The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of fixed assets management of the factors affecting its management level. The surveyed data were gathered from 105 general hospitals among 263 general hospitals nationwide. The level of fixed assets management was measured by 11 dimensions of assets management. The results were as follows : 1. According to general characteristics of hospitals, the management level of public hospitals and corporatized hospitals was better than that of private hospitals. The management level was better as increasing beds. 2. In the structural characteristics of assets management, the management level of the hospitals which had the responsible person for assets management was better than that of the hospitals which had not. 3. In the operating characteristics of assets management, the hospitals that conducted education for the job had better level of assets management that did not it. The hospital that the discard of assets was decided by engineering department or management department were better in management level than the hospitals that it was decided by user department. The management level of hospitals which were computerized for assets management was better. 4. In the full model, the most factors affecting the level of assets management were the factors that were characterized by operation pattern of assets management, and the operating characteristics of assets management were explained to 23.1% of total 45.7%. Conclusively, the level of assets management was mostly affected by the operating characteristics of assets management which were education for the job, discard decision not by user department, computerization for assets management. Therefore, hospitals perform education of the job, discard decision by engineering or management department, and computerization for better level of fixed assets management
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of individual variables, mother related variables, and timemanagement ability on self-management of adolescents. In addition, the direct and indirect effects of these variables on self-management were also assessed. The subjects of this study were 496 students who were selected at random from middle schools in Daegu. The questionnaire was used for this survey, consisted of a self-management, a timemanagement, a self-efficacy, an internal locus of control, mother’s home management, and mother’s support scale. Factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were employed for data analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, mother’s home management planning ability had the most affect on adolescent time-management ability in terms of planning and implementing, while self-efficacy had the most affect on time-management evaluating ability. Second, adolescent’ time-management planning ability had the most affect on lifestyle and money management, time-management implementing ability on studies management, self-efficacy on health management, and internal locus of control on interpersonal relation management of adolescents. Third, among adolescent self-management, lifestyle management, studies management and money management can be achieved through the mediation of adolescent time management ability. They exhibit indirect influence through adolescent self-efficacy, internal locus of control, mother’s home-management planning ability, and mother’s home-management implementing ability. Furthermore, time-management ability is also influenced through the mediation of health management and interpersonal relation management, but is not indirectly affected by selfefficacy, internal locus of control, time planning ability, and time implementing ability.

We have developed the drawing and part information management system that could integrate drawing information with corresponding part information in design process. The modules developed include the drawing information management (DIM) and the part information management(PIM). DIM consist of processing drawing management, approved drawing management, disused drawing management, and drawing print management. PIM consist of new part management, option management, and part change management. Errors which may occur in the design process can be reduced by reference to part information directly. In addition, the number of parts can be reduced by minimizing the frequency of new parts generation through the systematic management.

This study drew performance management factors analyzed a causal link between acceptance and satisfaction of performance management to present the method for promoting acceptance on the performance management system that most of the public enterprises, government-affiliated organizations are implementing. To achieve this, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were conducted in parallel through in-depth case studies and surveys. The results of this study are as follows. First, the analysis of the performance management factors with preceding studies shows that performance management indicators, performance management operations and performance management communications. Second, from the causal relationship of performance management factors affecting performance management acceptance reveals that performance management operation has statistical significance. Third, the analysis of the effect of performance management factors on the management satisfaction shows that operation and indicator of the performance management have statistical significance and reflecting the performance indicators to business, adequacy of target level, training, system support and CEO's Leadership have been revealed as important variables to the management satisfaction. Fourth, the result of the analysis on casual connection between acceptance and satisfaction of the performance management shows that improving management acceptance has a direct impact on satisfaction because performance management receptiveness were deemed statistically significant. Fifth, the result of the in-depth case studies on improving performance management acceptance shows that public enterprises have been putting in an effort to design indicators and try to encourage internal member's involvement during the monitoring and evaluation. The quantitative analysis based on survey has turned out that performance management operation and performance management indicators have statistical significance. The qualitative analysis by in-depth analysis shows that public enterprises put a lot of effort to performance management indicators and communication between internal members. As a result, commitment to performance management operation is required to improve the performance management acceptance. In other words, a detailed implementation plan for training, information system support, and CEO's leadership has to be established and ought to be pushed.
This study aims to find the causal relationship between the effects of apartment inhabitants' life management and administrative management on housing satisfaction. The study results are as follows. Firstly, life management showed to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. In other words, the better the management of public order and facilities, the higher the satisfaction of housing satisfaction. Thus, the principal agent of management needs to increase inhabitants' housing satisfaction through education and training on developing life management techniques. Secondly, administrative management showed to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. Thus, the more accurate the completion documents and management transfer process necessary for administrative management, the higher the cost-cutting effects of accounting, construction, and service contracts, the more transparent the resident agreement process in accordance with management policies, the more transparent the election process of building representatives and resident representatives, and the higher the effects of energy saving, the higher the housing satisfaction of inhabitants. This revealed that the principal agent of management needs to increase housing satisfaction through education and training on developing administrative management techniques because the level of administrative management had a positive effect on housing satisfaction. As a result, in order to create reliability between inhabitants and the principal agents of management, the transparency of administrative management such as document disclosure must be ensured, thus improving the housing satisfaction of inhabitants.
Purpose: As an excellent example of ethical management of public enterprises, it provides implications for excellent management strategies through continuous ethical management promotion to domestic public enterprises and general enterprises through case analysis of the Korea Gas Technology Corporation's ethical management system and implementation. Methods: A case analysis was conducted on the ethical management system and implementation of the Korea Gas Technology Corporation, focusing on ethical management, human rights management, and social contribution activities. Results: The Korea Gas Technology Corporation's ethical management case is significant as an example showing the long-term progress and development process of establishing and implementing the ethical management system. Starting with the establishment of a basic plan for ethical management in 2004, the Korea Gas Technology Corporation has continuously advanced its ethical management system and practical capabilities. Through this, it is possible to provide implications to other companies through benchmarking on major implementations at each stage, such as the introduction, institutionalization, settlement, and maturity of the ethical management system. Conclusion: It proposes ethical management execution performance management centered on the performance of each stakeholder, linkage between the ethical management strategy system and the organization's strategy system, classification of related subjects and roles in the ethical management promotion system, and active external communication.
Purpose While research on ESG management in airlines is ongoing, research on airports, especially regional ones, remains insufficient. This study's point of departure is the inquiry into how the local airport industry is addressing global environmental shifts and engaging in ESG management activities. Design/methodology/approach Based on previous studies, the relationship between ESG(Environmental, Social, Governance) management, safety management, reputation, and management performance was analyzed. We analyzed 578 questionnaires through structural equation modeling using AMOS 21.0 to test our hypotheses. Findings First, environmental, social, governance, and safety management have a positive effect on both reputation and business performance. Second, reputation has affected business performance. Third, reputation was affected in the order of governance management, safety management, environmental management, and social management.
This study is to devide seven subject organs in the metropolitan area by the Malcolm Baldrige's basis which is global standard of management quality to grip the each activities of management quality, to conduct a survey of the management quality of each organ or persons in charge of similar works. Generally, those surveyed show to recognize on the management quality and to apply to real work. Those surveyed show to be able to improve positively quality and service level in case of appling to work of management quality, and to be positive reaction on the contribution about management performance. This study indicates the predominant view which the researcher have to establish the its vision clearly and to promote in a lump success factors of management quality, and the chief executive have to take a firm faith for it. This study also suggest that recognizing positively about its vision and strategy about present condition of management quality activities is one of the implements which not only judge but also establish a good system of an organization. And there has a significant difference between Public and Private Organizations that those evaluate management quality conducts better management performance. However management quality activities shows to mostly agree to be influencing positively to management performance.

To determine the problems with the apartment management system in Korea and to make recommendations for its development, a review and content analysis of the 2010 and 2011 editorials of two newspapers, The APT News and The Korea Apartment News, was conducted. Apartment management is divided into four areas: maintenance management, operations management, community management, and synthetic management. More than 50 percent of the editorials were concerned with the problems of operations management. There were two management subjects: the apartment manager and the apartment management company. Interest in the apartment management system varied between apartment managers and apartment management companies, so more positive policies and more interest are needed for apartment management.

The Eco-performance assessment program was developed as part of Eco-performance management for buildings at the national level in developed countries. Cases of domestic Green Building Certification(GBC) system was developed but these program's destination of Eco-performance management for buildings needs systematic management by the limited GBC. Generally in the construction industry, Eco-performance management of Building Life-cycle is required. Therefore this paper develop the creation of Eco-performance information and management process, those are from design and maintenance management phases, through suggest the development of a information management for Eco-performance management of buildings. In addition, it makes to decrease the reproduction of information unnecessarily by analyzation of the related association between the information of facilities objects and Eco-performance management. Finally, study the previous reaserch and suggest the BIM by the method of information management and this paper purpose the development of web-based Eco BIM object library management system.
