Abstract

Construction industry have been occurred to the various demand of information. Also information quantity is increasing therefore, The role of information systems is important. Recently PMIS, an efficient decision-making support instrument of construction industry, is applied to various projects. However, its utility is still not enough. So this study suggests the concept model on the basis BIM to settle such a problem. Building the Pilot System was based on this study, and present the direction from Advanced PMIS.

건설프로젝트에서 발생하는 정보의 양이 방대해짐에 따라 프로젝트 관리에 있어서 정보시스템의 역할이 점점 커지고 있다. 최근 건설프로젝트관리를 위한 효율적 의사결정 지원도구인 PMIS (건설사업관리정보시스템)가 다양한 프로젝트에 적용되고 있으나 그 활용정도가 저조한 실정이때 보다 효율적으로 프로젝트를 관리할 수 있는 시스템 개발이 요구되고 있다. 건설정보화의 발전단계 측면에서 살펴보면 2D 기반에서 3D 기반으로, 최근에는 BIM 기술로 발전되어 가고 있으며 BIM기술을 접목한 PMIS의 개발이 연구대상으로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 BIM 기술기반의 PMIS 개발을 위한 Pilot Test 모델을 제시하고 그 활용성을 검토하기 위한 프로세스를 제시하여 향후 BIM 기반의 PMIS 발전방향을 모색하고자 한다.
