사회극을 통한 애착유형 및 대인관계의 변화에 관한연구 (The Study of Attachment Styles and Personal Relations' Variation through the Sociodrama)

  • This study was intended to measure variations in attachment styles and personal relations through the Sociodrama, There were three purposes in this study. The first was to verify the contiuance of attachment between parents and adolescents. The second was to find the difference of personal relations and self-esteem according to the different attachment styles. finally the third was to prove the therapeutic effects of sociodrama. The results were as follows: 1. In terms of attachment style 19% of the subjects were insecurity style 9.5% avoidance style and 74.1% security style. 2. The contents of Sociodrama were the daily happenings between parents and adolescent children and among siblings and friends. Every subject said that the Sociodrama helped him to shape his internal self to understand others and to realize the importance of parental roles. 3. The avoidance group became insecure after the Sociodrama because of their distinctive traits. The secure feelings of security grou also decreased due to their developmental character-individuation. 4. The comparison of the two post-tests revealed that the attachment style of the avoidance group has parents was observed as well. 5. The Sociodrama is assumed to be effective in the changes of adolescents' abnormal and insecure attachment and personal relations into a normal and secure state., In conclusion results of the study verified this assumption of the effectiveness of the sociodrama and it's longterm effects.

학교 부적응 청소년 치료를 위한 소시오드라마의 효과 연구 (The Theraputic Effects of Sociodrama on the Adolescents Who are Maladjusted in School)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of sociodrama on adolescents who are maladjusted in school. For this study, nine adolescents were selected from a middle school located in Seoul. The Inventory of School adjustment by Bae Sook-Jin, Buss-Durkee Hostility Inventory(BDHI) and Impulsivity Test by Eysenck were administered. The experiment group acted out a sociodrama twelve times. The first follow-up test was conducted twelve weeks after the pre-test. The second follow-up test was conducted six weeks after first follow-up test. Each time the adolescents acted out a sociodrama their behavior was recorded by a video- camera and then documented by research assistants. Also in order to discover any changes in daily life after sociodrama, an interview survey were done with the adolescents' teachers. The findings were as follows. First, in the initial follow-up test degree of school-maladjustment was less than in the pre-test. Further decreases in the level of maladjustment were noted in the subsequent follow-ups. Therefore, it can be concluded that the performance of sociodramas can reduce school-maladjustment among adolescents and that this reduced level is maintained. Second, the level of hostility discovered in the first follow-up test was less than that in the pre-test, and this level continued to decrease in the following follow-ups. Therefore, we may conclude that sociodrama that reduces adolescent hostility and the reduced levels continue. Finally, the degree of impulse detected in the first follow-up was, once again, less than that of the pre-test, And, as in the other cases, there was a continued decrease in this level. We may therefore conclude that sociodrama does reduce the impulse of adolescents and that this reduction is maintained. This study indicates that sociodrama is an effective method to improve the psychological characters of adolescents who are maladjusted in school. Given the above, a follow up study is suggested.

사회극이 아동의 외로움과 또래관계에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Sociodrama on Children's Loneliness and Peer Relations)

  • This study examined the effect of sociodrama on children's loneliness and peer relations. Eight children each were assigned to an experimental or a control group. The experimental group enacted sociodrama for six weeks, and the control group did not have any treatment. The first post-test was conducted six weeks after the pre-test; the second post-test was eight weeks after the first post-test. Significant differences between the experimental and control groups were found for loneliness; that is, levels of loneliness and of negative peer relations decreased only in the experimental group. This effect for the experimental group was maintained at the second post-test. It was concluded that sociodrama was effective in reducing loneliness and in improving relationships of a child by improving self-adjustment.

소시오드라마가 특수교육대상 학생 어머니의 양육스트레스, 우울, 부모효능감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of sociodrama on parenting stress, depression, and parenting self-efficacy in mothers of adolescents receiving special education)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of sociodrama on mothers of adolescents receiving special education at school. Methods: The participants were 30 mothers of adolescents with autism and intellectual, physical, emotional, and behavioral disability (experimental group=8, control group=16, 4 excluded). Sociodrama was conducted over 6 weeks (6 sessions). Data were collected using a mixed method. A constructed questionnaire on parenting stress, depression, and parenting self-efficacy was distributed before and after the intervention. A focus group interview was conducted subsequently. Data were collected from May to June 2016 and analyzed using Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test and a content analysis. Results: The intervention group showed significant changes in parenting stress (Z=-2.34, p=.019), depression (Z=-.3.46 p=.001), and parenting self-efficacy (Z=-2.82, p=.029) compared with the control group. Results of the qualitative analysis exhibited two themes, namely "changes" and "healing and challenges," which were divided into 4 categories and 9 sub-categories. Conclusion: Sociodrama was effective in reducing the level of parenting stress and depression, and increased the level of parenting self-efficacy in participants. Sociodrama can be recommended as an intervention program for parents raising adolescents receiving special education.

컴퓨터 게임 의존 청소년 치료를 위한 소시오드라마 효과 연구 (The Effects of Participation in Sociodrama among Computer Game Dependent Adolescents)

  • Nowadays, computer game dependency among adolescents, especially male adolescents, is emerging as a social problem. Therefore, treatment for computer game dependency has become positively necessary. This study aimed at investigating the effects of participation in sociodrama on the students suffering from computer game addiction. For this study, 380 male students in the 8th grade were asked to complete a questionnaire about themselves. After these data had been analyzed using SPSS, eight students were selected as the experimental group. The control group consisted of eight adolescents who were similar to the experimental group in the level of computer game dependency and in the psychological factors such as impulsiveness, depression, and the lack of self-control. The experimental group participated in twelve sociodrama sessions over 11 weeks, whereas the control group did not receive any treatment. The first follow-up test was conducted eleven weeks after the pretest, and the second follow-up test was done nine weeks after the first one. The results indicate that the sociodrama played an important role in alleviating the computer game addiction. At the same time, the participation in sociodrama brought positive changes in the psychological factors of the adolescents.

종합병원 간호사의 소진개선을 위한 소시오드라마의 활용 (Application of Sociodrama for Reducing Burnout of Nurses in General Hospital)

  • 연구목적 : 집단 치료 방법 중의 하나인 소시오드라마가 종합병원의료종사자의 직무 만족도와 소진정도를 개선할 수 있는지와 직종 및 직종 내의 갈등, 직무만족도, 그리고 소진정도의 관계를 알아보고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 방법 : 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 20명에게 정신과 전문의가 소시오드라마에 참여를 권유하여 동의한 15명을 대상으로 하였다. 소시오드라마 시행 1주후 병동조직특성척도(ward organizational feature scale)과 소진척도(Maslach burnout inventory)를 작성하게 하였다. 대조군으로는 소시오드라마 시행군과 동일병동에 근무하는 간호사들 중 소시오드라마에 참여하지 않았던 20명에게 동일한 척도를 시행하기를 권유하였으며 17명이 척도를 완성하였다. 결과 : 소시오드라마 시행군(N=15)은 대조군(N=17)에 비해 소진정도가 유의하게 낮았다. 간호사/의사관계와 직무만족도 및 소진정도와 유의한 상관관계를 보였으나 회귀분석을 통해 변인간 상호작용을 통제하였을 때에는 직무만족도만이 소진에 대한 유의한 예측변인이였다. 결론 : 본 연구의 결과는 종합병원 간호사의 소진정도를 개선하는데 있어 소시오드라마의 시행이 긍정적인 효과를 가질 수 있을 가능성을 제시한다. 향후 본 연구의 제한점을 개선한 추가연구가 필요하다.

학교폭력예방 소시오드라마가 중학생의 학교폭력인식에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of the School Violence Prevention Sociodrama on the Perceptions of School Violence in Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 1학년을 대상으로 학교폭력예방 소시오드라마를 실시한 후 학교폭력인식의 효과와 만족도를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구의 진행은 2018년 4월에 실시하였으며, 실험집단과 통제집단은 S시와 A시 중학교 1학년 각각 12명이다. 연구결과 실험집단의 학교폭력인식 수준은 사전검사 14.50, 사후검사 11.83, 평균 순위 9.33이었다. 통제집단의 학교폭력인식 수준은 사전검사 14.25, 사후검사 13.83, 평균 순위는 15.67이었다. 두 집단 간의 Mann-Whitney의 U 검정 결과 통계적으로 유의하게 나타나, 학교폭력예방 소시오드라마가 효과적이라고 볼 수 있다. 또한 실험집단의 소시오드라마 만족도는 전체 평균이 5점 만점 중 4.71로 매우 높게 나왔으며, 특히 '선생님의 수업진행'에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았다. 본 연구를 통해 중학생을 위한 학교폭력예방 소시오드라마의 보급과 확산을 기대한다.

청년의 자아상에 적용된 사회극의 효과 (The Effect of Sociodrama on Adolescents' Self-image)

  • The self-image of the adolescence which the reality helps to develope character formation mental health and adaptability. The purpose of this study is to find out how the self-awareness and self-image of the adolescence could be changed through the sociodrama in which their inner aspects such as dream imagination mental state etc. may be expressed extempore. The sociodrama has been performed 14 times by 6 volunteer students from June 13 to Dec. 20 1994 They also had interviews and answered questinnaires. The result shows that the drama is helpful for the experimental group in such a way to establish the self-image to take the opportunity to introspect themselves and to be aware of their own problems.

청년기 자녀의 갈등에 관한연구 -사회극을 통한 방법으로- (A Study on the conflict of Children in Adolescence -by Socio drama-)

  • Eleven junior-college students in Seoul who are interested in a drama volunteered to take part in the sociodrama. Their ages range between 21 and 35-all not married. The drama was performed 14 tiems. In the sociodrama test the conflicts between parents and their children and between siblings appear to be the factors of uneasiness and trouble. Parents' nrgative attitudes and the conflicts between siblings in childhood are the factors of the conflicts of the children in adolescence. This study is summarized into the following two points. 1. Parents' negative attitude toward their children in childhood can be the cause of the conflicts of their children in adolescence. 2. THe sociodrama is a very effective way to find the trouble between parents and their children and to search for the solution to it.

이혼에 대한 편견을 경감시키기 위한 소시오드라마의 활용 (Utilization of Sociodrama for Lessening the Prejudice about Divorce)

  • 본 연구는 2011년 9월 27일부터 11월 8일까지 5회기에 걸쳐 진행된 소시오드라마를 대상으로 삼아, 집단원들이 소시오드라마 프로그램에 참여함으로써 이혼에 대한 편견이 경감되었음을 증명하기 위한 것이다. 그것은 주로 역할교대를 통해 일어났는데, 이러한 현상을 들뢰즈 가타리의 '~되기'에 철학적 기반을 두고 해석했다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이혼에 대한 편견은 참만남을 통해 경감되었다. 그것은 '분자-되기'를 통해 너와 나의 경계가 모호해짐으로써 성취되었다. 둘째, 집단원들은 외도로 인한 이혼보다 가정폭력으로 인한 이혼에 더 강경한 입장을 취하고 있었다. 외도로 인한 이혼은 '너'와 '나'의 경계 허물기가 이루어지지만, 가정 폭력으로 인한 이혼은 '너'와 '나'의 경계 허물기가 이루어지지 않기 때문이다. 셋째, '나'라는 개인보다 '우리'라는 전체성으로 사회를 인식하는 것이 여러 가지 사회문제를 해결하는 데 효과적으로 작용했다. 이러한 관점은 '너'와 '나' 간의 경계를 허물고 전체로서 '너'와 '나'를 바라보게 하기 때문이다. 이처럼 소시오드라마는 이혼에 대한 편견을 경감시키는 데 상당히 효과가 있었다.
