implementation strategies were suggested based on critical problems. The implementation strategy aims not only to improve the quality of bibliographic data, but also to increase work efficiency and build an infrastructure for data sharing.

Visualization of women's safety facility index based on public data analysis: Focusing on Seoul (공공데이터 분석 기반 여성안전 시설지수 시각화: 서울시 중심으로)

  • In this paper, an index of women's safety facilities was created and visualized using public data related to Seoul. CPTED, the women's safety facilities index was created by collecting and analyzing eight data related to the local women's safety index and five major crime victims of women. As a result of the correlation analysis between the factors of the female safety facility index and the number of female crime victims, three data were selected as the main factors, "CCTV," "street lamps," and "female security guardians", which were found to be meaningful at the 95% level of reliability. The distinction women's safety facility index was calculated by weighting the correlation coefficient between the main factors for calculating the women's safety facility index, and visualized using Python's Follium library.

  • It is important to collect and analyze the data from the traffic accident analysis system and the National Statistical Office to reduce the traffic accident rate of the elderly, who are the weakest. In particular, it is more important to analyze the data in areas where the elderly population is large and where accidents occur frequently. This paper visualizes and analyzes the data of elderly traffic accidents that occurred in recent 5 years in the area where many elderly people live in Buyeo-gun. The elderly traffic accident type, accident area, and location data of the elderly can be useful for the improvement measures and related decision making to reduce the elderly traffic accidents.
